早餐：東西比較少。一般。
午餐：送的奧灶麪，很不錯。
改進：床太軟了，一整個腰痠背痛的，沒睡好。水果不錯，不過不肯再給了，獨一份。
總體還是超值的。看了看攜程價格，貌似這個優惠價格再也沒有了。
酒店對面就是正儀古鎮，人很少，隨便逛逛，挺不錯～

È appena tornato da 10 giorni a Kunshan per soggiornare all'Hotel Tonino Lamborghini. Apprezzo le strutture pulite e confortevoli spruzzate con arte, fiori e artefatti, grande cibo nei ristoranti interni e passeggiata per il tempo libero e divertimento. Tutti (se il personale della stanza, del server o del servizio di fronte) sono sempre sorridenti, disposti a aiutare e rispondere a domande o dare direzioni, anche con la barriera linguistica! Voglio ringraziare in modo speciale Tom, Elena e Bruce che mi hanno reso il soggiorno speciale e memorabile!!

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

SSamson Fu HoOverall an enjoyable and relaxing one night stay at this tiny cosy hotel in Zhouzhuang, for our final leg of our 6 days Suzhou trip. We took a didi over to Zhouzhuang, which was faster and cheaper than I expected, just a little over half an hour.
The hotel staff called me the day before to arrange for pick-up near the watertown ticket office. Actually I can't speak Mandarin and their English wasn't too good but we ended up chatting on Wechat as Wechat has a built-in translate function in their chat.
So, 15 minutes before we arrive, we just had to let them know on Wechat. And the staff is already waiting for us, helped us with the luggage and guided us through the ticket buying process.
You do have to pay for the ¥100 RMB ticket to get into the watertown and the ticket is good for 3 days. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance.
I picked this hotel because it was right inside the watertown and it had the ancient Chinese interior, although all the amenities are modern, including a robust and high-tech Kohler smart toilets in each bathroom.
There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and the coffee shop owner is friendly and takes his coffee craft seriously. The hotel gives you 2 free drinks during your stay and the coffee menu is quite extensive. If the hotel rooms are not booked on that day, we are told the hotel opens their doors to coffee customers.
The hotel owner is actually younger than I expected so I am impressed she meticulously created this authentic experience and the attention to detail. She was friendly and helpful and was open to accommodating our needs.
We booked the entire 2nd floor, which was 3 bedrooms and we had 6 adults in our group. This tiny hotel only has 3 bedrooms so if you booked all 3 rooms, you pretty much get the entire hotel to yourselves which include the first floor which is spacious and comfy.
When I visit Zhouzhuang again, I am looking forward to stay here again. It's certainly not cheap, but you do get what you pay for - which is people passionate about hospitality (in a Chinese way) and also a hygiene and staying experience that is certainly up to international standards.

Sono stati il momento clou del nostro soggiorno, rendendoci molto comodi. Abbiamo ricevuto dolci, tè in riva al fiume, un'esperienza fantastica. Nessun rumore nella stanza. La posizione era premium, la stanza era molto pulita e l'architettura dell'hotel offriva un'esperienza cinese locale. Altamente consigliato!!! Grazie per la vostra ospitalità!

UUtente ospiteUno dei nostri posti preferiti. Davvero un soggiorno fantastico. La signora che gestisce il posto è super gentile. La stanza aveva decorazioni e mobili esotici e fantastici. Il balcone era bello anche se non c'era molto da vedere ma era sui tetti.
La posizione è fantastica. Devi pagare 100 rmb per entrare in città prima di camminare per qualche isolato fino all'hotel. Proprio accanto al ponte doppio che è famoso per un vecchio dipinto ma altrimenti non c'è una grande scrivania. In effetti c'erano altri ponti doppi e ponti più pittoreschi.
L'unico inconveniente era la mancanza di colazione. Quindi devi gironzolare e trovare un ristorante. Abbiamo commesso l'errore di ordinare un caffè da una caffetteria. Nonostante i 35 rmb, più costosi che negli Stati Uniti, era solo una macchina automatica, non fatta da un barista, e non si sentiva nemmeno molto il sapore del caffè. Questo non ha nulla a che fare con l'hotel ma è stata una fregatura.
Un altro aspetto positivo dell'hotel è che hanno un'altra attività di noleggio di abiti storici con trucco e fotografia. È andata alla grande.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

UUtente ospiteThis place was absolutely amazing, the host was the best we’ve come across, from meeting us and carrying all our bags, to finding us in the rain whilst we were shopping to offer umbrellas due to the downpour . The room was immaculate, we were able to store our drinks etc in the large commercial fridge, and yes it was cold!! Bottled water was free anytime. The location is brilliant , you can walk around the town and drop back and use the home stay facilities anytime, this was so nice as the facilities were so clean. Our room was spacious overlooking the canals, so even if you felt like a break, a drink and nibbles in your room whilst watching the events below was relaxing.
The restaurant next door was the nicest we’d come across. I would recommend 2 nights stay, and definitely don’t look any further trying to find a better spot , book here. The Host spoke English and was easy to contact by email or mobile and WeChat. This is a family home stay business and it was evident during our stay. I’d give this place 10 stars

Dopo un'indagine abbiamo chiesto i ristoranti e è stato inviato al ristorante del 5° piano che serve solo cucina locale. Anche noi abbiamo chiesto al ristorante del 5° piano dove possiamo godere di cibo occidentale. Siamo stati inviati al primo piano dove abbiamo trovato che il ristorante occidentale era chiuso, e ci ha fatto ingannare di essere inviati da un posto all'altro e non essere ben informati sulle opzioni di cena. Abbiamo dovuto godere di un pranzo mediocre nel centro commerciale vicino, l'occasione era prevista per la festa di festa dell'ospite, dal momento che lei ha lasciato la Cina e si sposa all'estero. Sono deluso dal manager di ristorante non informato e non mi consiglierei di rimanere alla corona Kunshan, poiché l'altra corona Plaza che ho soggiornato è stata una molto migliore esperienza.

DDanielledAndò in vacanza con mia madre e le gemelle. Aaron ci ascoltava subito e ci aiutava anche con il bagaglio nella nostra stanza. La stanza del bambino era bella e aveva abbastanza spazio per i miei due toddler.
Il ristorante Riverside era un po' pieno di persone, e nonostante il numero di persone, ci hanno assistito il personale e ci hanno dato due sedie aperte che ci servono.
In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno in Paradox Hotel. Il loro servizio clienti è magnifico.

TTracy TrangCũng ổn, chỉ là có cửa sổ nhưng nhìn thông với phòng khác, nhà khác nên không mở rèm đc. Ở trong ngõ nên tối sẽ không ngắm được cổ trấn lên đèn nhé. Mình đi 1 mình, buổi tối hơi sợ sợ chút haha. Giá phòng cũng được nhưng thêm cái vé 100 tệ vào cổ trấn nữa nên tổng ra hơi phí tiền

UUtente ospiteLa posizione era perfetta e anche la mia considerazione iniziale, proprio al centro della città. Non c'è molto da aspettare, tranne per quegli oggetti standard - servizio, pulizia o comodità, quindi per la mia sorpresa, le camere erano confortevoli e pulite (dicono che era perché erano state ristrutturate o non molto tempo fa) ma, ma tranne per alcuni piccoli hiccups esempio - controllo di condizionamento dell'aria (remoto e montato) + camera WiFi richiede pre-accelerazione prima di essere collegato (utilizzato il mio hotspot telefonico per risolvere il problema)! Tutto era bene fino al giorno dopo poco prima di andare fuori, mi hanno tagliato l'elettricità della stanza improvvisamente mezz'ora prima del tempo di checkout! Immagina se tu stai ancora usando il bagno! Questo richiede seria attenzione, perché non ho mai incontrato tali scenari prima, in tutta la mia vita di viaggi e soggiorno in hotel. Non. Naturalmente la mia prenotazione è venuta con il “privilegio di checkout tardivo” quindi perché la fretta? Oh e hanno offerto un aggiornamento della stanza (quando si accede) ma, ma con ulteriori oneri! Mi chiedevo se questi malintesi fossero “intenzionali” o causati da malcomunicazioni tra la gestione dell’hotel e la piattaforma, una tecnica di vendita? Per favore chiarisci: retribuzioni piacevole/ disponibili dopo la prenotazione, se possibile grazie
