Hotel vicini a Wilson Mountain Sports a Lake Louise

L'hotel ha aggiornato gratuitamente la suite familiare, la stanza non è grande, ma la disposizione è sorprendente, stile moderno e confortevole di soggiorno.Parcheggio gratuito, posti a posto.Letti puliti e confortevoli, senza rimorchio.Il ristorante dell'hotel è molto delizioso e il normale tempo di catering richiede circa trent'anni di fila. La porta posteriore della stanza ha una strada lungo il fiume, molto adatta per le persone che amano camminare lungo il fiume.L'hotel ha un bus di shuttle che può andare al lago Luise, circa cinque minuti di auto.

Un hotel spettacolare...molto impressionato dai suoi aggiornamenti. Ci è stato detto che non c'era una stanza di vista sul lago. Tuttavia, quando abbiamo aperto la porta della stanza, wow! Bella vista sul lago...sorpreso! Grande vista sul risalto del sole...sentito privilegiato come gli ospiti dell'hotel. Inoltre, l'hotel vende biglietti a Moraine Lake che è difficile ottenere. Anche se abbiamo speso quasi 1000 dollari per una notte, vale la pena. Era un soggiorno molto piacevole!

We stayed at the Mountaineer Lodge for 6 nights in April and we loved it! From the moment we got there we felt very welcomed and at home. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a recently renovated room in the main lodge and it was very clean and spacious. We liked the modern decor and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. There was lots of room to dry our ski gear after a day on the slopes. The bathroom was nice and clean and also a good size. Breakfast is included and it is excellent- there was always a good variety of hot items like eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and waffles/pancakes as well as breads, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The staff was very good at keeping all of the items stocked up, if something ran out more was put out right away. We have found this is sometimes a problem at other hotels but not here. We really appreciated the great service. And the breakfast room is quite large and has lots of tables so we never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. The hot tub is a great size and it was never too busy to have a nice apres-ski soak. We used it every day! There is also a free shuttle that picked us up right at the front door of the hotel and dropped us off at the main lodge at the Lake Louise Ski Resort. We used it every time we went skiing. The bus was always on time and the Mountaineer is the last pick up so it is a very short ride to the hill. So much nicer than trying to find a place to park and having to carry your gear across the parking lot. There are several pick up and drop off times which we found to be very convenient. Overall we feel that this is a fantastic place to stay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again and would highly recommend this hotel!

Prima di tutto voglio dire che la stanza non è riscaldata solo dal camino, è riscaldata dal riscaldamento centralizzato, soprattutto il bagno è molto caldo, non so perché qualcuno ha commentato che non c'è riscaldamento? ? Mi ha reso nervoso prima di fare il check-in😓 e le strutture sono davvero vecchie. Dopotutto, è il Lodge e non l'Hotel. Se non vedi l'ora di alloggi di lusso, non andare, ma il camino è davvero una bella esperienza. È acceso, mi sento molto caldo ~ La sorgente termale all'aperto dell'hotel non è grande ma molto confortevole. Se non ci sono molte persone, puoi divertirti. Gli articoli da toeletta sono tutti realizzati da L'Occitane, che è molto facile da usare.

really love the moose hotel. the location is perfect exactly in the downtown area and its near iga supermarket and bus stop. the outdoor hot pool is so lovely at the top of the hotel with the view of Banff mountain . there is a laundry coins The staff also really nice :) will coming back for sure

Very warm and friendly staff members upon arrival who gave us all the necessary information and directions in an efficient manner. The sauna / steam room area was unfortunately closed but due to this if you went to the Banff Upper Hot Springs and returned with your receipt then they would reimburse you (I forgot to get my receipt but it was fine as we intended to go there anyway). The room was lovely and large with a Mountain View, Nespresso machine and large TV, lots of desk space and plug sockets / USB ports which was great. The wardrobe has plenty of hangers for clothing, lots of draw space, huge bathroom with a large powerful shower and nice shower products to use. The location of the hotel is perfect and having an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gift shop is very handy. Wherever we went within the hotel it was always warm, which was great when coming out of the snow. However, there were some issues; we weren’t sure if the blinds went down with a switch by the side, as it didn’t do anything, but rolling them down was SO noisy, there was a lot of dust and dirt behind the window facing desk, a random satsuma down the side of the cabinet with the Nespresso machine on (despite all other areas being very clean) and there was no light in the corner where the luggage stands were. We were also curious as to why the heater / air conditioner unit faces directly on to the bed, if it was on then you got so hot and dry in the night. There is big potential for this to be 4/5* with just some simple adjustments and cleaning. Although we would happily say here again.

Il personale dell'hotel e buono, sincero.Molto buona posizione, conveniente per il viaggio notturno nella città di Banf.Ma la bevanda di cibo nella città è molto generale, non c'è cibo impressionante, non c'è negozio speciale.

In generale, molto buono, il parcheggio sotterraneo era brutto con poco spazio un terribile parcheggio. Purtroppo non c'è nulla che l'hotel possa fare sulle competenze di guida delle persone. Raccomanderò questo hotel ma tornare presto e camminare se puoi se vuoi avere un posto per il tuo veicolo.

La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della città, ci sono diversi ristoranti vicino!La stanza è pulita e fornisce anche una stanza da pranzo, e l'esperienza complessiva è molto buona!
