Gudian Banshan Hot Spring Hotel

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. 房間很大，設施比較齊全，但是昆明冬天房間空調調節到30度温度也上不來，房間温度低。冬天外面冷，公共温泉池無法去泡湯，衹能在別墅院內的池子泡了。早餐比較好，但是餐廳也很冷，總之冬天冷，植物也不茂盛，建議冬季不要來。服務人員服務一般，前台不熱情。

此次入住 昆明古滇半山温泉酒店 的整體感受是温暖如春的。 我在春節前提前很久預訂，希望讓自己和家人得到放鬆和休息。房間敞亮，有院落，植被得到很好的照看，管家每天會放兩池温泉水，私湯寬敞而療愈，在昆明冬季陰冷的日子裏，非常珍貴，驅走一切寒涼。備品雖然不奢華但比較全，考慮到全家出行的需要。 如果排除語速太快的問題，那麼，每一位服務人員都是非常貼心、低調、謙和有禮，服務非常及時和耐心。早餐是豐富的，甚至可以打包帶走或者送進房間，這是很少見的。 2月3日早餐，在湯麪-煎炒檔的大姐，非常親切，特別叮囑燙頭少放菊花，是寒涼的食品。 美中不足：2月3日早餐，我在沙拉-冷餐檔的“當地生菜”裏，發現一衹死蒼蠅，交給一位餐廳負責的男士後，這碗問題生菜竟然一直放在那裡。這是絕對讓人不能理解的。單不説給客人造成的不適，這種衞生和食品安全的隱患和顯怠慢的處理方法是很令人意外的。

和酒店提前説了當天是太太生日，酒店把房間佈置得很有生日氣氛，非常貼心。酒店早餐衹能用豐盛形容。私人温泉非常適合對私密性有堅持的人。水温—開始太高，電話通知後幾分鐘工程師就上門解決了。
