UUtente ospiteLa camera deluxe King è stata prenotata con colazione inclusa. La camera era spaziosa e il colazione era grande. Tuttavia, il livello di custodia era lontano da soddisfare. Prima di tutto, i capelli sono stati trovati sul cavo del filo del asciugacapelli, quando ho controllato, e anche sul sedile interno. Senza alcuna informazione/segnalazione nella stanza sulla politica di custodia verde dell'hotel (se non), i tovaglioli gravamente caricati sul gancio e i pennelli nel bagno non sono stati raccolti nemmeno il 3° giorno del mio soggiorno (non c'era un bagno nella stanza per mettere i tovaglioli usati). I pacchetti di cotone, di cotone e di sapone piccoli non sono stati riempiti nemmeno quando sono stati completamente utilizzati. Interessante, quando si chiedeva al desk front se fosse la politica dell'hotel di non raccogliere così le tue asciugamani e riempire le tue asciugamani a meno che non fossero state fatte richieste espresse, la risposta era negativa.
Il pagamento dei consigli per colazione è un'altra questione interessante. Mio marito è rimasto all'hotel per 2 notti (compreso il colazione) prima della mia arrivo. Quando si è verificato, gli è stato chiesto di pagare i consigli per un colazione. Dopo aver chiarito se i consigli dovrebbero essere pagati per 2 colazioni invece, il desk front scusò per aver pagato in modo errato per qualsiasi consiglio, poiché tutte le tasse dovrebbero già essere incluse al momento della prenotazione dell'hotel. Tuttavia, al check-out dopo 5 notti di soggiorno con l'hotel, ci è stato detto che dovevamo pagare i consigli per 2 giorni di colazione. Abbiamo chiesto di nuovo la politica dell'hotel e spiegato che eravamo disposti a pagare, ma ci siamo chiesti perché i consigli non erano stati pagati per tutti i 5 giorni per il nostro soggiorno. Non è stata fornita alcuna spiegazione e il personale (probabilmente pensava che non volevamo pagare) ha appena consigliato di rinunciare alle spese.
Ho soggiornato a Park Hyatt Bangkok e il servizio è stato eccellente. È stato quindi sorpreso di avere quell'esperienza a Park Hyatt Toronto.

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato l'hotel perché è venuto come se avesse una navetta aeroportuale. Tuttavia, non puoi usarlo come parco e posizione di volo. Ho dovuto prenotare un parco separato e posizione di volo che finiva per me costato quanto la notte dell'hotel. Che abbiamo soggiornato solo per 5 ore.

WWangshalaLa posizione è molto buona. La vista dalla stanza è sul lago Ontario. Quando splende il sole, l'intero lago blu è fuori dalla finestra, il che è molto bello. Si trova a pochi passi dalla CN TOWER e dall'Acquario. Tutte le attrazioni del centro città che richiedono una passeggiata si trovano nel raggio di 5 km. Le strutture sono pressoché identiche a quelle degli hotel Westin in Cina, la differenza non è poi così grande.

AAlanSpivackUn ottimo hotel in una posizione privilegiata. Il Radisson Blu è situato proprio sul porto. Esso è circondato da località iconiche, grandi ristoranti e attrazioni. La torre CN e il Roger Center sono a pochi minuti a piedi. È possibile camminare lungo il cammino a bordo del porto o sedersi in un bel caffè e guardare gli aerei che parteno e atterriscono all'aeroporto di piccola isola proprio oltre l'acqua.

UUtente ospiteI’ll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. There’s basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an “online check-in complete” email, my security deposit hadn’t gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didn’t see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldn’t let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldn’t read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking “Metropolitan Lofts – CN Tower” meant we’d be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didn’t promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If you’re not on the Front St side, don’t bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didn’t do anything. It stayed around 24–25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didn’t help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10–15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didn’t line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If you’re a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.

UUtente ospiteI decided to stay in a 4 room mixed hostel for 3 nights. Upon arrival I was greeted by staff. Check in was very easy. The staff were very helpful as this is my 2nd time staying in a hostel. They explained how the hostel works and what was expected and how to access the different parts of the rooms and were I would be staying. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was provided with a keycard which provided me access to the hostel. The hostel appears to be very secure due to the keycard system as you need to use it to access different sections of the hostel (main check in room, common room, hostel floor levels, hostel rooms, etc). I was very happy about this as it provides some level of safety for those staying there.
The room I stayed in was clean. Beds were nice and clean. Beds also had a night light to use for reading and multiple electrical outlets. Lockers were provided in the room and were nice and big to store your personal belongings such as clothes and backpacks, etc. Room was warm and easy to breathe in.
Free Wifi was good and signal strength worked through out the entire hostel so I could access simple internet and messages if needed.
Showers were clean as was the bathrooms on the floor I was provided. Free clean towels are available upon request. Shower room had shampoo and bodywash available which was nice to see.
2 Nice common rooms to sit down and watch tv or just sit and enjoy the atmosphere.
There is a nice big common kitchen room with 2 stoves, 2 big sinks and 2 huge refrigerators. The hostel has lots of plates, utensil, appliances and various household items you would find in your kitchen at home. The hostel kitchen was well stocked. Kitchen was clean and organized and could accommodate lots of people. Nice fridge to store your items that need refrigeration.
The area in which the hostel was located was very nice as everything was within walking distance of less then 5 minutes to 10 minutes. This includes many restaurants, convenience stores, coffee stores, grocery stores, banks and much more. The stores all seemed to operate late hours and some were 24 hours.
Free breakfast was provided which was nice. Simple but nothing extravagant. Various types of bagels, cream cheese, various cereals, fruits, fresh coffee, tea and other items you would expect.
The only downside was the furnace/heater mounted in the corner of the room was loud at night and seemed like it was on its last legs as it sounded like car engine. Staff were friendly and said they could provide me another room in the morning if it was a problem and said they would let management to look into heater for repair.
The only thing I could say I would recommend to the hostel is for any type of improvement to have some safety grab bars installed in the stand in shower room stall as the floor does become slippery.
Other then that the hostel was nice, safe and staff were friendly/helpful, clean and everyone staying there was friendly or quite as well.
The price was affordable and I would honestly recommend this place if you needed a place to stay without breaking the bank.
Would honestly give 4.5/5 for based on my stay.

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

Le viste sia dalla camera da letto che dal soggiorno erano eccellenti, e lo spazio era abbastanza grande per un gruppo di amici che volevano rilassarsi, soprattutto con i tavoli da poker e da calcio balilla. Anche la posizione è ottima, proprio in centro.
Tuttavia, i prodotti da bagno potrebbero essere migliorati, in particolare lo shampoo e il bagnoschiuma, e il dentifricio sembrava piuttosto disordinato (per fortuna avevo portato il mio). L'insonorizzazione non è l'ideale, dato che sentivo la coppia nella stanza accanto parlare, e mi sono sentito un po' a disagio a usare il bagno e ad asciugarmi i capelli dopo essere tornato tardi da un concerto.
L'orario del check-in è piuttosto rigido alle 16:00, anche se consentono di ritardare il check-in fino alle 19:30. Inizialmente ero confuso perché ho aspettato per oltre 10 minuti nell'edificio originale (prima dell'upgrade) e non ero sicuro se la receptionist sarebbe venuta a prendermi. Una volta incontrati, però, la receptionist è stata molto cordiale e ha spiegato chiaramente i servizi e le procedure di check-out.
Nel complesso, nonostante le regole rigide e i piccoli problemi, mi è piaciuta molto la stanza e ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole.

AAmeetÈ come un'oasi in un deserto di sabbia o i caschi. Arrivato alle 11:00, trovato ancora un posto molto tranquillo e tranquillo. Si è sentito benvenuto e ha avuto una buona notte di sonno.. tutta la zona è circondata da ******* persone che camminano sulle strade.
