La posizione è buona. Ci vogliono circa 20-30 minuti per uscire dal centro della città e dai grandi magazzini. La stanza è di buone dimensioni igieniche. Tuttavia, il personale della reception ha avuto un atteggiamento negativo ed è stato scortese. Hanno prenotato la colazione al momento della prenotazione della camera ma si sono dimenticati di includere un buono per la colazione al momento del check-in. Gli orari di apertura del grande bagno pubblico non sono molto convenienti, è aperto solo dalle 15:00 alle 21:00. . . Non voglio vivere di nuovo

Very pleasant stay, good value of money, spacious room, various choices of breakfast, perfect location with supermarket, restaurants just across the street and like 15-20 mins walk only to Main Street shopping area. Very helpful and friendly staff, highly recommended and I will definitely come back next time.

What a beautiful hotel! The onsen provided was nice enough but it can get noisy due to the tourists. It is not the most convenient location but the staff are good in advising how to best get around. LUUP station right outside the hotel is helpful!

A Disappointing Experience This is my second time staying at this hotel.I had hoped to enjoy a comfortable stay as I did previously,but to my dismay,the hotel has deteriorated significantly in just under half a year.The experience was far from satisfactory. Check-in Process:A Nightmare The check-in process was nothing short of a disaster,taking a full 40 minutes to complete.The front desk staff claimed they couldn't find my reservation,which left me feeling confused and frustrated.It was only after another colleague intervened that we were finally able to check in.Such inefficiency and system issues set a terrible tone for my stay. Questionable Hygiene Standards Once in the room,the state of cleanliness was alarming.There were three conspicuous brown stains on the bedsheet right next to the pillow,which raised serious doubts about the hotel's housekeeping.Dust had accumulated on the headboard,suggesting that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.These details are crucial for a pleasant stay,and the hotel fell short in this regard. Outdated and Inadequate Facilities The room's facilities were also a letdown.The toilet seat was cold to the touch,lacking any warmth,which is a basic expectation for hotel amenities.Moreover,the windows were completely sealed shut,unlike my previous stay when they could be opened slightly for ventilation.This change made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall Assessment This stay has been a major disappointment.I had high hopes for a relaxing trip,but the numerous issues encountered have ruined that expectation.I had booked four nights here,but now all I want is to end this unpleasant experience as soon as possible.I will not be returning to this hotel in the future,nor will I recommend it to friends or family.I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements to enhance the quality of service.Otherwise,they will continue to disappoint their guests.

Everything was lerfect. Staff were accomodating and helpful in assisting us in finding the best routes to go to attractions

If you are looking for a good value hotel in Kyoto, with reasonable transit connections, the Mitsu Shijo is a good option. We had a relatively small standard room but managed with 2 people. Pros: Sento - clean, relaxing and spacious with a nice makeup area. Buses to different sights nearby. Breakfast is Japanese and the coffee machine makes good lattes. Very nice staff Life groceries nearby provides variety of food and takeaways. Cons: The hotel is in the centre of the city and while that may seem useful, it’s quite a trip to the major sights and areas. The local restaurants also should be booked on tabelog to make sure you get in.

The Pros: Excellent location; Very kind, attentive and professional staff; breakfast is fine; - The Cons: It's an ageing hotel and it's starting to show; although generally clean my toilet, for example smelled persistently of urine since the moment I entered the room, as if the the flooring around the toilet had not been wiped down and disinfected; the hotel should be on top of the vacuum cleaner maintenance - they clearly do not change their dust sacks often, nor do they filter the air that is released by them; punctually every morning while walking down the corridors the smell of dust emanating from the carpets and/or vacuum cleaners is apparent; Vacuum cleaners need to be frequently maintained; Also what's up with the second card you hand-out at breakfast (other than the 'occupied' card) - It's redundant and totally useless. make things easier - not more complicated please! The large SPA is also very average. I wouldn't necessarily return to this hotel knowing that there are so many ew establishments around which offer newer and fresher facilities. You need to stay current and modern if you want to be competitive! Smarten-up please.  '

The hotel is slightly far from the subway however there is a family mart next door. The room is very spacious with 4 single beds. Will consider the hotel again

A nice hotel with good facilities. One of special good point are keeping the cleaning services daily.

Parents love the public bath and breakfast. Good location and nice room enough it is a bit too small.

The room has a serious odor, hotel Wi-Fi is very poor ，very bad, the hotel has no solution for the odor, mosquitoes, quite disappointed！The hotel required me to check out at 11, and I was asked to pay 1,000 yuan for checking out half an hour late。Later, we stayed in hotels in Osaka and checked out at 12 o 'clock。So, this hotel is very bad！

Good hotel standard Mitsui garden hotel . I will come back next trip

The hotel is quite convenient and just walk 6 mins to Kam Market and 10 mins to the major street and department stores. There are many restaurants nearby and convenient stores everywhere. Car parks just at the opposite. Hotspring is awesome & comfortable.
