Hotel vicino a Teatro Capitole, Québec

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in and check out process was smooth. Unlike other hotels Home2 suites offered check out at 12 noon, the staff were welcoming, The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options.

Ottima posizione, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Sono arrivato in treno da Montreal e l'hotel era a pochi passi dalla stazione. Dopo aver lasciato i bagagli, ho fatto un'altra breve passeggiata e sono arrivato nel centro storico. La posizione è davvero ottima. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il profumo della stanza, un po' strano (un odore tra il buono e il cattivo...). Il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto gentile, un servizio eccellente! In questi giorni di pioggia, la reception mi ha gentilmente prestato un ombrello.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit. The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area. It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

Nous avons bien aimé notre petit séjour à cet hôtel, le petit déjeuner était parfait et nous avons utilisé la piscine avec les enfants, séjour très agréable

Very unique looking decor. Everything looked new and was very clean. Super amenities. I prefer hotels to Air BnB and this had the extras like a stove, fridge, cooking pots and pans, dishes, utensils, kettle, and a N'Espresso machine. There is even a Metro grocery store around the corner and restaurants outside The downsides are that it appears to be in an ”interesting” part of town (I would not be comfortable walking alone as a woman), and stairs, no elevator. It was a challenge to bring up the luggage even to the second level. Otherwise a great place in Quebec City and within walking distance to the train station, which is why I chose it.

L'hotel gode di una posizione fantastica, con parcheggio sotterraneo privato e sauna, e le camere sono pulitissime! Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Anche il letto era molto comodo e i prodotti da bagno e la lozione forniti avevano un profumo meraviglioso; li ho adorati. In breve, ci tornerei sicuramente se avessi l'occasione di visitare Quebec City.

For approx 175$/night, I was not completely satisfied. It was quite dirty. The only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because all of the staff i have encountered were super helpful & polite. The kettle was really, really dirty. And apparently, there's only 1 for the whole hotel to share, and the one they gave me was gross. I cannot believe they even gave it to me when it looked liked that. So instead of tea, which I had to go out to buy since they don't provide, I opted to use their nespresso machine. And despite running the nezpresso machine 5 times without the capsules, just to clean it out, I kept getting little black stuff coming out. The bathtub was unclean, the handheld shower head kept dripping & it was loose and kept drooping over. The screw to adjust the height was also missing, so we couldn't raise it either. Also, when we arrived, there was a curly hair (and not the type of hair that's on a person's head, if you get what i mean) on the toilet seat, we were grossed out that we didnt even want to take a pic of it & disinfected the seat right away.. Not very good sound-proofing either and there was dust on the hangers.... Location-wise, it was good for me & where we needed to go. Near a highway that i can exit to go anywhere & a costco nearby to fill up gas easily. The only thing saving this place is the staff. Unfortunately, i'm not sure if I will be staying here again, especially at that price.

La struttura e' in ottima posizione centrale, reception gentile e disponibile, non c'e pero' ascensore e l'ultimo piano e' raggiungibile solo con una certa difficolta' (la scala si restringe molto e diventa molto ripida). Prezzo giusto. Consigliato ma se avete qualche difficolta' di deambulazione o siete anziani accertatevi prima che non vi vengano date stanze al terzo piano.

Il campus residenza ha trasformato ostello per l'estate. La camera è piccola ma pulita e soprattutto comoda, anche se non c'è con d'aria. Ci è solo un immerso in bagno condiviso su ogni ali di ogni piano, ma ci sono singoli immersi in ogni camera. La posizione è vicina al trasporto pubblico (bus), ma vi è una piccola distanza a piedi dalla fermata. A 10 minuti a piedi da Metro (Canadian chain store) e shopping mall con servizio clienti che parla inglese (la maggior parte delle persone nella zona parla inglese limitato). In generale, un piacevole soggiorno comparabile al prezzo.
