Hotel vicino a Mercato Wuai, Shenyang

La posizione era buona, a circa 7 minuti a piedi dall'uscita B di Qing Nian Da Jie (c'è un racconto da tagliare attraverso un edificio, che vedrete a sinistra). In generale è facilmente accessibile a alcune delle famose strade e aree come Zhong Jie, Gu Gong (Palazzo), e è facile cambiare il treno ad altre linee. Prendere Didi è meno raccomandato perché ho pensato che il traffico è in generale piuttosto pesante, il trasporto pubblico è più conveniente. Se la condizione stradale è buona, ci vorranno circa 20 minuti all'aeroporto internazionale dall'hotel.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto di Liu Xiang, molto adatto per il volo, e l'atteggiamento di servizio del negozio è molto buono, molto entusiasta, la posizione dell'hotel è sul lato della strada, accanto a una stazione di carica. Un consiglio è che il lavaggio del viso è troppo lento per scaricare l'acqua, che può essere fuori uso.

Grande posizione, alcuni ostacoli alla comunicazione La posizione è molto buona, a pochi passi da Zhongjie (centro), che è un grande plus.La stanza era in buone condizioni, e la signora di pulizia merita una menzione speciale. Il processo di check-in è stato però un po' confuso: la comunicazione è stata organizzata in anticipo tramite WeChat, ma le risposte non sono state molto rispondenti. Questo processo sembra più adatto ai locali che possono facilmente fare chiamate telefoniche dirette per ordinare le cose, e non può essere la più amichevole esperienza straniera. In generale, un buon soggiorno grazie alla posizione migliore e al servizio di pulizia eccellente, ma essere preparati per alcune sfide di comunicazione durante l'arrivo.

Ho soggiornato di recente allo Yicheng Hotel (filiale della stazione ferroviaria e della metropolitana di Shenyang Nord) e ne sono rimasto profondamente colpito. Questo hotel offre un mix perfetto di comodità, comfort e servizi moderni, rendendolo una scelta eccellente sia per chi viaggia per affari che per piacere. La posizione è imbattibile: si trova proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria di Shenyang Nord e a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che rende incredibilmente facile spostarsi in città. Che arriviate in treno o che vogliate esplorare Shenyang, la posizione privilegiata dell'hotel garantisce un soggiorno senza stress. L'hotel stesso è moderno ed elegante, con una reception spaziosa e lussuosa che anticipa lo stile dell'intera struttura. Anche la camera era altrettanto impressionante, con un design elegante e contemporaneo e arredi accoglienti. Ho apprezzato particolarmente i comandi vocali per luci, tende, aria condizionata e TV: un tocco di innovazione e praticità che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche la colazione è stata un punto forte. L'offerta era ricca e variegata, con un mix di opzioni europee e cinesi, tutte fresche e deliziose. È stato il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata, sia che dovessi andare a riunioni o esplorare la città. Nel complesso, l'Hotel Yicheng è una scelta fantastica per chiunque visiti Shenyang. La sua posizione strategica, i comfort moderni e l'eccellente servizio lo rendono un'opzione eccezionale. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei sicuramente durante il mio prossimo viaggio!

Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

第一次來瀋陽安排了五天的旅遊，這次選擇了艾美酒店，酒店地理位置很好 離太原街商圈近逛街買東西很方便 附近還有很多特色小館，房間乾淨 交通也便利；在登記入住時，很幸運受到前台Sunday接待，服務熱情 笑容親切！因為是第一次來到這個城市，Sunday也很熱心的為我們介紹地方特色，還給了很棒的城市旅遊建議！真的是金牌前台！！！另外在23樓酒廊的小食與酒水都很有水準呢！城市風景一覽無遺～心曠神怡。這次玩得很開心！很謝謝有Sunday接待的艾美，令人印象深刻！下次還要來！！也推薦大家旅遊出差下榻艾美

Highly recommend Swissotel Shenyang for any traveller visiting Shenyang! My husband and I stayed in the Swiss select suite room and it was super spacious, clean, with unblocked views of the Shenyang TV tower. The room is also thoughtfully designed and stocked, making our stay very comfortable! The staff were also super hospitable, from check in staff to housekeeping staff, everyone was so friendly and genuine, and that made us feel super at home. Special shout out to Eric from the concierge who was attentive and super helpful, going the extra mile by offering us travel tips and ensuring we knew how to get our way around. Thank you Swissotel Shenyang team for the great stay experience! I will definitely look forward to staying at the Swissotel Shenyang the next time I’m back in the city!

Questo è il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Shenyang. La camera è pulita e spaziosa, con una sorgente termale esterna. All'inizio pensavo di avere un biglietto giornaliero per il resort. Con mia sorpresa, mi è stato detto che ogni volta che soggiorno in hotel sono libero di andare al resort per rilassarmi e divertirmi. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante. L'unico aspetto negativo è che è lontano dalla mia camera. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Great location is close to metro station, eateries, and imperial museum. Hotel personnel are friendly. Hotel is an older building, and need to be renovated. There is sewer odor in elevator, and hall. Lighting in hall is dim. Breakfast offers a variety of food and fruits. Room is clean and average size. 

Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests. Thank you for the spacious room.
