Hotel vicino a Parco Bowness, Calgary

The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!

The Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! Each staff encounter was excellent, they always exhibited a high level of customer service. Really appreciated the dining experience! Again the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent, although the portions were quite large. We attended the Colin James concert, which was epic! The venue was great! Perfect Birthday celebration!

In generale, è stato un soggiorno decente. - Camera pulita con letti comodi - La doccia aveva molta acqua calda e buona pressione idrica. - un bellissimo parco acquatico pulito con un amichevole e utile che non ci ha fretta alla fine della notte quando il nostro bambino si stava tirando i piedi per evitare di lasciare - piscine riscaldate e 2 scivoli d'acqua facevano l'hotel più attraente per noi con il nostro bambini lungo Cons: - i dischi del parco acquatico non avevano abbastanza angolo per non poter scendere i dischi con la necessità di farci propulsare in momenti che erano strani ma anche quasi comici - le piccole camere, soprattutto per il prezzo, si sentiva un po' impazzita con i mobili limitati e i bambini sul divano. - la porta del bagno ha fornito nulla di privacy dal resto della stanza senza barriera sonora, più aveva un pannello di vetro “congelato” come parte principale della porta, quindi è stato completamente visto attraverso e era una piccola camera da bagno. - No in camera microonde, così abbiamo perso di essere in grado di riscaldare il resto del viaggio per aiutarci a mantenere i costi ridotti e ridurre i rifiuti, a meno che mio marito non andasse a caccia per un uso sul pavimento principale, Ma è stato un passo in avanti quando siamo al quarto piano, così il cibo è stato raffreddato proprio al momento che l'ha fatto tornare in camera nostra. - Ordinare dal menu al ristorante del colazione in loco era costoso e il cibo era deludente. I miei figli sembravano godere di un buffet per colazione almeno che era gratuito per 5 e meno.

Service was fine, they gave us warm cookies upon arrival and check out. The pool and fitness rooms were clean, and the rooms were tidy, though they were a bit dark from lack of lighting. A couple of things to note: the mattresses were extremely soft (even as someone who prefers soft mattresses), it felt like I was slowly sinking into the floor. The soundproofing is also quite weak, so I would recommend sleeping with earplugs or it may be hard to sleep with guests running around. One more thing to note was that the balcony door was not locked when we checked in. Since we are on the 7th floor it was safe, however next time I would double check just in case, because there are many people visiting the hotel for functions and events.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Calgary Airport (IHG). The location is very convenient for the airport and surrounding routes, and the overall cleanliness of the property was excellent—both the rooms and common areas were well maintained. Amenities are fairly basic, so travellers expecting extensive facilities may find them somewhat limited. Unfortunately, the service was on the poorer end of the spectrum during my stay. One point future guests should be aware of: the booking information on the hotel’s website states that a deposit is required, but it does not clearly specify that this must be provided strictly via credit card. Staff indicated that this policy is standard at hotels worldwide; however, as an experienced traveller, I can confirm that many hotels do in fact accept debit cards for deposits. To avoid any issues at check-in, make sure you bring a credit card with you. Overall: great location and cleanliness, basic amenities, but service and clarity around deposit policies could certainly be improved.

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

This motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village). The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.

Questa è la 2a volta che ho prenotato questo hotel la prima volta marzo dell'anno scorso senza prenotazione online poi ho prenotato attraverso tththrough di quest'anno gennaio 30 a febbraio 3 , ho prenotato questo hotel perché è stato un buon servizio la prima volta che ho prenotato qui e ho avuto entrambi un buon servizio. L'hotel è un buon posto, poiché ha servizio di autobus al centro e centro meridionale che si ferma al chinook #10 & 15 + la linea rossa a somerset e la Toscana con facile trasferimento all'altra linea blu lrt linea a seddletown e 69° fine ovest. Utilizzavo solo il mio hotel per rilassarmi e dormire altri, poi esplorando e visitando la famiglia e gli amici. Il personale di servizio frontale e pulizia era sorprendente 👏. La prossima volta che mi sono recata a Calgary, mi aspettavo una prenotazione da questo tizio per la terza volta.
