Ho già vissuto un negozio di super strada, questa volta con i genitori, ho scelto il negozio di Yangxian Lake.Molto piacevole esperienza, tranquillo e confortevole e felice.
L'hotel è situato a Baoji Street, ricostruito da Zhuang.L'ambiente dell'hotel è pulito e la vicina vecchia strada Jingji è molto ardente.
Questa prenotazione è una semplice struttura distintiva per soggiorno in fondo alla stanza e bagno in alto.Il design generale è semplice e le strutture sono complete.La macchina per caffè, il pulitore d'aria, soprattutto la bella caramella nella stanza, il disegno di drago e il divertimento sono interessanti.
La colazione dell'hotel è auto-assistente, anche se la varietà è limitata, ma i noci e le caramelle sono buoni.Il servizio del personale è attento e gentile.Il pranzo e la cena possono essere risolti anche nel ristorante.
Molto soddisfatta di un'esperienza, e spero di avere una nuova esperienza in altri negozi con un po'di ricchezza la prossima volta.

Kunshan ha fatto un viaggio per soggiornare nell'hotel Yahoo, nel Città di Xiangko, a cinque ore del pomeriggio, e l'ottava partenza il giorno successivo, il hall è molto bello, può essere ufficio, e stampante, e molti libri. L'ambiente della stanza è buono, tutti possono essere manipolati in modo intelligente, possono aprire la TV, la luce elettrica, e le finestre, Il loro piano superiore è un ristorante, la vista è aperta, la colazione è molto buona. Ho soggiornato in tanti hotel e non ho mai scritto un commento.Non c'è modo di farlo. Perche'il servizio di questo hotel e'molto buono, ho fatto ”voglio quello che pensano gli ospiti, gli ospiti urgenti”. Specialmente, desidero congratularmi con il giovane Li Sang sulla reception, l'atteggiamento del servizio e la gestione delle esigenze dei clienti. È davvero riuscito a stare in piedi nella prospettiva dei clienti!!Per il servizio, il miglior hotel Kunshan, nessuno!!Per quanto riguarda le strutture di decorazione, i piatti verdi sono tutti amati, ma è il mio stile preferito! Non c'è da fare, è un complimento!(PLS: la reception ha visto il mio auto a Lauton, la stanza non è ancora libera, e l'aggiornamento è gratuito.Molto in movimento!)

LlschungDurante il nostro recente soggiorno in questo meraviglioso hotel, siamo stati eccezionalmente soddisfatti di tutti gli aspetti della nostra esperienza. Dal momento che siamo arrivati, siamo stati benvenuti dal personale dell'hotel che è venuto a incontrarci all'ingresso della scena e ha aiutato con il nostro bagaglio.
La decorazione dell'hotel è stupenda, crea un ambiente tranquillo e visivamente piacevole. La nostra camera era spaziosa e bellamente progettata, offrendo un giardino tranquillo dove ci piaceva un comodo sonno notturno. E 'in realtà un fantastico luogo per rilassarsi e rilassarsi.
Uno dei punti di vista del nostro soggiorno è stato il piacevole tè pomeriggio, soprattutto i snack cereali che erano così deliziosi che abbiamo chiesto al personale dell'hotel di aiutare a comprare e a mandare alcuni in Shanghai per portarci a casa. La loro disponibilità a accogliere la nostra richiesta ha aggiunto un particolare toccamento alla nostra esperienza.
La colazione dell'hotel era un altro posto, e la porridge era così delicata che l'hotel ci ha dato un pacco di riso che avevamo preparato. Questo gesto è stato molto apprezzato e parlava di loro impegno per la soddisfazione degli ospiti.
In generale, il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel non era meno eccezionale. Lo consigliamo sinceramente a chiunque cerca un confortevole e piacevole ritiro. Se ritorniamo in questa zona, sicuramente opteremo per restare qui di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteMolto amichevole host – veramente andando fuori dal loro modo per aiutarti anche nonostante la barriera linguistica che avevo (non parlo mandarino). Mi sono camminato verso l'ingresso della città per convertire il biglietto in un passaggio 3-day (non avrei saputo farlo!). Quando mi chiese dove arrivare alla fermata, mi accompagnai per 15 minuti, e mi assicurai di poter entrare in autobus (il sistema di biglietti non è progettato per gli stranieri). Mi diede un trattamento locale come regalo. Molto amichevole e caldo benvenuto.

UUtente ospiteUno dei nostri posti preferiti. Davvero un soggiorno fantastico. La signora che gestisce il posto è super gentile. La stanza aveva decorazioni e mobili esotici e fantastici. Il balcone era bello anche se non c'era molto da vedere ma era sui tetti.
La posizione è fantastica. Devi pagare 100 rmb per entrare in città prima di camminare per qualche isolato fino all'hotel. Proprio accanto al ponte doppio che è famoso per un vecchio dipinto ma altrimenti non c'è una grande scrivania. In effetti c'erano altri ponti doppi e ponti più pittoreschi.
L'unico inconveniente era la mancanza di colazione. Quindi devi gironzolare e trovare un ristorante. Abbiamo commesso l'errore di ordinare un caffè da una caffetteria. Nonostante i 35 rmb, più costosi che negli Stati Uniti, era solo una macchina automatica, non fatta da un barista, e non si sentiva nemmeno molto il sapore del caffè. Questo non ha nulla a che fare con l'hotel ma è stata una fregatura.
Un altro aspetto positivo dell'hotel è che hanno un'altra attività di noleggio di abiti storici con trucco e fotografia. È andata alla grande.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Ho prenotato la cena di notte, l'ambiente è bello, la stanza è pulita e luminosa, il negozio e il personale sono molto entusiasti. In anticipo, informiamo la posizione del parcheggio e sono attivi per il trasporto al parcheggio. Il servizio è attento. La posizione del popolo è molto vicina alla porta di controllo del biglietto del salotto. Sono arrivati pochi passi. È molto conveniente. La prossima volta, prenotare 👍

UUtente ospiteThis place was absolutely amazing, the host was the best we’ve come across, from meeting us and carrying all our bags, to finding us in the rain whilst we were shopping to offer umbrellas due to the downpour . The room was immaculate, we were able to store our drinks etc in the large commercial fridge, and yes it was cold!! Bottled water was free anytime. The location is brilliant , you can walk around the town and drop back and use the home stay facilities anytime, this was so nice as the facilities were so clean. Our room was spacious overlooking the canals, so even if you felt like a break, a drink and nibbles in your room whilst watching the events below was relaxing.
The restaurant next door was the nicest we’d come across. I would recommend 2 nights stay, and definitely don’t look any further trying to find a better spot , book here. The Host spoke English and was easy to contact by email or mobile and WeChat. This is a family home stay business and it was evident during our stay. I’d give this place 10 stars

Dopo un'indagine abbiamo chiesto i ristoranti e è stato inviato al ristorante del 5° piano che serve solo cucina locale. Anche noi abbiamo chiesto al ristorante del 5° piano dove possiamo godere di cibo occidentale. Siamo stati inviati al primo piano dove abbiamo trovato che il ristorante occidentale era chiuso, e ci ha fatto ingannare di essere inviati da un posto all'altro e non essere ben informati sulle opzioni di cena. Abbiamo dovuto godere di un pranzo mediocre nel centro commerciale vicino, l'occasione era prevista per la festa di festa dell'ospite, dal momento che lei ha lasciato la Cina e si sposa all'estero. Sono deluso dal manager di ristorante non informato e non mi consiglierei di rimanere alla corona Kunshan, poiché l'altra corona Plaza che ho soggiornato è stata una molto migliore esperienza.

DDima DiI really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example.
Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties.
Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget.
So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice.

No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the “late checkout privilege” so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were “intentional” or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you
