La posizione geografica è bella!!L'ambiente è pulito!!L'atteggiamento del servizio è amichevole!! Le richieste saranno fatte per soddisfare gli ospiti il più possibile!! Torneremo di nuovo!

與想像中的海景不同，他是在海港旁邊，當下進房間找不到浴缸，詢問後說我訂的是沒有浴缸的，但印象電話中說:雙人房面海景的都有浴缸喔...我就很開心地訂下去了! 晚上那邊吃得沒有很方便，要到台東市區。房間算乾淨，但浴室 乾濕分離是一半(沒有門) 天亮大約五六點 房間就會很亮了...對於光線敏感的就會沒有辦法睡覺囉~

Fantastic hotel all round. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, but the dinner and breakfast included with the stay were delicious, and had a very wide variety of dishes and drinks to choose from. Would not hesitate to stay here (or at other Kindness Hotel branches) again!

The best part of this hotel is the owner who goes out of the way to help her customers. I had difficulties getting a bus from the hotel back to the train station and she offered to pick me up. The hotel is modern, clean and well kept. The windows are not isolating the street noise very well and the location is a bit remote, but managable. I had some difficulties with the instructions, like how to use the coffee maker or how to open the door, as they were all in Chinese.

This place is located minutes from the beach and minutes for the city so it’s a great location. The rooms are very clean and the access is safe and secure. There is free coffee and a microwave on the ground floor. The only drawback (and it’s huge to a solo traveler booking forward legs of a journey) is that the WiFi is awful ! The connection is good on the ground floor but I was on the third floor and this proved very frustrating. I was informed that the reception was “poor by the window of the room”. It was poor in every part of the room ! If they get this sorted it would be a full 5 star accommodation ….. it’s really a nice place (Room 301) …

La camera è grande e confortevole per una famiglia di 4. È situato a poche distanze dal mare. Ma questo significa che è lontano da altre strutture. Ci è un mercato notturno che si apre nei fine settimana. Non 7 negozi di comodità o altri negozi nelle vicinanze, ma l'hotel offre colazione e cena come complemento per il servizio FOC. Fornisce anche un servizio charter per l'aeroporto o la stazione ferroviaria che è un enorme plus quando si verifica. Guardate l'incredibile sollevamento del sole al mattino.
