Soggiorno molto piacevole, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, camera spaziosa, ampia scelta per la colazione, posizione perfetta con supermercato e ristoranti proprio di fronte e a soli 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla zona commerciale di Main Street. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale, lo consiglio vivamente e tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta.

Un'esperienza deludente
È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. Speravo di godermi un soggiorno confortevole come in precedenza, ma con mio grande rammarico, l'hotel è peggiorato significativamente in poco meno di sei mesi. L'esperienza è stata tutt'altro che soddisfacente.
Procedura di check-in: un incubo
La procedura di check-in è stata un vero disastro, ci sono voluti ben 40 minuti. Il personale della reception ha affermato di non riuscire a trovare la mia prenotazione, il che mi ha lasciato confuso e frustrato. Solo dopo l'intervento di un altro collega siamo finalmente riusciti a effettuare il check-in. Tale inefficienza e i problemi di sistema hanno contribuito a rendere il mio soggiorno davvero pessimo.
Standard igienici discutibili
Una volta in camera, lo stato di pulizia era allarmante. C'erano tre evidenti macchie marroni sul lenzuolo proprio accanto al cuscino, il che sollevava seri dubbi sulla pulizia dell'hotel. La polvere si era accumulata sulla testiera del letto, suggerendo che non fosse stata pulita da molto tempo. Questi dettagli sono fondamentali per un soggiorno piacevole, e l'hotel ha mancato di soddisfare le mie aspettative in questo senso.
Servizi obsoleti e inadeguati
Anche i servizi della camera erano una delusione. Il sedile del WC era freddo al tatto, privo di calore, il che è un requisito fondamentale per i servizi alberghieri. Inoltre, le finestre erano completamente sigillate, a differenza del mio soggiorno precedente, in cui potevano essere leggermente aperte per la ventilazione. Questa modifica rendeva la camera soffocante e scomoda.
Valutazione complessiva
Questo soggiorno è stato una grande delusione. Avevo grandi speranze di un viaggio rilassante, ma i numerosi problemi riscontrati hanno rovinato le mie aspettative. Avevo prenotato quattro notti qui, ma ora tutto ciò che desidero è porre fine a questa spiacevole esperienza il prima possibile. Non tornerò in questo hotel in futuro, né lo consiglierò ad amici o parenti. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda sul serio questi problemi e apporti miglioramenti per migliorare la qualità del servizio. Altrimenti, continueranno a deludere i loro ospiti.

La posizione è buona. Ci vogliono circa 20-30 minuti per uscire dal centro della città e dai grandi magazzini. La stanza è di buone dimensioni igieniche. Tuttavia, il personale della reception ha avuto un atteggiamento negativo ed è stato scortese. Hanno prenotato la colazione al momento della prenotazione della camera ma si sono dimenticati di includere un buono per la colazione al momento del check-in. Gli orari di apertura del grande bagno pubblico non sono molto convenienti, è aperto solo dalle 15:00 alle 21:00. . . Non voglio vivere di nuovo

What a beautiful hotel! The onsen provided was nice enough but it can get noisy due to the tourists. It is not the most convenient location but the staff are good in advising how to best get around. LUUP station right outside the hotel is helpful!

If you are looking for a good value hotel in Kyoto, with reasonable transit connections, the Mitsu Shijo is a good option. We had a relatively small standard room but managed with 2 people.
Pros: Sento - clean, relaxing and spacious with a nice makeup area.
Buses to different sights nearby.
Breakfast is Japanese and the coffee machine makes good lattes.
Very nice staff
Life groceries nearby provides variety of food and takeaways.
Cons: The hotel is in the centre of the city and while that may seem useful, it’s quite a trip to the major sights and areas.
The local restaurants also should be booked on tabelog to make sure you get in.

The Pros: Excellent location; Very kind, attentive and professional staff; breakfast is fine; - The Cons: It's an ageing hotel and it's starting to show; although generally clean my toilet, for example smelled persistently of urine since the moment I entered the room, as if the the flooring around the toilet had not been wiped down and disinfected; the hotel should be on top of the vacuum cleaner maintenance - they clearly do not change their dust sacks often, nor do they filter the air that is released by them; punctually every morning while walking down the corridors the smell of dust emanating from the carpets and/or vacuum cleaners is apparent; Vacuum cleaners need to be frequently maintained; Also what's up with the second card you hand-out at breakfast (other than the 'occupied' card) - It's redundant and totally useless. make things easier - not more complicated please! The large SPA is also very average. I wouldn't necessarily return to this hotel knowing that there are so many ew establishments around which offer newer and fresher facilities. You need to stay current and modern if you want to be competitive! Smarten-up please.

The hotel is slightly far from the subway however there is a family mart next door. The room is very spacious with 4 single beds.

The room has a serious odor, hotel Wi-Fi is very poor ,very bad, the hotel has no solution for the odor, mosquitoes, quite disappointed!The hotel required me to check out at 11, and I was asked to pay 1,000 yuan for checking out half an hour late。Later, we stayed in hotels in Osaka and checked out at 12 o 'clock。So, this hotel is very bad!
