The Chatelminés restaurant serves authentic, generous and responsible traditional cuisine as well as a selection of regional specialties. Our menu and our daily slate change according to the seasons and the inspiration of our Chef.
We also have a real Finnish Kota-Grill in our garden for a private dinner around the fire with family or friends.

The hotel is very easy to find with ample free car parking available. The staff are lovely and speak good English. The rooms are very spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The restaurant is very popular and serves very good food at a reasonable price.

Hôtel cosy, personnel très attentionné et agréable, repas typique des Vosges et de très bonne qualité , chambre et literie confortable. Bien situé pour découvrir cette belle région. Nous y avons passé une semaine et nous avons vu la vie en Vosges!

Un grand merci. Parmi les plus belles vacances en famille pour nous. Un logement tout confort, à la fois moderne et cocooning, on se sent chez nous. C est spacieux et intimiste. Un service chaleureux, un personnel au petit soin. J y ai bu le meilleur mojito, mangé un délice de moelleux au chocolat dans un cadre exceptionnel. Les environs sont magnifiques. On a fait de belles randonnées, de belles galipettes au ski et sur/sous la luge 😂. Bref on s'y ressource, on s'y amuse, on s'y régale. Hâte d y retourner.

Cela fait 3 ans qui je choisis cet hôtel pour mes vacances d’hiver et j’y passe toujours un merveilleux séjour. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses, le personnel est toujours très agréable, les gérants adorables, la qualité des repas est exceptionnelle et mention spéciale cette année à Rachel qui a sublimé nos repas tous les soirs grâce à sa douce voix 🎵 ! Merci encore à vous tous, on a déjà hâte de revenir!

Toujours satisfait de l hôtel et cela fait 27 ans que nous venons en février mars de chaque année Les chambres sont toujours très bien entretenues Le repas du soir et du matin sont qualitatifs et quantitatif Seul petit bémol sur les 2 dernières années c est qu il n y a plus de jacuzzi ce qui était un plus pour se détendre après une journée de ski Espérons que cela va revenir car nos ados nous réclament pour l année prochaine de changer d hôtel pour en prendre un avec piscine ou jacuzzi À suivre

Restaurant à fuir. Arrivée 13 h au restaurant.1 table occupée on veut nous placer au fond du resto avec une table coincée contre un mur . On insiste un peu on nous change de table .Le serveur nous apporte les boissons et devant la table laisse tomber un verre de vin.Resultat mon blouson complètement taché. Une serveuse arrive et excuse le garçon car c’est son 1er jour ok.pas un mot pour mon blouson même pas une serviette pour essuyer.Arrive les plats un carré d’agneau cru et une tête de veau aux soi disant petits légumes.(les légumes sont encore entrain de pousser dans son jardin. La tête de veau servie dans un jus coupée en petits morceaux et entièrement recouverte d’une crème. ( immangeable) On le fait remarquer à la serveuse et réponse de la cuisine la cuisson à été faite à la sonde.(il faut la changer et le cuisinier avec) .La serveuse nous fait remarquer qu’elle a déjà eu plusieurs remarques sur cette tête de veau. Finalité on a rien mangé on a demandé à emporter le carré d’agneau pour le cuire à la maison. On nous apporte un dogy bag l’air de dire tiens emballe ta viande. Au moment de payer on demande un geste et la encore refus catégorique. Merci pour ce bon moment. On a appris un peu plus tard qu’ils venaient juste de reprendre ce restaurant. Je pense que ça va pas durer.

Une fois de plus nous avons passés un agréable séjour . Nous venons chaques années d'habitude nous logeons à l'hotel mais cette fois si comme nous étions un groupe de 10 nous avons optés pour le chalet 'sarah' .On a eut l'impression d'être en vacance le temps d'un w end . Propretée nickel acceuil au top de toute l'équipe et toujours avec le sourire ....petit déjeuner buffet au top .Nous avons mangés les repas du soirs à l'hotel nous avons très bien mangés si je pouvais juste faire une petite suggestion cela serait de mettre un plat à la carte qui soit pour les végétariens et remettre un plat de pate mais franchement c'est juste un petit détail par rapport au reste qui est plus que top ! Merciiiii a toute l'équipe et au plus tard à l'année prochaine.

Nous sommes revenu pour un séjour de trois jours dans cet adresse connue depuis des décennies,et notre avis est mitigé,certes le mobilier est les meubles sont nouveau est très beaux,la nourriture est de qualité avec des produits variés,mais une personne du personnel a force de vouloir trop bien faire,a vouloir nous proposer d'autres produits que ceux que nous avions voulu goûter,nous a gâcher une partie des repas. Les chambres sont de bonne tenue. Par contre les tarifs sont bien élevés.

Hotel et restaurant a l entrée de la Bresse, bel établissement je recommande ambiance familiale. La chambre est très bien équipée avec un grand lit. Pour la table top produits régionaux simple et efficace . Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
