Hotel vicino a Centro Rogers, Toronto

È stato davvero bello. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati così gentili e disponibili. La colazione inclusa era davvero buona e anche gli addetti erano gentili. Ci tornerei non solo perché gli impiegati erano gentili, ma anche perché la posizione era fantastica e la vista era fantastica, e anche la struttura era fantastica. Grazie!!!!

La camera è grande, pulita e ha una bella vista. Grande esperienza di nuoto e sauna, c'è anche una palestra. La stanza è vicino all'ascensore come richiesto e il ricevitore è molto accogliente. Porta i tuoi pantaloni, specialmente se stai progettando di usare la piscina.

Stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The AC worked really well, which made the stay comfortable. The room itself was a bit on the small side even though it had a king-size bed, so there wasn’t much extra space to move around. I was a little disappointed that the room didn’t include slippers or a kettle, which I honestly expected. I did ask reception for hot water on one of the days though, and they were kind enough to provide me with a small cup, so service was appreciated. Breakfast was okay with a decent variety and a good range overall, although it was almost the same the next day and the fruit selection was slightly less impressive. Still, it was satisfactory for a short stay but needed a few improvements.

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo soggiornato di recente allo Skye Residences per 3 giorni e 4 notti, ed è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. Una delle caratteristiche più importanti del nostro soggiorno è stata la presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice nella nostra camera, il che ha aggiunto un sacco di comodità. L'hotel in sé è in una posizione privilegiata, il che lo rende facilmente accessibile a varie attrazioni e servizi. Nel complesso, il nostro soggiorno allo Skye Residences è stato fantastico e ci siamo goduti molto il nostro soggiorno. Altamente consigliato per le famiglie in cerca di comfort e comodità.

La vista è favolosa, la TV è grande e il materasso comodo. Questo posto era fantastico e vicino a tutti i negozi e ristoranti, vicino al Well, al centro congressi e alla CN Tower. È stato fantastico, torneremo sicuramente.

La hall e la camera dell'hotel erano molto pulite e offrivano ottimi servizi, tra cui un forno a microonde, acqua calda e tè e caffè gratuiti. Anche la colazione gratuita era piuttosto buona, con una varietà di opzioni come diversi tipi di bagel, muffin, creme spalmabili e succhi di frutta. Inoltre, entrambi i concierge sono stati estremamente cordiali e disponibili, aiutandoci con il deposito bagagli, modificando le opzioni per la colazione e altro ancora. Il servizio è stato complessivamente eccellente e consiglio vivamente questo hotel!
