Need to improve English level as I requested 2 floor in same floor but not able to understand what I request

Great stay with friendly staff and a simple onsen available for most of the day.

service is good , location is about 15 minutes walk to the JR station

All clear. Good hotel, there’s a washing machine in the 2/F and an onsen. Recommended.

Hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. Will stay there if we do visit Kurumw again.

Have indoor onsen and the room is big. Also, there are no additional charge for the onsen, which is good.

Clean is okay

Green Rich Kurami is a very good hotel conveniently located at the center of Kurami city. Good and clean hotel, worth staying at other Green Rich hotels in future.

The onsen is not clean. Breakfast is not at good value. Room was ok.

아주아주 만족스럽게 묵었습니다. 일본 호텔치고 넓습니다. 직원분들도 친절하십니다. 새로 지었는지 아주 상태좋은 객실과, 호텔 시설들 좋아요. 2층에 얼음 무료로 가져갈 수 있고 5층에 전자레인지도 있어요! 매일 돌아다니고 저녁에 대욕탕애서 피로풀었습니다(샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시 있음) 침대가 엄청 편해서 진짜 잘잤습니다! 너무 추천해요👍

有小孩的家庭或是非常怕煙味但人千萬不要訂，明明訂的是禁菸房，結果到的時候說只剩下吸菸房，然後表示上面明明就是訂禁菸房，但櫃檯表示這個只是request???並不是一定的意思？？？ 但是下訂單的時候明明吸菸房跟禁菸房是分開來的選項，上面也沒有表示是request的！附上訂單證明表示真的訂了禁菸房，不知道究竟是app的問題還是酒店的問題，在吸菸樓層電梯一打開就全是煙味，房間的煙味也整個滲透到地毯牆壁，整晚都很不舒服，也因為是當天所以沒有辦法退款，完全是廣告不實，要是知道會給吸菸房就不會選擇這裡了，當晚又更多其他更划算的住宿，只是因為酒店看起來規模較大又有溫泉，但要是知道在吸菸房就完全不會選擇，而且吸菸跟禁菸的房間下訂時價格也不同，真的非常非常誇張，當晚天氣很冷，但還是開窗才能入睡，希望能給個解釋
