Hôtel médiocre Chambre sale et vieille Pas de Clim et une chaleur étouffante sachant qu il est compliqué d ouvrir les fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue en rdc Salle de bain vétuste joint cabine de douche carreaux etc .... Aucun accueil sur cette hôtel ni pdj sur place il faut se rendre à l hôtel d à côté 100m plus bas. Et il faut le deviner. Heureusement nous avions lu d autres commentaires La salle de repas sert de débarras aux personnels de l entretien Linge de toilette sale et taché Des pauvres ventilateurs mis à disposition mais qui ventilent peu car ils sont dans un état de saleté indescriptible La boîte de la Clim est accrochée au mur pour faire envie et jolie Inadmissible Pas de possibilité de changer d hôtel mais l envie ne nous a pas manqué Les photos du site et sur toutes les plateformes de réservation sont mensongères attention !!!!! J ai pris des photos et fait une vidéo C est une honte Le personnel à la réception vous rigole presque au nez en prétextant que le prix pour la chambre est pas cher pourquoi ce plaindre???? Le seul point positif est la localisation Cela pourrait être tellement autrement pour cette hôtel

Best Western Premier Vieux Port

The rooms were well appointed very clean and had all amenities. Breakfast was good for the price and the view of the ”vieux” port was really nice from the private balconies of the front rooms. We thought the ambience of the port of Ciotat was equal to that of Cassis. So why the low grade? Because to start with we had booked a junior suite with port view. The pictures of the junior suite on the site are deceiving. We were just given a bigger room on the 4th floor with the same layout as the superior room with port view. (A member of our group had a superior room with port view so we could compare). Extra facilities of the junior suite were a bathtub instead of a shower, a vase with decorative twigs and an espresso machine. No big deal for the extra money. We complained immediately when we saw the room. Our complains were not received gracefully. We were told that junior suites are not the same and not all of them as pictured. We asked for a better price which was not accepted in the beginning. Finally we were offered a room like the one pictured at the site as junior suite. They told us we would have to wait till 4 o'clock for it to be cleaned since it was a room kept for ”security reasons” and cleaned after all other rooms. We declined because security reasons may meant that somebody with Covid had used it and also it was on the second floor and exactly opposite the crane which yes it is vintage and a piece of art but you don't get the best view of the port. Finally we were given a 10% reduction on the initial price at check out. The whole experience was far from nice. We could overcome this first problem if that was all. The second reason I give a low grade and I say avoid between the 15th and 21st of August unless you go to sleep in the morning hours and noise does not bother you, is that from the 15th to 21st of August there are festivities at the port at an open space next to the hotel. There was a band on the 16th of August till 1.15 after midnight. Loud rock music which made it impossible to sleep. Closed windows didn't help at all. The least the hotel should do was to warn the customers when booking. Very bad experience. When we complained the answer was ”You should take a room at the back. In front you have views” so it does not matter if one cannot sleep. The problem really is caused by the city of Ciotat but it is totally disrespectful for the customers of the Hotel.

Avevo letto recensioni negative sulla pulizia di questo Residence, quindi sono partita con un kit di detersivi per evitarmi problemi. Al mio arrivo ho lavato con igienizzante tutto il bilocale che ci era stato assegnato e sinceramente l'ho trovato accettabilmente pulito. Il bagno, la cucina, i ripiani erano tutti puliti. Sicuramente gli ambienti sono un pochino 'vissuti', ma nell'insieme la nostra impressione è più che soddisfacente. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale comodissimo come pure il divano letto. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati ed il fatto di avere un balcone ci ha permesso di preparare la nostra colazione in autonomia e tranquillità. La posizione è più che ottima, proprio in centro e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Calanques de Figuerolles. La grand plage resta un pochino più distante, ma se piace camminare non c'è problema, in alternativa c”è il bus. Il personale del Residence è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Il fatto poi che ci sia un posteggio (a pagamento) è utilissimo. Nell'insieme siamo rimasti soddisfatti....direi più che soddisfatti.

Très étonné de lire ces commentaires. J'ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour. Jessika qui m'a accueilli avec un très joli sourire . Très aimable et a l'écoute. la chambre propre la salle de bain nickel. J'ai été sur classée car la chambre que j'avais réservé n'était pas prête sans aucun frais supplémentaires. J'ai beaucoup aimé la housse de couette contrairement à la personne qui a laissé un avis négatif . j'en ai acheter une pour le coup . Le matin la bonne humeur de Zineb au petit déjeuner vous met en forme pour la journée. Merci a tout le personnel. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir. Aline chiaramonte

Il nostro viaggio a Provence è stato per 3 notti al Moxi. L'hotel si trova nelle periferie di La Ciotat in un complesso di nuova costruzione con diversi ristoranti, bar e cinema. È anche ideale per escursioni a Cassis o M***ille. Il personale molto amichevole ci ha invitati a bere un drink benvenuto. Questo può essere anche aggiornato con snacks. A Moxy, il design e la prassi sono sempre presenti. Questo vale per lobby (incluso il tavolo da tavola), la sala di lettura o anche la sala. Abbiamo trascorso le tre notti in una stanza familiare con abbastanza spazio e comfort. Il tè e il caffè sono stati inclusi. Il colazione è semplice, ma tutto bene. Purtroppo non potevamo usare la piscina superiore del tetto. In generale, un hotel molto moderno e ben mantenuto, altamente raccomandato.
