Pretty standard Japanese business hotel. Breakfast has a good variety. Parking costs 1000 Yen.

The location is accessible, right in front of the bus terminal. The room is a bit old-fashioned, but still acceptable for travelers.

Great location and rooms in great condition! We could walk to the bus station, the castle, and the river.

I didn't like this hotel. I would give it 0 stars out of 5 -1 star for the lack of pillows. There were only 2 pillows in the room, we asked for two more at the reception, and they brought one -1 star for a very hard mattress. It was so hard and unpleasant that my body ached after such a sleep -1 star for hard pillows, my ears hurt when I lay and slept on them -1 star for slow Wi-Fi -1 star for the air conditioner that didn't work I don't recommend this hotel, what I didn't like most was the very hard mattress

Perfect location. Next to the bus terminal. Close to the business district so have good access to food and shipping. But parking fee is a bit expensive. It was said to be 1000 Yen but I was charged 1100 and 1400 Yen respectively.

This hotel is good as it cost. If you go to kumamoto and have limited budget you should consider this hotel.

Excellent location in the city centre, a few minutes from shopping, convenience stores, and the Sakuramachi Main bus terminal. Though it is no frills 3-star limited service hotel, location is the best and the price is reasonable. No cleaning in my room plan but acceptable. Will stay again.

The room is nice and have space than other to compare normal Japan hotel. Worth for money location is perfect walking around. If I come back so will stay here again.

Good location, 2 minute walk to Sakuramachi Bus Station for long distance bus or city bus and also near tram station for city roaming. The kumamoto is easily accessed with a 10 minute walk. The room size and amenities are standard and clean.

Very quiet place and near the tram station and a big mall and bus terminal!! I will choose this hotel again if I come to Kumamoto!! Can walk to the walking street easily within 5min!!!

Close to the sakuramachi bus station and shopping center, but not to a train station. Obvious, but it still was inconvenient.
