Loved my stay here, room was clean and modern with full facilities and electric blanket. Owners were very warm and friendly, and also upgraded our rooms.
Had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, every meal was delicious, it's home styled Chinese cooking using home grown produce.
The hotel is quite central to all the sights of dongchuan red land (about 10- 20mins drive), the owner even help to arrange a very friendly driver for us to tour the sights and transport us to and fro from Kunming . 10/10 would recommend this place again!

我們入住的是景觀房，看見的就是樂譜凹，美！日出因為去外麪看了（沒有看見別人評論說可以看日出），日落在房間就能看見，真不錯。
景觀房間大，設置不錯，應有都有，除了空調，還有電熱毯。乾淨，安全；同伴說這次自駕近50天了，第一次聞到被子有太陽的味兒！
老闆夫婦樸實、熱情，會詳細給予遊玩方案；老闆娘菜燒得好吃，價格公道。他家老爺子還是“網紅大爺”！
位置也不錯，居中，去各個景點方便，車就停院子裏。

UUtente ospiteL'hotel ha un ponte diretto alla piazza di Xiaolong Square.Le strutture sono nuove, il servizio di sorriso completo e la manutenzione completa della stanza ha scoperto che il bagaglio è stato inviato per primo. Il servizio è molto attento. Emily, la governante, ha sempre chiesto caldo e mi ha presentato un sacco di posti delicati e di cartolarizzazione Kunming.Se abbiamo colazione al quinto piano, non siamo molto di classe, ma il sapore è ancora buono. Dopo il pranzo, la sorella della signorina Bienvenuta ci ha mandato all'ascensore.Quando la cameriera è andata dal negozio, Emily e un ragazzo di cazzo hanno preso i bagagli e ci hanno mandato alla porta dell'hotel.L'hotel ha vissuto molti servizi cosi' attentamente per la prima volta.

Prendi un piccolo consiglio: 1. Quando sono arrivati nella stanza, la TV mostra il nome di un altro ospite.

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

Anche il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta Perché sono arrivato a Kunming nel cuore della notte ho appena visto la loro casa e li ho chiamati per vedere se potevo andarci prima. L'ambiente determina se vuoi restare o no. Quando siamo andati alla reception, la signora è stata molto gentile e ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarci i nostri bagagli Ci ha anche insegnato come effettuare un ordine per ottenere sconti Anche se la strada è direttamente al piano di sotto, l'isolamento acustico è molto buono Non appena esci dall'ascensore al secondo piano L'ampia terrazza è dove di solito puoi comprare del tè al latte e fare un barbecue con i tuoi amici, sederti lì, chiacchierare e mangiare, il che è molto bello. Ci sono molti gusti tra cui scegliere per la colazione, e sono tutti appena fatti e sembra molto appetitoso. La prima tappa quando si viaggia a Kunming Amici miei, lo consiglio vivamente, non è facile mettersi nei guai🕳️

UUtente ospiteWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

UUtente ospiteLocation was great that it was a walk away from the Kunming Railway Station where I needed to be to leave the city. I liked how it was near a lot of food places! The volunteer Evens was an interesting person to talk to when I learned about his background in what he does as an occupation and where he is originally from in China. The owner Winni was a nice person as well and I appreciated and enjoy her and some of the other guests that cooked for us the night that we had a big dinner. Thank you for being part of the chef crew Winni. Everybody who stayed at the place was respectful and considered towards one another in the way that they conducted themselves. Was able to go along with the rules of this hostel because it fit my daily habits. Nobody had any habits that bothered me.
Not really into the hostel type of stays, due to lack of privacy. Was just happy to stay at this place since it was pretty much right at the doorstep of the Kunming Railway station where I can catch my train on time where I wouldn't end up getting lost in the city which in turn would end up missing it.
The only negative thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom did not have bath towels and just regular hand towels where I would not be able to dry myself very well after showering. Because of this I didn't want to take a shower at this place and the fact that these towels were used repeatedly from other guests, which made me feel uncomfortable wanting to use it. Would come back to this Hostel again if I happen to have to come back to Kunming again where I needed to be near this train station to catch at train there.

Il ristorante al terzo piano è delizioso e non costoso. Non mi aspettavo che questo fosse il ristorante dove mangio di più a Kunming.

SSietseBel soggiorno per 2 notti all'arrivo a Kunming. La posizione è buona, anche se difficile trovare la posizione esatta. Sii ben preparato e tieni a portata di mano il numero di telefono dell'hotel. Buoni ristoranti e caffetterie nelle vicinanze e a pochi passi dal parco. È consentito fumare nelle camere, il che è il lato negativo, per il resto tutto bene.
