AAlly YongFrom start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.

CCheng SiewBeautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons:
1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests
2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade.

EEeneoI travel for business meetings and stay for 3 nights. The hotel location is just opposite the shopping mall name East Coast mall by crossing the road. It is convenient to get food, coffee and dessert over there. And for the basement parking need to find hotel lobby signage for easy access to lobby. Breakfast got variety of food but normal, nothing wow. Check in and check out process kind of slow due lack of staff. Pls look into this matter as we are traveler for business and every minute is matter to us. We are in hurry.

CCik Liza ChomelI love the hotel vibes, cleanliness, hospitality. Room is spacious with balcony. Hard rock cafe is at level 50. We enjoyed our stay.
I even used the gym for my morning workout, and they have a great pool for adults, kids and wading pool.
Everything was nice and great. But then only one thing, I found 1 string of long hair (black color) at the curtain. Definitely not ours, my husband is army cut, and i just colored my hair blonde. So its definitely not ours. The last picture is the hair at the curtain.
Last but not least, I will definitely come back here again!

UUtente ospiteOverall not recommended for impatient person, check in process was miserable (they delayed us for an hour, then we need to pickup our room key from they housekeeper by ourself?????(CANNOT BRAIN AT ALL)), lift at windmill upon hill was miserable too during check out hour.
Access card for lift cannot be used and customer service asked us to deal with hotel’s security guard (HELLO WE CANT EVEN USED THE LIFT SO HOW WE WANT TO GO DOWN AND MEET THE GUARD), thank god some good people helped us during when up.
Only room was comfortable, but at 1.30am we smell cigarette from another room.

UUtente ospiteGreat location, right in the middle of all the good food and night life. Can get noisy on the weekend, I stayed on 5th floor it was ok. The window soundproofing is good enough.
Room is clean and spacious, Aircon is a little weak, but it's alright. Toiletries are good and of high quality.
Breakfast is decent, not much spread butI really like the chocolate croissant especially. It has nasi lemak, various bread and croissant, salads, pasta, fruits. Coffee is very good too.
Basement parking is free and spacious, bright and plenty of lots. Safety should not be a concern.
I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

UUtente anonimoVery nice resort with excellent service. The staff are very helpful. We need to take buggy from either car park or lobby to go to the villa and the waiting time was super fast in fact no need to wait the moment u enter security area and park yr car the buggy is there waiting. Food for dinner was nice. Breakfast spread was OK. Overall very happy with my stay . Highly recommended for families or couples t9 stay in this villa when in cherating is exclusive .
