Hotel vicino a Monte Qingxiu, Nanning

Ho soggiornato in questo ostello e ho avuto un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura si trova al 24° piano di un grattacielo in una zona molto comoda e ben collegata. L'appartamento è estremamente pulito e ben tenuto, con il valore aggiunto di una lavatrice a uso gratuito, il che è molto utile quando si viaggia. Xiu Xiu, la ragazza che gestisce il posto, è incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e accogliente, sempre pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Era così carina che siamo persino uscite a pranzo insieme e mi è piaciuto molto chiacchierare con lei. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva e consiglierei vivamente di soggiornare qui.

I highly recommend going to this hotel!! The staff are really kind, friendly, and helpful. I had a situation with a DiDi driver about my lost item and one of the front desk staff, Xiaoxue 小雪, really helped me a lot in talking with the driver since my Chinese is not at that level yet. She helped me in handling the process and everything. Because of this situation, I am surely going back to this hotel for my next stay in Nanning! The rooms are also clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is near the Nanning Railway Station and the city center.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店), and it was an exceptional experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable, cozy, and welcoming stay. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place. First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free. Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night. One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort. The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that truly elevated my stay. I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience, which is a rare find these days. The atmosphere in and around the property was also quite serene, despite its central location. Noise was never an issue, allowing for a peaceful and uninterrupted night’s sleep. Security is clearly a priority as well, with secure access points throughout the building, so I always felt safe and at ease during my stay. Overall, my experience at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店) exceeded all expectations. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting the area. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and grateful for such an enjoyable stay, and I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip. Our 2nd visit, though I imagine our last. Location is quite good and check in and out were easy and painless. However some things felt noticeably not as good as before. The breakfast lack the choices we experienced in 2024. The pastries and cereals were stale, I also got up to make myself a tea and when I returned, not only had my breakfast been cleared away but another family had been placed there.  The lifts seemed to not be acting at capacity which worsened the experience down substantially (when you have to go the 80th floor before anything else)  The room however was lovely, comfy and spacious with a gorgeous view on the City.

Abbiamo prenotato per 5 giorni di soggiorno. Ho preso questa stanza perche' mi piace davvero la lampada di lollipop, perché è così carina! La posizione è magnifica, se si gira a sinistra per andare all'ingresso dell'edificio, si sarà al famoso “3 strade e 2 lane” (3 strade 2) che è un luogo turistico ricco con molti buoni posti di pranzo, e luoghi commerciali. Se si gira a destra, in pochi minuti si raggiunge la Nanning Old Street (Nanning Old Street), anche piena di posti da mangiare e shopping, e c'è anche un mercato notturno! La camera è pulita e molto pulita. Nessun odore sgradevole e ci sono anche frigo e lavastoviglie. Il bagno è pulito e offre nuove strutture di base come lavastoviglie, shampoo e condizionatore. La stanza può essere pulita ogni giorno, se necessario, e abbiamo chiesto un'acqua più bella in pochi giorni. Il proprietario è molto amichevole e molto veloce per agire su richiesta di acqua extra o per pulire la stanza o ricco. La stanza è dotata di un assistente di AI, tutto può essere attivato con comandi vocali (ma penso che tu debba parlare cinese/mandarino).Mi ci ha voluto un po' per abituarmi a parlare con i compagni di piccola adorazione 😜 E' molto facile ottenere cabine anche dall'edificio. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di ottenere cibo e bevande. Certamente prenoterò questo posto la prossima volta che visiterò Nanning. Abbiamo prenotato un alloggio per cinque giorni.Ho scelto questa stanza perché mi piace molto la lampada di baseball, è così carino! La posizione geografica è eccellente, girando dall'entrata all'edificio e fuori a sinistra, e arrivando al famoso trio e due distretti, dove è un'attrazione turistica prospera, ci sono molti ristoranti e luoghi di shopping deliziosi.Vieni a destra per pochi minuti a Nanning Old Street, ci sono anche molti posti di ristorazione e shopping, e il mercato notturno! La stanza è comoda e pulita, senza odore, e ci sono frigoriferi e lavastoviglie nella stanza.Il bagno è pulito e pulito, sembra nuovo, fornisce prodotti di base come rivestimento, lavaggio di capelli e guardiani. Se necessario, la stanza può essere pulita ogni giorno, a volte chiediamo anche di aggiungere acqua.Il capo è molto amichevole. Qualunque cosa necessiti di aggiungere acqua, pulire il serbatoio o pulire la stanza, può rispondere rapidamente. La stanza è dotata di assistente di intelligenza artificiale. Posizione ottima e centrale. Bella ed accogliente la camera. Colazione molto cinese. Comunque nel complesso buono.

If you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel. I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry. I am a returning guest. First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031 Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003 During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway. On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet. On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage. I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them. During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected. This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing. This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

Un po' datato, pulito e con una buona colazione. Receptionist disponibile, parla inglese sia al mattino che alla sera.

L'appartamento è situato in un grande luogo, molti ristoranti, negozi 24 ore conveniente intorno all'edificio, a pochi passi da Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi dove si possono trovare buon supermercato e molti ristoranti e buoni posti di lavoro. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center sono a breve distanza prendere il taxi è ~CNY10-15 & conveniente, poiché il taxi stand è proprio davanti alla strada di cammino verso l'edificio. L'appartamento e l'unità stessa sono vecchie e non hanno abbastanza manutenzione, offrono la cucina ma se rimangono meno di un mese, è quasi inutile, perché non forniscono nessuna delle forniture di cucina, tranne la caldaia elettrica, Nemmeno i giusti o gli utensili, solo 2 tazze di carta giornaliere nel bagno. Servizi in camera & molte piccole cose nell'unità sono tutti corrotti e non hanno manutenzione adeguata come i nodi della porta, manici, doccia, tappeti da cucina, tavolo, ecc, la pulizia non è abbastanza buona, tuttavia, Le lastre e letto sono abbastanza pulite senza odore. Offre la pulizia giornaliera, ma solo il pavimento pulito, nessun cambiamento di niente, nessun acqua potabile fornita. Le strutture sono molto basilari e pochi, la maggior parte sono disponibili, meglio portare la vostra, comunque, alcune richieste sono ben rispondenti come chiediamo di cambiare la caldaia, perché è fuori ordine, 1 sedia aggiuntiva, poiché forniscono solo 1 sedia nel detergente per lavare il lavastoviglie. La casa è molto spaziosa, l'aria condizionata è anche fredda, il personale di servizio è molto attento e mi aiuta a pulire i vestiti. Prima di scegliere questa casa è perché lo stile di decorazione unico. Dopo essere rimasti, ho trovato anche un buon gusto. L'erba sul letto è anche molto pulita. Le due bagni sono molto spaziose, L'unica carenza nella Cina è che alcuni mobili devono essere riparati per sentirsi quasi disintegrati. La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicina al mercato notturno di Xiaoxi, la metropolitana è anche vicina, la posizione è anche molto buona. Vivo qui a piedi e a piedi e ci sono molti posti.
