Questa è una casa straordinaria, che ci è piaciuta, ben lontana dalla traccia battuta verso il nord di Kunming, accanto alla pittoresca città di Minsu.
L'ospitalità del proprietario era secondaria a nessuno, ci spingeva intorno a casa per libertà, ci serviva un bbq sorprendente e ci dava consigli e sorridere ogni volta che attraversavamo il suo percorso. Ha anche organizzato un pilota per portarci alle attrazioni più popolari a un prezzo molto ragionevole.
I miei due figli erano sicuri e felici di esplorare intorno alla casa e si sono resi felici e benvenuti nonostante il loro costante scontro di calcio 😂
Minsu ha tutto quello che ti serve con i locali super amici, soprattutto ci sono racconti del gruppo etnico Dong. Ci sono molti ristoranti che servono la fantastica tradizione di cucina Yunnan in grandi porzioni.
Se vuoi rilassarti dalla pista battuta e sperimentare una bella vera esperienza di soggiorno, consigliamo fortemente Yunyan.

Abbiamo fatto transito a Kunming da Lijiang. Situato a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto. Quando siamo entrati, la nostra stanza è stata aggiornata al piano esecutivo. I had notified the hotel that i would late check in after 1 am as my flights arrived around 1.35 am, at the same time I requested an airport transfer and the hotel officially confirmed by email to arrange the pick up. To my disappointment, after clearing the custom I cant see any vehicle from the hotel, i had been keep waiting at airport and have no way to look for assistance. We called the hotel & they replied that no transportation had been arranged and only arranged after we called. This is a bad service that i ever experience.
After check in the hotel, we noticed the aircond does not functioning well, we call reception to send someone to check, the front desk replied there is no other staff on duty so no one can check for me. To my surprise a big hotel only with 1 staff on duty is really speechless.

The hotel was new. The room looked spacious and clean. Although there was no breakfast provided, there were nice food options nearby within minutes and walk.
However, Hotel did never inform where to wait for the airport pickup shuttle bus during the entire booking, which is very inconvenient for international travellers. Although we added 华顾酒店前台1 as friend on WeChat and wanted to check where to wait for airport pick-up shuttle bus, we didn't get any reply. In the end, we had to make international call at the airport to the hotel to get such info.

UUtente ospiteOverall, I like this hotel chain in general and would stay there again, both at this location and in other cities. This was not the first location for this chain that I have stayed at.
Location: The hotel is located in a fairly central location. It is very close to Green Lake, though you'll need a map in order to know that. It's across the street from a KFC, 711, and Starbucks, and around the corner from a Burger King. There are also quite a few shared bikes (both electric and not) available from several different companies in front of the hotel.
Amenities: Breakfast is available for an additional charge, and there is a laundry room. I used neither of these. The hotel room has a refrigerator and more than the standard two bottles of drinking water plus an electric kettle, tea set, two packets of tea, and some candy in a dish (that looked like it had been there for a very long time). This hotel chain is generally very good about giving you more water if you ask. The bed is very comfortable, the tv is huge, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the room is clean overall. There were ink stains on the sofa, but no problems with the bedding. Some of the furniture/walls were starting to be in need of repair, but it's not a problem unless you're super picky.
Safety/Service: The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions that you have, but you'll need to speak Mandarin or have a translator handy. English is limited or non-existent. I felt safe in my room, and I didn't worry about leaving things in my room that I generally keep on my person in other hotels. The maid was also very kind and helped me when I saw her in the hallway and asked for help with a small problem (that was totally just my ignorance and too embarrassing to mention!).
WIFI: Wifi is available, but there is no information about the network or password in the room that I could find. I went down to the front desk and the woman there put the password on my phone for me.
Quiet: Well, there were some very loud and very rude guests staying in rooms near me. I don't know what the hotel's response would have been as I didn't all the front desk to complain. It definitely could have been quieter. There was no noise from outside the hotel, though.
Problems: I stayed at this hotel three nights total but two times (one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of my trip). My second room at this hotel (when I stayed for two nights), there was a blinking light inside a grate in the ceiling that can only be seen when all the lights are out. It was really bothering me, and making it difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk at approx. 12:30 in the morning, and they didn't quite understand my problem (completely due to my sub-par Mandarin), but they sent someone to take a look. The maintenance guy who came said he knew exactly what I was talking about once I pointed upward. He didn't need me to turn off the light and show him. He said there was nothing he could do. If they turned out that light, I would have no electricity in the room. He also said that it's like that in every room. I didn't remember seeing it in the first room I had stayed in at the beginning of my trip, and I also didn't remember it from when I had stayed for three nights at a different location. Whether it really exists in every room or not is here nor there, though it ought to be obvious that a blinking light that doesn't turn off when you turn all the lights off is a bad idea, and something ought to be done). It is possible that it exists in every room but that it's not visible from the bed in every room due to the placement of that grate.

Trasporti: non lontano dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione ferroviaria, al piano di sotto c'è Wanda Plaza, ci sono molti negozi per mangiare e bere, il che è più conveniente
Hardware: la stanza è più di 40 metri quadrati, l'intero layout è leggermente compatto, le tende non sono automatiche, l'asciugacapelli non è abbastanza buono e gli articoli da toeletta sono nella media
Servizio in camera: soddisfacente
Altro: arrivato a mezzogiorno, la camera non è stata ripulita, si è affrettato a fare il check-in, passaggio alla camera executive con denaro extra, niente frutta di benvenuto, l'executive lounge non è aperta, tranne che per il piano, non mi sono sentito in comune servizi di supporto nella sala executive. Non ci sono articoli da toeletta per bambini e solo pantofole di età inferiore a 3 anni.
Nel complesso, se voglio confrontare la mia esperienza di soggiorno l'ultima volta, c'è un grande divario e gli aspetti hardware e software devono essere ulteriormente migliorati.

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

Ci sono molti gusti tra cui scegliere per la colazione, e sono tutti appena fatti e sembra molto appetitoso. MMaxGreat hostel! I felt like I got the royal treatment when I was there simply because I'm a rare foreign guest. Well, I'll take the privilege 😅. So in my particular case, from the moment I arrived they rolled out the red carpet. I made friends with the receptionist and we went to have dinner together right away lol. This never happened to me before haha. It was very nice. Then I was included in all kinds of social activities during my 4 day stay. We had lunch together with the owner, a very jovial guy, the receptionist and some random guests. It was very pleasant. We also went out for free clubbing and to the night market. Absolutely non commercial activities where we simply hung out as friends. Very cool! Definitely enriched my experience in Kunming by a lot. The facilities themselves were good. Everything was clean. It's a little bit cramped up in the apartment that's been made into dorms but it's ok because everyone is very considerate. There's only one bathroom so sometimes that can be annoying. It's a very high quality bathroom tho. I would definitely stay again for the atmosphere and the convenience of the location.

UUtente ospiteIl miglior ostello della gioventù in cui abbia mai soggiornato in Cina! La posizione è molto buona, proprio accanto al Green Lake. Tutti gli spazi pubblici sono molto belli. Il ristorante al terzo piano è delizioso e non costoso. Non mi aspettavo che questo fosse il ristorante dove mangio di più a Kunming.

UUtente ospiteUn'ottima esperienza di stare in un negozio, appena rinnovato, anche se il passero è piccolo, ha tutti gli organi interni! Non appena entri dalla porta, non hai la sensazione del paradiso! (È lì che ho guidato una bici elettrica, ho parcheggiato sul ciglio della strada e il giorno dopo mi sono fatto prendere dal panico per chiamare la polizia per trovare una bici elettrica, se c'è un parcheggio) 😂 sarebbe perfetto

SSietseFine stay for 2 nights when arriving in Kunming. Location is nice, although hard to find the exact location. Be well prepared and have the hotel phone number ready. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby and walking distance to the park. Smoking is allowed in the rooms which is the downside, otherwise everything fine.
