E'un hotel molto adatto per molte famiglie e piano insieme. Un po'di carenza è che alcuni posti hanno un po'di gusto decorativo. La sicurezza della porta è più in legno, L'auto è venuta un po'sconcertato, spero di rafforzare la formazione iniziale per guidare il parcheggio e chiedere se gli ospiti devono aiutare.

Sono andato solo per sapere che è a circa due chilometri dall'hotel. È anche possibile andare a piedi se non importa. SSCTan (Malaysia)Il nostro soggiorno allo Zhouzhuang Zen Yili è stato assolutamente meraviglioso: un mix perfetto di comfort, calore e praticità!
Un taxi ci ha lasciato a 1 minuto a piedi dallo Zen Yili. L'ingresso dell'antico villaggio di Zhouzhuang è a pochi minuti a piedi dallo Zen Yili, il che lo rende incredibilmente comodo per visite turistiche e attività. Anche l'ambiente tranquillo della casa ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera rilassante.
I padroni di casa, marito e moglie, sono stati eccezionalmente gentili e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sulla zona. Ci hanno fornito frutta fresca, tè, biscotti e acqua minerale in abbondanza. Sono rimasto sorpreso anche dal fatto che la camera fosse dotata di zanzariere complete e, se necessario, persino di un dispositivo anti-zanzare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, la casa e i suoi dintorni erano completamente privi di zanzare.
La camera era pulitissima, con lenzuola fresche e un'atmosfera accogliente. Il bagno era di standard a cinque stelle per i suoi accessori ed era molto ben tenuto.
Prima del check-out, ci hanno offerto dei deliziosi biscotti fatti in casa in segno di ospitalità. Hanno anche organizzato per noi un comodo e affidabile servizio di pick-up dopo il check-out.
Considerando il prezzo, questa sistemazione in famiglia offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Ci torneremmo sicuramente e la consigliamo vivamente a coppie, famiglie o viaggiatori singoli in cerca di un rifugio tranquillo nell'antico villaggio di Zhouzhuang.

LlschungDuring our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit.
The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience.
Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

UUtente ospiteI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Ambiente: 1. A poche decine di metri dalla biglietteria della Shen Hall, molto comodo. 2. Il piccolo cortile di fronte al B&B è bellissimo, perfetto per scattare foto e fare il check-in.
Servizio: Ho inviato la posizione del taxi e sono arrivato direttamente.
Riepilogo: Questo B&B è stato fantastico. Ci tornerò la prossima volta che visiterò Zhouzhuang!

UUtente ospiteOttimo posticino dove soggiornare. Ho prenotato la camera con balcone vista. Mi è piaciuto sedermi sulle sedie al mattino e alla sera. La zanzariera attorno al letto è perfetta per una buona notte di sonno. Nel complesso mi piacerebbe tornarci di nuovo.
Nessun problema con la consegna del cibo al parco. Il personale dell'hotel è stato disponibile nell'organizzare il servizio taxi per la stazione di Oriental Land (100 RMB).
Mi sono goduto i negozi e le tante cose da fare in un paio di giorni se ti piace prenderti il tuo tempo passeggiando tranquillamente. Ho anche viaggiato verso i canali di Suzhou vicino a Qilishantang e Pingjiang che sono fantastici.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione era perfetta e anche la mia considerazione iniziale, proprio al centro della città. Non c'è molto da aspettare, tranne per quegli oggetti standard - servizio, pulizia o comodità, quindi per la mia sorpresa, le camere erano confortevoli e pulite (dicono che era perché erano state ristrutturate o non molto tempo fa) ma, ma tranne per alcuni piccoli hiccups esempio - controllo di condizionamento dell'aria (remoto e montato) + camera WiFi richiede pre-accelerazione prima di essere collegato (utilizzato il mio hotspot telefonico per risolvere il problema)! Tutto era bene fino al giorno dopo poco prima di andare fuori, mi hanno tagliato l'elettricità della stanza improvvisamente mezz'ora prima del tempo di checkout! Immagina se tu stai ancora usando il bagno! Questo richiede seria attenzione, perché non ho mai incontrato tali scenari prima, in tutta la mia vita di viaggi e soggiorno in hotel. Non. Naturalmente la mia prenotazione è venuta con il “privilegio di checkout tardivo” quindi perché la fretta? Oh e hanno offerto un aggiornamento della stanza (quando si accede) ma, ma con ulteriori oneri! Mi chiedevo se questi malintesi fossero “intenzionali” o causati da malcomunicazioni tra la gestione dell’hotel e la piattaforma, una tecnica di vendita? Per favore chiarisci: retribuzioni piacevole/ disponibili dopo la prenotazione, se possibile grazie

GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating.
The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel.
Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!
