Fantastico
MMacarena1975It was very different then staying at usual hotels we stay in. The learning opportunities were very appreciated. Activities and workshops are well priced and organized. Want to give a shout out to our story teller Samuel that made our first activity a memorable one The lady doing the necklace workshop will surprise you with all her abilities.
The showers were very ergonomic. The bed and beddings were very comfortable.
The aspects I wished were part of the experience:
Bigger pool as we went there as a family and the pool was rather small.
Wooden floor are nice and stone floors in bathroom look nice as well but both are really cold to walk on.
Although they offer bathrobes they unfortunately dont offer slippers.
More hiking trails nearby as well, although the little trail they have around the hotel with panels giving information on different aspect of the Wendat traditions was a nice evening walk to do as a couple.
Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend it without hesitation.

UUtente ospiteThere are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping.
The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.
The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.

UUtente ospiteSuper beau dejeuné inclus ! Vraiment agréable ! Belle piscine mais apporter vos vestes de flotaison pour vos mousses ! Chambre super belle et propre. Pour ma part jai trouver le lit trop dure mais ce nest pas grave. Les employer sont vraiment super accueuillant !!! Merci malgrer tout bon prix avec le déjeuner inclus ! :)

HHello there!We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit.
The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area.
It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

Llinlinlin_00La stanza è un po'piccola, ma il panorama è buono.Devo cambiare due ascensori al piano di sopra e al piano di sotto, un po'non molto conveniente.Il servizio della ricetta è molto attento e molto gentile.La porta ha un autobus speciale.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente e la notte è molto tranquilla.

LLittleMoonMoonI love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

CCarmen CarmelinaVery unique looking decor. Everything looked new and was very clean. Super amenities. I prefer hotels to Air BnB and this had the extras like a stove, fridge, cooking pots and pans, dishes, utensils, kettle, and a N'Espresso machine. There is even a Metro grocery store around the corner and restaurants outside The downsides are that it appears to be in an ”interesting” part of town (I would not be comfortable walking alone as a woman), and stairs, no elevator. It was a challenge to bring up the luggage even to the second level. Otherwise a great place in Quebec City and within walking distance to the train station, which is why I chose it.

HHKNekoThe location is so convenient. One can take metrobus800 which connects the city centre, the fall, supermarket Maxi, metro plus. It is a frequent route, easy to travel. The ground floor is still under construction, not so easy to walk. The building is without elevator, it may not be easy for all travellers. According to the description of the rooms, all rooms should be equipped with washer and dryer, however, the room assigned was without any wash and dry, we requested for a change. The person in charge helped change for us. There’s no room cleaning and tidy service throughout the three nights we stay. But everything looks new and clean. They provide sufficient tissues, toilet papers and washing tablets even. The building is close to the traffic, convenient but rather noisy somehow. The air conditioning was locked but lucky that these few days are not extremely hot. But it’s definitely quite hot and it won’t be that comfortable without air conditioning in hot weather.

GGuest UserLa struttura e' in ottima posizione centrale, reception gentile e disponibile, non c'e pero' ascensore e l'ultimo piano e' raggiungibile solo con una certa difficolta' (la scala si restringe molto e diventa molto ripida). Prezzo giusto. Consigliato ma se avete qualche difficolta' di deambulazione o siete anziani accertatevi prima che non vi vengano date stanze al terzo piano.
