每天的房間濕度80，導致輩子都是濕的，而且無法改變，黴味黴味比較重，無法居住

Ho pernottato qui per due notti. Conoscevo già questo hotel, e tutto sommato non è male, anche se il rapporto qualità prezzo non è equilibrato. Questa volta però sono rimasto deluso. Arrivato alle 21.00 di sera di venerdì 18 agosto, ho dovuto fare un check in lungo 30 minuti. Il desk non vedeva la mia prenotazione, fatta dalla app Bonvoy, e mi hanno mandata nel vicino ufficio prenotazioni. Dopo una ventina di minuti, ne sono venuto fuori. Tornato alla reception, mi è stata consegnata la chiave, senza alcuna indicazione su orari e posizionamento dei ristoranti interni, ne sulla connessione internet. Questa mattina, domenica 20 agosto, non ho potuto farmi la doccia perché mancava l’acqua calda per un problema tecnico. Ho aspettato fino alle 10.30 e poi sono andato a fare il check out. Senza chiedere sconti, ho detto al front desk che io ho pagato per dei servizi di cui non ho potuto usufruire, e si sono limitati alle scuse. Ho chiesto di pagare gli extra con la mia carta in euro, chiedendo quale fosse il tasso di cambio. Mi hanno risposto 790. Ho contestato questo tasso e il ragazzo della reception ha alzato i toni, parlando sopra la mia voce, sostenendo che quello fosse il tasso di cambio della CBN. Ho risposto che non era vero, mostrando il tasso ufficiale odierno della CBN, pari a 809, 42. E comunque, andrebbe applicato il tasso di cambio internazionale euro-Naira, oggi quotato a 838,10. Mi ha risposto in maniera ancora più arrogante che quello era il tasso del mercato nero locale. Segnalo che mi sono spostato al Marriott di ikeja per ragioni logistiche lasciato il 4 point. Li il tasso di scambio era pari a 843. In poche parole: - ho pagato 450 USD per non fare la doccia - il tasso di cambio che applicano è indecente - il ragazzo alla reception di un arroganza notevole In compenso il resto dello staff era veramente gentile. Ci penserò bene prima di tornare qui.

There were some positives and small negative to this hotel. For the positives, we had two rooms in this hotel during our stay. One of the rooms was good, no issues but the second room had mold in the bathroom. Other than the mold issue in the room, everything in the room was fine. AC unit worked great, refrigerator worked and kept drinks chilled. This is important because the weather in Lagos is hot and those chilled drinks come in handy. The onsite Indian restaurant (Cilantro) was excellent. The food was good. We also tried their rooftop bar, that was good as well. The staff during check in were friendly and welcoming. The one negative is that the hotel gets busy so traffic getting in and out can take some time. The location of the hotel is not great for walking around outside the hotel. Recommend always take a taxi or Uber when you want to go out.

I had a very exciting experience during my stay at four points by Sheraton, Lagos. From the buffet experience to the security down to the great experience from their customer service. I also had a thrilling experience at the roof top bar also know as the palm terrace. The gym also have all the needed amenities for every workout. The whole experience was a relaxing one with my friend and it’s a place I’d love to visit again.

It was my second time staying at this place, I enjoyed my stay the staff are excellent always smiling. Rooms kept tidy and the general outlook very pleasing.The hotel is on a good location close to shopping mall, market, walking distance and the beach is close by

Visited in 2015, expensive coffee, expensive currency exchange, expensive taxis, expensive. Rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, spacious, and probably the best in the city. Staff are patient and welcoming. Would definitely come back.

The event was well handled. All staffs encountered were on top of their jobs carried out excellently. We strongly recommended Aderonke in terms of problem handling and event coordinating for better experience. Also, the hall was well arranged satisfactorily.
