Esperienza molto bella. Ottima stanza, servizio eccezionale! Parlano inglese, una menzione per Rocky al ristorante e anche per Alina alla reception. Mi hanno fatto fare un late check out, il cibo è delizioso, la palestra è molto grande così come la piscina e ho fatto un massaggio fantastico. E per lo shopping c'è una via diretta per un grande centro commerciale!

La mia definizione di lusso, questo nuovissimo hotel colpisce il perfetto equilibrio tra eleganza e semplicità come stile art déco. I bagni sono arredati con gusto e dotati di tutti i comfort di alta qualità. Ti aspetteresti da un hotel a 5 stelle, tra cui tende oscuranti automatiche e controllo dell'illuminazione con un tocco. L'area ristorante/colazione era eccezionale. La colazione è stata una delle migliori che abbia mai sperimentato con una selezione non presente in nessun altro hotel a 5 stelle. Il personale è stato super cordiale e disponibile. Dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la camera siamo stati accolti da uno staff molto cordiale. Emily e Wan (alla reception/concierge) ci hanno fatto un check-in senza intoppi e ci hanno fornito un'ottima guida gastronomica che volevamo esplorare. Sono eccezionali! Lo consiglierei vivamente e tornerò sicuramente per questi servizi e comfort stellari.

The hotel is new, the location is strategically inside the city and it is very convenient to explore the surroundings. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service from the concierge staff “Bianca” and “Nancy”. They were not only friendly and helpful but also proactive in ensuring everything was perfect. I especially appreciated how they consistently followed up to make sure our needs were met. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt Kunming, and the room looks luxurious, very clean comfy bed and room, and we were given a nice welcome plate of grapes on our arrival. But I felt the pillows could be more comfortable as it was quite thin. The staff at Grand Hyatt were also very nice and prompt in their service. When we rang the room service, the staff were very fast in meeting our requests. From the front service desk, to the bellman, and the staffs that delivered water to our room, they were all very polite and helpful and made our stay a pleasant one. A special shoutout to Nancy at the front desk for her great, friendly attitude, and going above and beyond in her service during our stay. Will definitely recommend Grand Hyatt Kunming!

An excellent hotel, centrally located with ready access to good food, shopping and sight seeing area. Restaurant staffs are exceptionally attentive to our dietary preferences and gave good suggestions. Roast duck, pine cone fish and in season hairy crab is a must try. Breakfast buffet gives a colorful and satisfying selection of local and international fare. A lovely way to round up or Yunan family trip.

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in Kunming city, it has an underground access to metro and a walk link to shopping mall. The room is spacious and toilet is well designed. In-house movies and tv channels are plenty to choose. The hotel’s facilities such as indoor pool, gym and steam room are clean and usable. Price is a bit high, as our room does not cover breakfast. Suggestion:- - provide some Chinese tea bag - if room was booked with kids, pre-prepared extra towel and toiletries will leave a personalised impression to hotel guests - liaison with shopping mall not to close the gateway to hotel access link too early when the mall is closing at the end of day, otherwise hotel shoppers have to walk around big round the building to return.

Grand Hyatt, Kunming is very new about 3months old. The room is spacious and has fantastic showers and bath tub. Lighting is slightly on the dimmer. The hotel is connected to a swanky high end mall on the 3rd floor (10am to 10pm). Very convenient access. Superb service from the front desk to the Chinese restaurant. We wish to thank Bianca for her promptness in addressing our needs and questions relating to the hotel and Kunming highlights. Amy from the Yun Xiang Restaurant is also very helpful.

Very n hotel, so new and nice gym

I was very impressed by the design of the hotel. Very modern yet had many oriental features that made it so unique. We landed early and was granted early check in which really made our day. The staff couldn’t speak English well but they made an effort to communicate with us using translation devices. Although our booking did not come with free breakfast, they were so generous to include free breakfast for us, 3 adults and 1 child. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Kunming for first timers to Kunming to start off your Yunnan adventure right.

Hotel design is aesthetically pleasing, warm and inviting for us especially after a day of transit from Shangri-la. The staff are friendly and one of the managers was quick to explain the design principles behind the foyer entrance. There is not much English signage for most meals including buffet breakfast so foreign guests might require some extra assistance. Our experience at the Chinese restaurant was amazing too! The Peking Duck was one of the best, and its really heartwarming to see one of the male staff patiently explaining the menu to an elderly gentleman that was dining alone. It provided a dimension of depth and warmth that left a lasting impression for us :)

This is a new hotel and is as good as any Grand Hyatt. We really appreciate how well we were taken care of especially by Bianca.

Nano was very helpful with our suitcases and making sure our belongings were kept safe. Bianca was also helpful at making sure we settled in, great service!

The whole stay was very pleasant and reassuring. The layout of the room is also my favorite style. It is very simple and fresh. All facilities are complete, and hygiene is also meticulous. A very satisfactory stay, recommended!!! Emily, the housekeeper, asked me about my stay every day. Great experience! The concierge service and delivery department are also great.
