家人們我真的很喜歡這個酒店！！從西雙版納坐了一天車，訂了這個酒店，衞生超級乾淨，環境真的很喜歡，床也很舒服，特別大，累了一天的我泡了個澡安安穩穩睡了一覺，甚至居然還萌生了把第二天飛機票退了再玩一天昆明的打算，前台的美女們態度都超級好，小邱美女還加了微信有管家服務！！大家放心沖！！！！！

第一次入住這家酒店，雖然也看了一些評價，但還是有點不踏實。但從進入酒店開始，感覺就是賓至如歸。前台的美女接待非常熱情，主動給升級了房間，主動介紹酒店設施佈局和設施，辦理手續也很熟練和迅速。酒店很新，設施齊全，洗衣房、健身房等一應俱全，還有綠植點綴，整體環境很好，很乾凈衞生，我這個對衞生比較挑剔的人使用起來也很放心。早餐比較豐盛，中餐西餐都有，還有雲南本地特色，讓人胃口大開，食慾滿滿。總的來講很滿意，下次還會入住温德姆！謝謝你們的周到服務！

酒店各項設施都非常不錯，還有可愛的機器人送外賣，很貼心。這個價格住到如此好的酒店已超出預期，前台，包括禮賓服務都非常好，退房到入住都微笑服務，酒店管理很好，員工有服務意識，非常棒🎉，大堂高經理更是耐心周到，推薦餐廳過橋米線，很喜歡，酒店全屋智能，很推薦。

酒店是開業不久的，我們是結婚，所以提前到酒店看了房間，高經理熱情的接待了我們，全程給我們細緻的講解和根據我們的人數和場景需求推薦了適合我們的房型，確定了房型後還貼心的為我們安排了紅色床上用品佈置和鮮花鋪床，還細心的幫忙佈置擺放新房用品，時時刻刻關注我們的需求。酒店房間格局也特別棒，佈置出來就跟家一樣温馨喜慶，是我想要的效果，推薦給各位有結婚計劃的朋友。

作為雲南之行的首站，昆明盤龍温德姆花園酒店以超出預期的服務品質，為我們開啟了完美的旅程。尤其要特別緻謝大堂經理高金鳳女士，她的專業與熱情讓這次住宿體驗堪稱典範。
高金鳳女士為我們辦理了入住，併為我們升級了房型，贈送了禮遇。在瞭解到我們是來雲南旅遊之後，還熱情的為我們提供幫助。每次下樓在大堂遇見，也會熱情的打招呼，問候。退房時，有一件外套遺落在房間，她也熱情的提出幫我們去拿。
誠然，酒店的設施，房間面積也是這家酒店脱穎而出的點。這也極大優化了我們的住宿體驗！最後，這次的居住體驗非常完美，酒店的硬件設施作為基礎，而服務人員的熱情、無微不至的態度如同點睛之筆一般，像昆明的太陽一樣，温暖了遊客的心。

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，特別是前台服務超級超級超級好！！！！辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，很不錯！房間空間大早餐也很棒，細節到位水壓大，出水快，水温舒適，洗澡舒服。停車方便，很放心，位置很好 東西都比較齊全，早餐東西很多，味道不錯，服務挺好的很用心！
