Ho soggiornato di recente in questo hotel e sono rimasto profondamente colpito dall'eccezionale servizio offerto dal personale. La posizione è imbattibile, vicino a numerose attrazioni turistiche e proprio nel cuore della città. Ciò che è ancora più comodo è che è adiacente a una stazione della metropolitana, il che rende incredibilmente facile spostarsi. Tutto il personale era molto cordiale, allegro e sempre disponibile ad aiutarmi con qualsiasi cosa di cui avessi bisogno. Una menzione speciale va a Da Er, che ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse confortevole e piacevole. La loro professionalità e il loro atteggiamento caloroso hanno reso la mia esperienza ancora migliore. Nel complesso, questo hotel è una scelta fantastica per chiunque cerchi un ottimo servizio, una posizione privilegiata e comodità. Altamente consigliato!

Great hotel. The location is perfect for tourists. The room is really nice and clean and the staff is available if you neef anything. The chinese breakfast is also really really good.

One of the best stay I had in Yunnan. The area is as shown in the pictures, the lobby full of flowers and jungle theme. There is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs to level 1. But the owner was very helpful and offer hands to carry our luggage upstairs as well. Also offer help to throw our damaged luggage. The location is only few minutes walks away to the shopping mall. The location is quiet strategic, closer to Jinma Bijifang but quiet a walk to halal foods. We love this place so much and its a great place to stay! Definitely will book here again if we got a chance to come by.

While the service staff are pleasant, this hotel leaves much to be desired. If you enjoy random shouting people in the morning from your next door neighbours (it’s the suburbs), people smoking in the lobby, a SUPER FUNKY stanky smell from all the flowery plants as you come into the hotel then maybe you need to get checked (in here?) by a doctor. Will not forget the mountain of trash near the hotel entrance when we first arrived 🤔.. Cheers and good luck!

We had a very pleasant stay with our baby The location is perfect, very calm, but just around the corner of the city centre and lots of restaurants and shops around. We came back to Kunming after visiting the Yuangyang rice fields, and booked the same hotel again.

Friendly and help staff. Keep up the good services. Walking distance to Nan Chiang Night Street, JinMa Square, and plenty of eateries within its vicinity. Grocery and pharmacy are just next to the hotel.
