It was good but not as good as I expected had to reach out staff everytime

華美達房間還是挺好的，主要服務很好 要是雙人間充電插座再多一點就好了。 我在拉合爾20天住了4個酒店+1個民宿，華美達是居住環境中安靜指數最高的酒店。餐廳也是能吃到符合中國胃的食物。 THE NISHAT HOTEL就不提了（喬尼莎酒店Emporium商場樓上那家），假5星裝修用料和隔音是處處彰顯啥叫假5星，接個機還問我另外收錢。含的早餐比不上一個三星酒店，背景音樂難聽又吵。市中心那家同名4星尼莎酒店還是不錯的，起碼電視看起來是最爽的。 我的評價很客觀，希望看客少走冤枉路吧

酒店體驗感非常差： 1. 我和同事的包放酒店被分別偷了 100 美金和 10000 盧比，可惜發現的時候已經離開酒店了，不好再找酒店調監控了，懷疑是酒店的保潔人員進房間偷的，因為去吃早餐時保潔人員要問我們房間號 2. 衞生和環境：房間裝修老舊，窗户打不開，味道很重，衞生間的衞浴五金也很差 3. 酒店接機本來是免費的，因為我們四個人六個行李箱，要求酒店派一輛適合的車來接機，結果退房時告知要求付款接機時他們租車的費用 250 元人民幣，極其不合理

房間還可以，就是洗手間的水有時會有點發黃

房間比較新，設施健全。

當地第二家酒店，新開的，硬件不錯。

My family is sharing their wonderful experience with other family members and friends. Especially the mouth watering buffet.

The staff mixed our rooms up and did not have one room ready so I had to share my room with my colleague

Great experience with Ramada . Customer service is great and Breakfast was really good 👍👍.I would love to go again in future 🙂

Very nice hotel centrally located. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast choice is immense. Would highly recommend this hotel for people visiting relatives and sight seeing.

Overtly unprofessional. Uncooperative on basic issues. Toilet not working throughout majority of stay. Night shift concierge were very rude and unprofessional.

Unprofessional staff. Keep disturbing knocking on the door. Too much extra charges at the checkout
