UUtente ospiteClean room and the front desk gave me a free upgrade to a better room. The room features a nice projector TV, blackout curtains and very appreciated heated seat toilet with bidet. The location is overall great and feels local with good access to metro. The shared laundry machines were appreciated though the dryer is rather weak. Overall, I would stay here again and it was worth the money.

Poiché i miei piani di viaggio erano ritardati, erano felici di lasciarmi andare a controllare alle 2:00, che ha aiutato molto. Grazie in particolare a Kyra, Grace e Rafa per aver organizzato tutto in modo così comodo e per aver reso il mio soggiorno così comodo e stressante ‑gratis. Mi hanno anche dato dei meravigliosi ricordi per riportarmi a Hong Kong, e ho goduto il caffè gratuito durante il mio soggiorno - tutto ha fatto sentire l'esperienza molto speciale!

JJerman VIl mio soggiorno al Ritz-Carlton è stato pulito e confortevole, con il livello di qualità e coerenza che si aspetta dal marchio. La proprietà è bella, le camere sono ben progettate e il servizio è professionale ed efficiente in tutto. Mentre tutto è stato ben eseguito, l'esperienza si è sentita più formale e meno personale di quanto possa essere l'ospitalità veramente eccezionale. In generale, è un soggiorno di lusso solido che fornisce fiducia e raffinazione.

UUtente anonimoLa spaziatura, e la piccola cassaforte con chiusura, è molto bello, non affligge, non smettila di lavorare.
La stazione metropolitana vicino, è cambiato in appartamento, isolato, 2 livelli alti e inferiori, grande spazio sottostante, altezza superiore e relativamente bassa.
Lo spazio è utilizzato per l'estremità.Pieno di posti a letto tipici di legno, due camere sono un po'nerve, anche in aree pubbliche, igiene, pulizia personale, cioè lo spazio è troppo piccolo, guasto.
Per passare la notte a breve termine, per andarsene dopo aver risvegliato.
Alcuni ospiti permanenti, al 26o piano alto, come gli elettrici per un po'di tempo, il picco di mattina e sera è ancora più tenso, circa 10-20 minuti.
E'bene per gli altri tempi.
E'molto bello entrare nella porta per cambiare le mutandine. È molto bello avere un personale speciale responsabile della raccolta e della sostituzione di tre set.
La posizione è buona, la sanità è buona, le strutture sono generalmente spaziali, il servizio è buono, l'elettricità è lunga, il prezzo è generalmente.La gente è molto fluida.

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la prima volta che soggiorno al Junting Design Hotel. Le strutture sono molto nuove ed estetiche. È molto confortevole soggiornare qui. Toilette intelligente in camera, purificatore d'aria e, cosa più importante! La TV supporta la funzione screencasting! Il servizio alla reception è molto buono e risolve il problema in tempo. La posizione è buona ed è molto comodo raggiungere la metropolitana, l'aeroporto e la ferrovia ad alta velocità. Sono utili per ritardare l'orario del check-out il caffè nel bar della hall è delizioso! !

UUtente ospiteNon siamo solo vicini alla metropolitana e alla spiaggia, ma anche ai negozi di Outlet e a molti ristoranti. Lo spazio è pulito e benvenuto, le strade e la zona principale sono bellissime e odore sorprendente.
Ci hanno aggiornati in una delle migliori camere senza alcun costo aggiuntivo e lasciateci controllare in anticipo! La colazione è eccellente e le strutture sono bellissime. E hanno tenuto le nostre borse mentre facevamo shopping all'ultimo minuto.
Raccomanda fortemente 10/10.

La nostra ospite è stata davvero eccezionale calda, attenta e senza sforzi 5-star. Ogni interazione ci ha resi benvenuti, e si sono spinti oltre e oltre per assicurare non solo io, ma tutta la mia famiglia aveva un soggiorno memorabile e confortevole.
Svegliarsi verso l'incredibile vista del mare e celebrare un momento così significativo, rendeva tutto ancora più inoltrabile.

There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means.
Arrival and Reception
First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you.
The Club Skyline View Room
If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty.
The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort.
The Mandarin Club
Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people.
Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

La palestra è ben attrezzata, la sala colazione è sempre pulita e ordinata, e le tagliatelle Crown e le uova strapazzate fresche sono deliziose. A cena c'è un buffet con gamberi di fiume freschi a volontà, e il personale di sala è attento e premuroso, consegnando anche i pasti in camera. La cosa più sorprendente è che l'aria nella stanza circola benissimo; basta aprire la finestra per sentire una fresca brezza, senza alcuna sensazione di aria viziata. È stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole!

Average cleanliness room since the desk is very dusty. Restroom or hotel is out of toilet paper, receptionist provided tissues instead. Was ok experience for short stay. I didn't have chance to take some pictures, but I think this hotel is ok. Hotel posted pictures are not same as real sight. Overall, average hotel for short trip.
