UUtente ospiteTutto era grande, in particolare la ragazza al di fuori del divano era fantastico, ci ha aiutato quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la chiusura della porta della nostra stanza, abbiamo provato tutto, ma non poteva aprirlo, immagino che la batteria fosse morta. Lei è stata molto utile, ogni volta che visiterò Ottawa, mi piacerebbe fermarmi nello stesso hotel. Il suo nome è Navnet, voglio darle 10 stelle, grazie Navnet.

SSimurkhotel was nice and clean! it’s walking distance to the byward market- only issue is parking if you have a pickup truck the garage parking only accommodates trucks and SUVS on the first floor and if that’s not available you will have to park at the mall parking right across the hotel.

UUtente ospiteStaff was friendly and parking is included in your stay. The room was clean and spacious. Our particular room had an extra sink next to the bed which was a little bizarre but we didn't mind.
The continental breakfast had plenty of options including a waffle maker, bread, multiple types of juice, coffee, meat, and eggs. There were yogurts and cheese available in a small fridge too.
I would consider staying here again considering how close it is to the mall and the highway that allows for easy travel around the city.

AAlicia York-BirdI've stayed at this hotel several times now; I enjoy how clean, quiet, and nicely decorated the suites and the hotel itself are!
The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves.
Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

UUtente ospiteWhere to begin... first of all, when I made this booking, there was no mention whatsoever of HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION beginning every day at 7 a.m. Naturally upon checking in, I'm informed that there is intense construction happening right next door. And yes, it was brutal. I also SPECIFICALLY booked this hotel because there was an option to reserve now, pay at the hotel. Here are some direct quotes from my booking confirmation email: ”You'll need to pay upon check-in at Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt,” ”Your payment will be handled by Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt,” and ”Pay at Hotel.” Sure enough, I get there, and the money's already been taken out of my credit card and I owe nothing to the hotel upon check-in. (This matters for reimbursement purposes at the company I work for.) Lastly, I was told when I checked in that housekeeping would be visiting every third day -- that was fine by me. But the very first day, I come back to my room after a long day and someone's been there, replacing towels, removing the minimal garbage in there, etc., which I was not at all prepared for given that I was advised the opposite. It made me extremely uncomfortable because all of my personal effects were left throughout the room, not expecting housekeeping given that I was advised no housekeeping would be coming until the third day. I'll be honest, that creeped me out as someone travelling alone. The staff were apologetic but I didn't find their explanation at all sufficient. (The housekeeping manager and front desk attendant completely contradicted each other.) Overall, such a chaotic stay. Oh, and, the heat in my room didn't work. Had to request a space heater... I mean, c'mon.

MMAmeen.1. The breakfast options were very limited. A greater variety would significantly improve the experience.
2. One of the male reception staff members was quite rude. Staff should be polite, courteous, and welcoming—a simple smile can go a long way in creating a positive atmosphere.
3. It was disappointing to see that the welcome packet was only given to selected guests during check-in. This inconsistent treatment does not reflect well on guest service.
4. The location was not ideal, and the area outside the hotel felt unsafe, especially at night.
5. On a positive note, the room itself was very good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
6. The room servicing staff was very friendly

UUtente ospiteGrande posto per soggiornare bello e pulito non lontano dal centro. Parcheggio privato e camera per 3 persone è grande con una grande cucina. Sicuramente consiglio. Prezzo è anche conveniente.
