La posizione è buona se preferisci un'area tranquilla (lo faccio), ma avrai bisogno di un'auto o una moto per arrivare a Taitung. Non c'è Uber, e un taxi alla città costa diversi centinaia. There's a big 7‑Eleven right next door in case you need something in the middle of the night.

There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed.
Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door.
Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes.
2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor.
Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately.
