Hotel vicino a Stazione Ferroviaria di Nanning, Nanning

Ho soggiornato in questo ostello e ho avuto un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura si trova al 24° piano di un grattacielo in una zona molto comoda e ben collegata. L'appartamento è estremamente pulito e ben tenuto, con il valore aggiunto di una lavatrice a uso gratuito, il che è molto utile quando si viaggia. Xiu Xiu, la ragazza che gestisce il posto, è incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e accogliente, sempre pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Era così carina che siamo persino uscite a pranzo insieme e mi è piaciuto molto chiacchierare con lei. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva e consiglierei vivamente di soggiornare qui.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店), and it was an exceptional experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable, cozy, and welcoming stay. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place. First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free. Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night. One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort. The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that truly elevated my stay. I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience, which is a rare find these days. The atmosphere in and around the property was also quite serene, despite its central location. Noise was never an issue, allowing for a peaceful and uninterrupted night’s sleep. Security is clearly a priority as well, with secure access points throughout the building, so I always felt safe and at ease during my stay. Overall, my experience at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店) exceeded all expectations. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting the area. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and grateful for such an enjoyable stay, and I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip. This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

Abbiamo prenotato per 5 giorni di soggiorno. Ho preso questa stanza perche' mi piace davvero la lampada di lollipop, perché è così carina! La posizione è magnifica, se si gira a sinistra per andare all'ingresso dell'edificio, si sarà al famoso “3 strade e 2 lane” (3 strade 2) che è un luogo turistico ricco con molti buoni posti di pranzo, e luoghi commerciali. Se si gira a destra, in pochi minuti si raggiunge la Nanning Old Street (Nanning Old Street), anche piena di posti da mangiare e shopping, e c'è anche un mercato notturno! La camera è pulita e molto pulita. Nessun odore sgradevole e ci sono anche frigo e lavastoviglie. Il bagno è pulito e offre nuove strutture di base come lavastoviglie, shampoo e condizionatore. La stanza può essere pulita ogni giorno, se necessario, e abbiamo chiesto un'acqua più bella in pochi giorni. Il proprietario è molto amichevole e molto veloce per agire su richiesta di acqua extra o per pulire la stanza o ricco. La stanza è dotata di un assistente di AI, tutto può essere attivato con comandi vocali (ma penso che tu debba parlare cinese/mandarino).Mi ci ha voluto un po' per abituarmi a parlare con i compagni di piccola adorazione 😜 E' molto facile ottenere cabine anche dall'edificio. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di ottenere cibo e bevande. Certamente prenoterò questo posto la prossima volta che visiterò Nanning. Abbiamo prenotato un alloggio per cinque giorni.Ho scelto questa stanza perché mi piace molto la lampada di baseball, è così carino! La posizione geografica è eccellente, girando dall'entrata all'edificio e fuori a sinistra, e arrivando al famoso trio e due distretti, dove è un'attrazione turistica prospera, ci sono molti ristoranti e luoghi di shopping deliziosi.Vieni a destra per pochi minuti a Nanning Old Street, ci sono anche molti posti di ristorazione e shopping, e il mercato notturno! La stanza è comoda e pulita, senza odore, e ci sono frigoriferi e lavastoviglie nella stanza.Il bagno è pulito e pulito, sembra nuovo, fornisce prodotti di base come rivestimento, lavaggio di capelli e guardiani. Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

If you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel. I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry. I am a returning guest. First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031 Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003 During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway. On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet. On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage. I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them. During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected. This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing. This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

I miei commenti non erano di critica, ma per aiutare a migliorare il servizio ... ho soggiornato nella stanza 2715. Inizialmente prenotato per 5 notti, ma cancellato per 4 notti. I corridoi del 27° piano sono letteralmente neri e stretti, si sente depresso, non solo, è estremamente caldo e stufo. La stanza è piena di tessuti, ma non credo che sia stata pulita da molto tempo. Durante tutto il tempo che ero lì, si è profumata come un cappello non lavato. Le finestre chiuse, il calore, l'umidità e la decorazione oscura solo lo hanno fatto peggiore. Note: le luci a sinistra e il lavabo specchio a destra non funzionano. Il bagno è anche fugato. le finestre sono lunghe per pulire. Dal lato luminoso, il personale è utile e fa il possibile per aiutare.
