Nice place to stay. The kitchen on each floor was really helpful. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and quiet

The rooms are so clean, stuff is very helpful with good English, they’ve helped us renting ski equipment as well. Highly recommended!

Clean and accessible via shuttle bus (though infrequently) or via GO car. Staff were helpful and polite. There is a diner downstairs (Midtown Diner) which is convenient if it is snowing hard and you need to eat in for lunch/dinner. There are rooms to store ski equipment, and coin washing machines for easy laundry. There were also some nice Christmas decorations at the lobby.

We were there to snowboard. Hotel is clean and relevant to our needs. We had parking on site. Will come again

A little far from amenities and a walk from the ski slopes, but that is made up for with the regular buses that circle the Ski Resort every 20 minutes both ways. Hotel room was small but cozy and all hotel staff spoke good English which helped my group settle in well.

Location is good and staffs are very welcoming and friendly! Closes to Hirafu and Hanazono. The bed were not so good and the aircon cant be used during winter season.

The hotel is beyond our expectations. Though the location is not as midtown as the name might suggest, it is only a short drive to downtown. Front-desk staff are helpful. The room is clean and aptly decorated. A water heater in a shower room is easy to work with. USB sockets are abundant. We are surprised to see a common kitchen available for hotel guests. I guessed many people would want to cook their own food during the snow-peak season. Not sure about the room price during Winter but the rate we got in Autumn is very reasonable. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Niseko.

The cleaning personnels are more polite than the front desk. I seldom write bad reviews but we had a bad experience with this hotel

Staff are family & helpful. Have store room to place your skiing equipments at the ground floor, which near car park & shuttle bus. Common room r fully equipped, u can easily make a male. But room size is a bit small
