Fantastico
TTheotoroAll hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony

WWanderfieVery nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

Mi piaceva il riscaldamento in camera perché era molto freddo e buio fuori dopo le 17:00. Il riscaldamento era grande per il freddo. Anche il colazione era buona, con una varietà di piatti deliziosi. Il personale che serviva colazione era molto gentile e attento, soprattutto Frank, che era professionista nel servire gli ospiti.
Tuttavia, le strutture della camera singola non erano molto buone. Il letto aveva punti oscuri vicino alla stazione di carico situata alla testa del letto. C’era un campanello nel tubo del singolo, e l’acqua non scorreva correttamente. La vista non era piacevole, visto che si trovava di fronte ad un edificio in fase di riqualificazione.
Inoltre, il personale in check-in non è stato in grado di fornire informazioni sufficienti sulle opzioni locali di visibilità e di cena; ha raccomandato solo un ristorante.

GGan ESLa camera e il bagno sono piccoli ma confortevoli e comunque accettabili. Non sono fornite pantofole né spazzolino da denti, il che può essere un inconveniente, ma per fortuna li avevamo portati con noi dopo che un amico ce l'aveva fatto notare. Preparatevi a trovare sempre gli stessi piatti a colazione, per noi è stato così per tre giorni. Abbiamo notato che il soffione della doccia era danneggiato, ma è stato sostituito rapidamente, così come lo specchio rotto, dopo averlo segnalato al personale.

SsportspoonWe booked a room with shared toilet but paid more to changed to a room with private toilet. The room is excellent because we got the view of the mountains everyday. Was contemplating to stay between Interlaken Ost or Interlaken West, but i was travelling with an elderly so this is the best option. Interlaken OST station is a v good transport base for most places in Switzerland. Interlaken West is convenient too but u'd need to take a short bus ride down to the main station. There's alot of buses that are relatively frequent. However as my mother cant walk far, this is the best coz it is very walkable to the train station. There is a lift to all the floors and luggage storage is available. Our included Breakfast is good (meat, cheese, bread, eggs, yoghurt, conflakes, tea, coffee, etc). There's a dinner set menu (need to pay of course) tt changes every night. The food is food and is relatively cheaper if u have the set meal of the day. Would stay here again. There's a big Coop opposite also. However if u'd like more shopping... Interlaken West has more shops but they usually close abt 7pm. There's dinner places there that closes abt 11pm. If you're thinking if where to stay, i think if u have an elderly that cant walk much, Interlaken Ost.

UUtente ospiteIl nostro hotel è stato ospitato per sei notti durante il periodo del nuovo anno, e l'esperienza è stata davvero impressionante. La nostra camera era eccezionalmente pulita e offre una bella vista sul fiume, rendendo il soggiorno rilassante e memorabile.
Le strutture interne sono state eccellenti, tra cui l'acqua potabile, una macchina da caffè e specchi LED, che hanno aggiunto comfort e comodità.
Il servizio di cui si è parlato è stato sincero e attento, grazie speciali al signor Eduardo per la sua vera cura e professionalità, che ha ascoltato attentamente le nostre richieste e ha fatto il suo meglio per aiutarci durante la luna di miele. Il suo messaggio pensativo all'inizio del nostro viaggio come coppia sposata ha toccato profondamente i nostri cuori.
Un grande hotel crea una forte prima impressione, ma il servizio di cuore costruisce una lealtà duratura.

PPolo27Amazing stay at Chalet Swiss. Located less than 10 min away from the Interlaken West station places it at a very convenient location.
The hotel, while abit rustic, which is evident by the fact that there’s a leaking issue in the main building on the day of check in. This means that all guests will be moved to the other building which is also under the hotel. On the bright side, I got an upgrade due to this, so not complaining! The rooms are also in good condition.
Breakfast is a simple continental buffet, which while nothing special, is satisfactory.

TTepy ChanTutto è stato fantastico, tranne per il check-in previsto verso le 16:00. Se non l'avete verificato in anticipo come me, rimarrete confusi e non saprete dove andare perché non ci sarà nessun receptionist ad aiutarvi con il check-in al lodge e dovrete andare in un altro hotel nelle vicinanze, probabilmente dello stesso proprietario, per depositare i vostri effetti personali e fare il check-in lì.

UUtente anonimoAlthough location is good near Interlaken West station, price is too expensive during holiday seasons, while the quality is quite disappointing. Building is old and rooms are not clean. Too noisy from restaurants downstairs and loud music volume from other buildings. Overall the hotels in Interlaken are similar, suggest to figure out more about hotels in Grindelwald instead.
