Hotel in zona Jinsegangwan Commercial Street, Kunshan

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

作為一個五鑽/星酒店愛好者和酒旅從業者這家酒店還是非常值得來講兩句的，首先外觀可能平平無奇，內裏大有乾坤，樓下光迎賓有2-3個，態度很好，熱心幫忙開電梯，其次套餐包含的簡餐也很好吃，房間裏有很多細節做得很好，全智能家居，浴袍是加絨的、拖鞋也是加厚的，甚至還給了沐浴棉，很多星級酒店做不到這樣的，mini吧給了四罐飲料，比很多其他高端五星更大方，下午還送了入住水果，非常貼心，早餐很豐富很好吃，種類多，很多五星酒店都以白人飯為主，中國消費者容易吃不習慣，這邊中式菜品比較多，更適合我的中國胃。7樓有個小酒吧，可以適當小酌兩杯，洗衣房裡的機器洗衣烘乾功能也比較多，甚至自帶藍月亮洗衣液，而且不需要排隊，健身房甚至有划船機和登山機，種類較多。這次來天氣比較冷還沒有機會去游泳池，等天熱了再來感受。唯一要説的兩點就是是點外賣機器人送的比較慢，而且不會打電話，導致外賣到了我也不知道，機器人又下樓了，建議機器人到門口給房間內打個電話，還有就是沒有浴缸，可能我定的房間沒有，那麼如果能作房態情況升級的話就更好了。

Cons: Breakfast Service Needs Improvement:During breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my soy milk, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the restaurant staff, but unfortunately, the chef did not respond or offer to replace the soy milk or provide any other compensation. This handling of the situation left me very disappointed and affected my dining experience.
