酒店整體不錯，提供免費接機服務。 酒店的餐廳出品也還行。 我在攜程購買的是帶全餐的，但不知道是哪個環節出問題了，酒店那邊説多次確認都是衹有早餐。 最後是攜程出方案説我在酒店的餐飲消費攜程全額報銷，實際上報銷也非常方便，我把消費憑證給了攜程就立刻到賬了

非常好的體驗，特別是服務態度，nice nice nice，除了沒有喜歡的中國菜😂😂😂

Hotel vicino alle Kuwait Towers (10min a piedi) Personale gentilissimo e veramente premuroso. Ti aiutano in tutto e sono sempre a disposizione. Gentili al punto che ti chiamano X Nome e anche il manager si è fermato ha parlare con noi X sapere com era stato il soggiorno....Veramente bravi... Ottima anche la colazione servita al piano terra. Belle e spaziose le camere anche se gli arredi non sono nuovissimi. Hanno un transfer gratuito X l aeroporto. Va prenotato e parte ogni ora. All interno dell hotel c'è anche un ottimo ristorante Blendz, ordinate con il menù alla carta e rimarrete sorpresi dei piatti.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati per 7 notti dal 27 dicembre 2023 al 3 gennaio 2024, camera 1008; personale veramente ottimo, sempre premurosi e attenti a ogni necessità del cliente, anche alla colazione, compresa nel prezzo, i camerieri sono stati veramente bravi! Camera grande, pulita, con bagno ampio e comodo con la doccia; vista sulle torri e sul mare. Reception veramente professionale e gentile. Diana sempre sorridente e attenta. Bravissimi TUTTI! Parcheggio gratuito si piani sotterranei con ascensore che sale direttamente alle camere. Rapporto qualità prezzo super avendo speso circa 1000 euro (335kwd). Era la mia seconda volta in Kuwait, ci sarà sicuramente una terza e ritornerò senza dubbio in questo splendido hotel!

We experienced the best New Year eve buffet. Their table set up was top-notch and it was coupled with amazing service by the staff. The price was super worth it as it was jam packed with lots of fun including a midnight cake slicing and guest raffle draw entertainment. The array of scrumptious food buffet made our night extra special. Perfect way to celebrate New Year! Indeed we will come back again.

Just wanted to drop a note to say how impressed and overwhelmed I was with your service team. They were so great and kind. Ms nidhi, bipesh and others I honestly don’t remember the names of all but I am so great full and extremely happy with their efficiency and kindness. Thank you so much for making my wife’s birthday special. See you next time. Just a small note it would have been so nice if there is pool in the hotel because my daughter she love to swim even it’s winter.

I didn’t expect the hotel to be this good, if you are here for business or even with family and you need a place to stay I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. There is a view on the Kuwait towers and the sea. It is close to the hotspot areas like Salmiya. The furniture of the hotel is brand new. It is a very clean hotel and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are very professional and very friendly. Keep in mind that there are not many stores around, but there is a grocery store nearby for essentials and also there is a pharmacy at the walking distance .

My second time at the Residence Inn Kuwait City, this time for an extended stay ( almost 2 weeks ) Traveling for work. This place has everything you need while away, The staff here go out of there way to make you feel welcome, nothing is an issue from check in to check out. The place is immaculate and was located on the doorstep of where i was working. most things are within walking distance from the hotel, Shopping Mall, Convenience Stores Etc. although you shouldnt need to go far as the hotel provide almost everything you would need for your stay. On site laundry ( free to use . Bring your own detergent ) Great Restaurant and Room Service with a great choice of menu for all tastes. Breakfast is a must with a huge choice to start you off for the day. Rooms are great and serviced everyday with a restock of Tea, Coffee & Water But what makes this place great is the Staff, everyone one i met made me feel at home, Security, Desk, Cleaners, Waiting Staff, Chiefs and Management all go out of there way to make you welcome and look after you .. A special shout out the Restaurant Staff especially James who kept me supplied with Lemon Mint Juice throughout my stay you are a legend ... Hopefully i will be back again someday ... Thanks Again . 2 day stopover for business Great hotel early checkin arranged as I got there early morning after a red eye Staff were extremely helpful though out my stay , nothing was a problem Great breakfast with lots of options Shame I was only there for 2 days so didn’t have time to use all the facilities available but I will be back later in the year for a far longer stay.

I would like to make a formal compliant here We paid for our 3 King Bed room a week in advance, before we booked we called the hotel and asked if they would keep our room if we check in late. The hotel said "of course they would keep for us since we already paid". But once we arrived the early morning, we got told all 3 of our King Bed Room were given to someone else. [First promise broke] Then Hotel said we can come back 2 hours later, they would give back us smoking-allowed King Bed Rooms with good view on high floors. When we came back, they only offered room on 10th floor, which is medium height only, and are smoking free rooms [Promise broke agian] During the whole conversation, we disucussed respectively with two receptions and one duty manager, we have never heard of any sort of appologies. What they kept saying are : 1. We understand your feeling (with a fake smile) 2. Do you know now is GCC summit? We have high occupation rate (is it the reason you can break your contract?) 3. It is not your fault ( This is the most hilarious sentence that they kept saying, feels like it is my fault) This is not Marriot Standard nor any decent hotel standard, very disappointed!

The food was so delicious, tastyyy, and yumyyyy!!!! The stuff and chef are very friendly and kind, i like the way that they welcome and serve the food to us In addition, i recommend all to visit and try the restaurant that has international delicious food
