Very satisfied with the room, clean with everything u could need, very good and friendly service, the breakfast is alright, depends very much on your personal taste. In total a good place of accommodation worth the price.

The hotel quite big; a bit old. The amenities not well. The breakfast option was most of Chinese food.

Is good but the hotel cant control AC. The room in the day is hot. And worker need know speak the basic english.

入住體驗感還不錯的，特別是早餐很好吃哦，衹是有一點，早上很早房間就有鈴聲，我睡眠淺雖然這個音樂鈴聲很小但還是叫醒我了，房間很大，對了提一個建議，酒店應該配洗衣房好些，雖然有送乾洗服務，但是我覺得該配套的還是要有，不過酒店睡滿24小時這個是真的好，還有周圍交通方便～

房間狹小，設施老舊，服務緩慢，外部雜亂……做為佰翔的“粉絲”。住過的最差的假佰翔😅😅😅😅！！沒有室內游泳池，外面游泳池還要下午才開放，叫個浴巾，的連續打三四次電話。早餐品類少，樣式一般，沙茶麪配的都是青菜😡😡😡😡！！顛覆我對佰翔的認知。

Risposta dalla struttura: 尊敬的林先生，您好！首先，感謝您在五一假期選擇入住廈門軟件園佰翔酒店，也非常感謝您抽出寶貴時間跟我們分享居住體驗。反饋中，很顯然我們的產品及服務沒有令您滿意，我代表酒店向您表示真誠的歉意，這顯然不符合我們“客人摯愛酒店”的服務宗旨。軟件園佰翔酒店是廈門早一批五星級酒店，曾接待過金磚國家領導人峯會，很多國家及國際重要接待活動，可以説是品質一流的酒店。為了保持品質，我們有日養護機制，所有客房一年會保養3-4次。當然，裝修風格和選材等與當今的時尚風格確有不同，不達您的期望，可能也有不一樣的韻味。雅緻類客房，面積在33-35平左右，雙床1.2*2.0，大床1.8*2.0，是按五星標準設計的基礎級客房，滿足1-2人商旅、休旅居停，應該説是舒適的。您預訂雅緻房，入住時前台給您做了免費升級到高級房（如照片），面積和設施基本無差，區別在於高級房可開窗通風，居住舒適感更好一些，但很遺憾，也未達您的預期。酒店的豪華房及以上級別的客房面積在45平以上，歡迎您有機會再體驗一下。泳池是酒店一個特點，深受客人，特別是小孩子的喜歡，今年五一剛剛開放使用。因為在室外，處於安全和水温考慮，營業時間相對於室內泳池會短一些，户外泳池配置的更衣室面積有限，因此沒有標準配置浴巾，需要賓客自行攜帶客房中的，不便之處請您見諒。酒店早餐有通用品類、福建特色類、全國其他地方特色類等大約90個品種，分三套菜單變化配置，也會按客羣的變化做一些調整。中國的餐食博大，我們真心接受賓客的批評和建議並積極進行調整，但確實眾口難調，欠缺之處請您包涵。再次表示歉意，您有任何其他問題或要求，請隨時聯繫我們，期待您在不遠的將來再次入住廈門軟件園佰翔酒店，我們的改變一定會讓您滿意。祝您身體健康，萬事如意！酒店總經理

這次住得太舒心了！房間乾淨整潔，床品軟乎乎的，洗澡水又熱又大。前台小姐姐Shirley特別熱情，幫忙讓禮賓送行李，還耐心推薦周邊美食。位置也方便，下樓就是便利店和公交站。性價比超高，下次來這邊還選這家！

前台小殷服務很貼心，帶寶寶來廈門玩，酒店有很大的户外游泳池，還有一個小動物樂園可以帶小朋友玩，房間床很大，乾淨整潔，住的舒適，酒店還有小童拖鞋和小童牙刷，帶小朋友來太合適了，會推薦給帶娃來廈門玩的朋友

酒店房間挺安靜，後花園很大空氣非常好，每次來都住這裏就是為了這個花園還有24小時退房的這個機制，彈性時間很多，去哪裡很方便，花園裡還有小動物。各區整體服務都是耐心温和的，尤其前台小張，很專業，南方酒店的服務品質還是比較好。

冷氣都是暖氣，調到16度吹出來的體感溫度快28度，住兩晚：第一晚發現冷氣的問題，隔天早上跟櫃檯反應櫃檯說冷氣應該是會冷的，但是又借了我一個大廈站裡面需要裝冰塊跟水的，吹出來的都是暖風，所以二天晚上也是很熱都不用蓋被子。我朋友聽我在說，這個問題上次我朋友也是住在同一間飯店，也是一樣的問題都沒有改善。應該沒有下一次了。

酒店整體住得還可以，交通很方便，地理位置不錯，前台泡菜魚辦理入住快，房間安靜，乾淨衞生，24小時退房，性價比高，設備齊全。下次再來。

來廈門住佰翔還是挺放心的，來之前看這家比較老了但是勝在性價比不錯就入住了，沒想到真的是驚喜不斷，非常滿意。 首先是前台的服務很到位，幫我們值房的小何態度非常好，很貼心，還幫我們升級了房型。 其次就是套餐贈送的鹿島松鼠公園門票，本來以為酒店自帶的就是意思意思，沒想到是個小而精緻耐玩的小樂園，無論是喂小動物還是下水撈魚都讓孩子玩的廢寢忘食，硬控兩個小時。 最後房間雖然設施稍微舊了點，但是衞生和該有的規格都有了，性價比真的是非常讚了
