Green Rich Hotel Kurume

The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from the nearest station. It’s still within walking distance, but the walk can feel a bit long, especially if you have luggage. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean, spacious, modern, and looked quite new. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was also included. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel is clean, with hot springs and sauna. Room is bigger than average Japanese hotel. Additional fee for parking is 1200 yen.

Traffic is convenient, onsen is good (not many people), many restaurants nearby. The room is not really big. Staff are helpful.

My family and I had great time. Very relaxed and clean hotel. Feels like going back home. Very beautiful when it snowed outside.

Good recommend hotel ... Staff is good and nice .. Room is clean

Everything is good but not the wifi. Always launched without Internet connections.

overall experience was okay…pretty new hotel with spacious room & toilet/bath. found uncleared pair of disposable contact lens at bed head. check-in clerk was very unfriendly & attitude was poor…made us felt unwelcomed & unhappy, wish we could be served by another person rather than she!

The good thing is provided the public bath for customers. Have to pay for parking. The washing machine and dryer are separate and you have to prepare your own detergent.

Service is highly recommend
