Hotel 4 stelle a Oslo

La posizione è buona. L'aeroporto può treni + metro, e prendere l'auto circa 700NOK.L'accento è sul colazione dell'hotel molto buono, e la stanza è molto grande, vale la pena raccomandare

Sicuramente una zona più trafficata della città, ma ci è piaciuto essere nel mezzo. Dalla finestra si potevano vedere e sentire le fontane del parco. C'è un piccolo balcone al secondo piano, dove è stato fantastico sedersi al tramonto sorseggiando il delizioso vino bianco offerto dall'hotel. Le stazioni ferroviarie sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi e, in generale, la posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi che volevamo visitare. I letti erano molto comodi e abbiamo dormito benissimo! La colazione del mattino era fantastica e l'atmosfera era molto piacevole! Non riesco a credere alla postazione dei succhi freschi e agli shot salutari... l'America deve migliorare le colazioni in hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato lì 3 notti, abbiamo goduto la nostra vacanza, la sua posizione è molto fantastica e l'ambiente e l'ambiente sono molto bellissimi, la nostra camera era molto pulita e ogni giorno la pulizia è fatto in tempo, ma è una questione di tristezza che non ci fosse alcuna struttura per l'acqua potabile nella stanza, tranne che questo tutto era grande, desiderare di poter visitare Oslo di nuovo e rimanere lì ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Hotel incantevole dotato di gadget fantasiosi come luci che cambiano colore, servizi molto carini, in particolare adoro la lozione per il corpo. La camera è pulita e la colazione è molto buona, anche il personale è molto gentile. Altamente raccomandato! Una possibile sfida sarà che potrebbe essere soffocante/caldo durante l'estate, ma per noi va bene ad aprile.

Un hotel di una catena alberghiera dai colori vivaci, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale, che rende gli spostamenti in treno estremamente comodi. La colazione era fantastica, con salmone e formaggio norvegese marrone a volontà 🧀. Anche il servizio nel complesso è stato molto buono. Gli unici aspetti negativi erano le camere piccole e i servizi relativamente essenziali. C'erano parecchi europei e americani che soggiornavano lì. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto soddisfacente 👍👍

This is a great hotel to stay at on your trip to Bergen. The hotel has a fantastic location close to the water front and an easy walk to the tram, shopping, restaurants, among the many attractions. There are so many different places to eat and a wide variety of food to chose from. The hotel is staffed by very nice people who speak a variety of languages. There is free coffee and tea around the corner from the reception, and they have a small reception area with some seating to you can get a drink or just wait for friends to come down to the lobby. The breakfast, which opens at 6:30 is a dream! One of the best breakfasts I have seen in many years of traveling. The room are good sized, but that obvious depends on what you ask/pay for. We enjoyed out stay here immensely!

Numa has a superb and user-friendly app that makes check-in and check-out a breeze. You can also request a late check-out or add other services directly through the app, though these come with additional charges if you choose to use them. The room itself was brighter and spacious — we booked a larger version of the standard room. It even came with a washing machine, which we were really excited about since it was the only property during our trip that had one. Unfortunately, it didn’t have a dryer function (or perhaps we might have missed it), so drying our clothes after washing was a bit of a challenge. The distance from Oslo Train Station was manageable, but do take note that if you’re carrying big or heavy luggage like we were, the pavements leading to the property can be quite tricky to navigate. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

Questo è stato il miglior hotel a cui ho soggiornato durante il mio recente viaggio 20-day. E 'perfettamente situato con vista stupenda della città e vicino al parco Oslo Winter, rendendolo una scelta ideale per sciatori come me. Sebbene ci vorrà circa 30 minuti per arrivare al centro della città, è difficile lasciare l'hotel a causa della sua bella scena. L'hotel è pulito e confortevole, e mi sono particolarmente gradito il caffè, il tè caldo e le mele disponibili nelle aree comuni. Il colazione incluso era anche molto buono. L'unico punto di svantaggio era che la stanza, soprattutto la doccia, era un po' piccola, ma era perfettamente accettabile per il prezzo. Mi riferirei certamente di visitare di nuovo.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Io e un gruppo di studenti universitari siamo appena tornati da una conferenza in cui abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel. Il personale è stato davvero disponibile e gentile. Ogni mattina chiedevamo asciugamani puliti alla reception e ci venivano forniti immediatamente o portati in camera entro 10 minuti dalla richiesta. L'hotel si trova a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dal porto turistico, dalla stazione della metropolitana e dal Palazzo Reale. Gli studenti hanno apprezzato molto la posizione centrale dell'hotel, comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e le camere erano pulite. In camera era presente un codice QR da scansionare per richiedere l'intervento del personale delle pulizie. Nella reception era disponibile una piccola selezione di snack da acquistare. La colazione, invece, era davvero ottima: dai waffle e pancake freschi alla colazione all'inglese, cereali, yogurt e frutta, frullati e succhi di frutta freschi. Nel complesso, questo hotel è perfetto come punto di partenza per esplorare Oslo. Lo consiglierei per un weekend fuori porta.
