UUtente ospiteThe landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home.
We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.

E' iniziato quando il desk front non riusciva a trovare la nostra prenotazione - due volte ! (anche se un telefono è stato chiamato 2 ore prima di accedere). Doveva prendere la licenza del mio conducente e andare “alloggiare qualcuno in fondo” - poi è tornato (dopo 2 o così
La prenotazione era stata trovata, senza riuscire a farlo, senza alcuna spiegazione.
La guardia del desktop ha cercato di farci pagare qualcosa dal bar del snack in camera nostra - avevamo letteralmente lasciato la nostra stanza due minuti prima. Non poteva dirci quale articolo avevamo “consumato” (non avevamo consumato nulla - soprattutto a quei prezzi!) e poi quando ci chiedeva come potevano sapere entro 2 minuti (da noi lasciando la nostra stanza) che un oggetto era stato consumato - sono diventati molto difensivi e non hanno potuto effettivamente rispondere alla domanda di “come sapete cosa ci imputare” e la risposta era “è per la relazione alla fine del giorno - nessuno dice che avete effettivamente preso nulla”. Except that’s exactly what the desk cleark said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
Dopo aver contestato la tassa, ci è stato detto che non sarebbe stato pagato alcun onere sulla carta di credito.
Mi sembrava che avessimo rubato qualcosa quando abbiamo chiesto ulteriori chiarimenti sull'accusa.
“Non vi scusate né vi ringraziate per essere rimasti con noi”.
Delusione.
Nota laterale - il servizio in ****** è stato grande - compreso il ristorante.

L'autobus gratuito è reale in qualsiasi momento! Ma non potevo contattarli per e-mail, ma Gotta li chiama, spero che lo riparano, ho scritto molto prima del mio viaggio.
E il personale è così gentile che mi ha fatto sentire sicuro e sicuro che non mancherò il mio volo 😌
Se dovete partire presto per volare prima del colazione, vi daranno muffin e mele!
La stanza era così grande e bello, vorrei non avere il volo da catturare, così posso continuare a dormire in quel letto di re umiltà.
C'è un'atm al lobby.

-Clean room with comfortable beds
-Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical
-tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

GGTANKSIl mio collega Rotary e io siamo venuti alla Conferenza internazionale Rotary 2025 a Calgary. Il soggiorno era piacevole. Il servizio era eccellente. La stanza era pulita ogni giorno, che era bello tornare a una stanza pulita. Il caffè e il tè sono stati riempiti ogni giorno, che è stato grande. Raccomando molto agli amici e alla famiglia. L'hotel era così vicino all'aeroporto. Il servizio di navetta è stato fornito all'aeroporto che era conveniente. Mi piaceva l'esposizione di lobby pronta per il 2015 Calgary Stampede dal 1° luglio 2025 per dieci giorni.

MMichelle BillingtonMi piace sempre il mio soggiorno al Deerfoot Inn & ******. Il mio viaggio era quello di andare fuori con mia sorella e catturare le nostre vite. La camera della regina deluxe era spaziosa e accogliente. Ho trovato una tintura sulla foglia superiore quando il coperchio cadde via. Eravamo come una tazza di caffè, ma jeez?! Abbiamo fatto un buffet per cena, e le prime righe e le patate scalpe erano deliziose, così come le altre entrate. Dopo aver mangiato, ci siamo seduti in salotto vicino al ristorante. Mi piacevano le sedie grandi e confortevoli che scelssimo di sedermi, e quando mi sono alzato per usare la stanza delle signore, i miei cuccioli erano fuori per un certo numero di passi, perché le sedie erano troppo basse. Posso suggerire che aggiornano i mobili come ho notato altri ospiti anziani che hanno la stessa questione.

UUtente ospiteL'edificio e le strutture sono molto pulite e la zona di colazione ha un'atmosfera piacevole con una bella selezione di cibo.
Un'osservazione: il personale sembrava a volte un po' fretta di togliere forbici e coltelli, e sarebbe stato apprezzato un po' di più tempo.
In generale, è un ottimo hotel per le famiglie.
E un momento divertente il mio Cheetos è rimasto bloccato nella macchina di vendita, e perché il mio inglese è limitato, ho finito di rinunciare 😄

UUtente anonimoOne thing I considered when booking is the location and mostly the amenities. But unfortunately the swimming pool under maintenance and they did not give us any complimentary for that. Also the shower are like hose sprays it really hurts on the skin.

UUtente ospiteThis motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village).
The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.
