Il proprietario ha soddisfatto molto la nostra richiesta di fare il check-in presto, verso le 3 del mattino. È persino sceso a prenderci, anche se a quell'ora stava già dormendo. Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per chiunque abbia bisogno di prendere un treno presto.

Posto molto carino dove soggiornare a Kunming e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. L'atmosfera è buona e riservata. Il proprietario è carino e molto ospitale. Altamente consigliato per soggiornare FF

Il posto è come in un condominio. La stanza è nuova e pulita, con un prezzo ragionevole. La posizione è molto buona. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi. Anche il proprietario è molto gentile. Non riuscivo a trovare il posto e lui è venuto a prendermi nel cuore della notte.

Piccolo ma accogliente. Il locale offre un sacco di varietà di piatti nei dintorni. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Kunming e alla metropolitana che rende più facile spostarsi. Finora, il servizio è molto buono con il proprietario disponibile, il signor Xiao Zhan. Nessuna preoccupazione per i vestiti sporchi poiché la casa vacanze fresca fornisce una grande lavatrice. La stanza è pulita e igienica. Il capo è molto entusiasta e aiuta con i bagagli. Stavo pensando di trovare un posto dove sedermi per un po' per prendere il treno ad alta velocità, ma era così inaspettato -stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità e a soli pochi minuti a piedi. C'è l'aria condizionata, tappetini igienici usa e getta e articoli da toeletta, il tutto a questo prezzo. Detto questo, rispetto ai king economici circostanti, ottiene 10 punti.

The room has everything we need! It’s very easy to find too, we just followed the video provided by the owner. The owner is kind enough to welcome us at 4:30AM even though he was already sleeping. We truly appreciate it. He is very helpful too and thank you for upgrading our room ☺️ Sleep here for 2 hours before catching our early morning train.

The owner is very kind to wait for us to arrive and check in at 4AM in the morning. Clear instruction and map were given to access the homestay. The facilities were complete. It was a short walking distance to Kunming Railway Station so we did not have to rush to the station and got to sleep more. Check out process was also easy, very recommended if you need to catch an early train at Kunming Station! 😉

Excellent location next to kuming station! Nice room condition and stable hot water supply. Host is very nice and recommend the famous Yunan dish for us. Next stay! Definitely will come again if visiting kunmin next time! 位置十分接近距離昆明車站。房間環境十分整潔，熱水供應穩定，渡過了舒適的一晚。 民宿老闆是位年青人，推介了正宗本地雲南菜式。 下次再來昆明必定再次利用！

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! It is brand new, impeccably clean, and offers stunning views (see photo). The room has a super comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, strong wifi, a large TV, and a shower with excellent water pressure. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the train station in a charming, safe neighborhood filled with great local restaurants. On top of that, the host is exceptional. He is incredibly kind, highly responsive, and always eager to assist. If we return to Kunming, we would love to stay here again! Highly, highly recommend.

A very comfortable and clean homestay, with affordable prices and a very strategic location, surrounded by food options all day and night, with a supermarket nearby as well. It’s very close to the Kunming train station and MRT, about 500 meters or a 5-minute walk.The owner, Siao Zhang, is very friendly and kind, always enthusiastic to help. Thanks!

Walking distance from Kunming railway station. Clean and comfortable, responsive host. Perfect for a short stay. The room is very small though, would feel very packed for 2 people. Doable though for a short stay.
