Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Kumamoto

Ho passato un mese e mezzo occupato 々, ma con mia moglie l'ho usato per curare la mia stanchezza, da quando ogni membro del personale che se ne va al servizio dei clienti con un sorriso dolce. Posso passare un bel tempo, cibo e strutture sono fantastici, ma è un albergo confortevole con sorriso naturale e concentrazione.

The hotel's location was the main reason why we booked the place. It was close to both Kumamon Square and Kumamotojo, the 2 things we wanted to do in Kumamoto. However, note that even though it's right next to Kumamotojo, it still takes a 15~20minute walk to the entrance because it's on the other side of the castle keep during it's repairs. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, standard level of service in Japan is just one step above every other country. The staff did valet parking for me without extra charge, and was quite helpful in helping us to get to different attractions and restaurants. Overall, the hotel is very dated and the rooms are in dire need of a full renovation. I think that is why the rates were quite reasonable. For a hotel this caliber (probably 5 stars when it was first built), we only paid around 10,000 yen per night. The issue is the rooms are really old and the carpet looks dirty and ripped. parts of the washrooms were so old the faucet looked like it's from the early 90s and with small amounts of molds in the creases. Because the hotel is old, the ventilation isn't the greatest either. One of our rooms although was non-smoking, we could smell other room's cigarette smell in our room. Overall, I don't really recommend this hotel because it's really dated, but if you are on a budget and want close amenity it's worth a shot. The staff are nice too so I feel bad for not recommending the hotel, but at the end of the day, there are just better options in Kumamoto today.

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione Kumamoto, dalla stazione JR b è a sinistra, vicino al negozio Bic Camera vicino. Vi è anche un fermo stradale/tram così vicino all'hotel che si può usare per esplorare i luoghi turistici della città! Il lobby è molto spazioso e mi piace molto il set intimo e l'illuminazione. L'iscrizione è stata veloce e 3 ascensori servono bene con i viaggiatori + bagagli. La progettazione della camera è piuttosto standard e abbiamo chiesto di un letto x2 singolo, la dimensione della camera è rispettabile. L'hotel ha fornito alcune strutture e un'acqua bollente, sufficiente per noi. L'hotel è molto in Going Green, non ci sarà nessuna custodia a meno che non venga richiesto. Questo potrebbe essere il modello che si muove avanti, per tagliare i rifiuti. Abbiamo avuto il nostro colazione al vicino Pronto. Il fiume Kitaoka è a circa 400 metri, in direzione opposta della stazione JR, quindi consigliamo di scendere se il tempo permette. Una buona esperienza di soggiorno. J

Adoro questo posto! Anche se la posizione è un po' lontana dal centro di Kumamoto, le attrezzature e il servizio sono molto buoni~ è stato un piacevole soggiorno per me. Arigatou (grazie)!

My wife and I stayed at the Nikko Kumamoto from 1/5/2023- 3/5/2023 on our second leg of the kyushu trip after a disastrous stay at Nikko Huis Ten Bosch( that I posted on another review). The hospitality was a complete turnaround . We arrived by taxi from the kumamoto station and upon arrival at rhe entrance, there was.a guest officer to help us unload and wheel in our luggage to the check in lobby. Throughout our stay whenever we stepped into or walked by the guests officers, they would greet us and acknowledge us. Despite the language barrier, I was especially touched by the sincere efforts of one of your male guests officer who wore glasses. I had intially wanted to visit Mount Aso but did not know how to go there using public bus. So one one evening I walked to the guest relations desk and stated my intentions and request for more info. I could tell the officer had difficulty trying to communicate in English but he was trying very hard to get the information across. Throughout our stay were given maps and shown by pen and drawings whenever we had questions to a location ie ramen restaurant while waiting for check in, where to shop for sneakers etc I really appreciated the hospitality and guidance despite the language barrier. We hope to be back in future and keep up the good work! I hope the nikko mgmt team can transfer this consistency to your other chains ie( nikko huis ten bosch which clearly lacks such direction ). I really hope when ever I'm in japan I can go back to a nikko

I few steps away from the station. The building looks renovated from an older one by the inside facilities are up to standards. I always love the breakfast where they include local dishes and materials.

Ho prenotato 2 camere per 1 notte, con colazione inclusa. Il personale è stato cordiale e il servizio è stato buono. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e senza problemi. Non hanno un parcheggio, ma ho trovato le istruzioni per il parcheggio nel commento di qualcun altro. Puoi chiedere al personale un coupon per il parcheggio a un prezzo più basso. Nel complesso, questo è un hotel che consiglierei.

The hotel is situated next to a tram station but more importantly, within close proximity to Kumamoto castle and Sakura Machi, so sightseeing and grabbing dinner was no trouble. However, consider not travelling to this hotel with luggage on a tram since I found the experience quite gruelling. Trams in Kumamoto are not exactly designed for tourists carrying hefty luggage. The staff spoke very decent English in the realm of Japanese hotels. The rooms spotlessly clean and sizeable also in terms of Japan. The only downside is that there is no bathhouse but this is much compensated by the spacious bathroom with a roomy bathtub and a rainfall shower. All in all, the only thing you have to ponder upon is whether you would be travelling to this hotel with luggage on the tram. Otherwise, this is a perfect location to stay in Kumamoto! This has to be the best hotel I stayed in Japan so far. There are two parking lots that can be used. The basement parking is the most convenient, but it does get full. You have to use the p1 parking if it is full. From there you have to walk through the mall, which is a little bit of a hassle. Parking is 1000 yen per day, which is quiet cheap because I parked at the station parking lot by mistake and it cost me 600 yen for an hour. The only complaint is that in the sauna the shower faucet turns off after like 10 seconds, so you have to keep pressing it. Other than that the hotel is perfect. I would stay here next time in am in Kumamoto.
