Kumamoto: hotel con bar

Ho passato un mese e mezzo occupato 々, ma con mia moglie l'ho usato per curare la mia stanchezza, da quando ogni membro del personale che se ne va al servizio dei clienti con un sorriso dolce. Posso passare un bel tempo, cibo e strutture sono fantastici, ma è un albergo confortevole con sorriso naturale e concentrazione.

The hotel's location was the main reason why we booked the place. It was close to both Kumamon Square and Kumamotojo, the 2 things we wanted to do in Kumamoto. However, note that even though it's right next to Kumamotojo, it still takes a 15~20minute walk to the entrance because it's on the other side of the castle keep during it's repairs. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, standard level of service in Japan is just one step above every other country. The staff did valet parking for me without extra charge, and was quite helpful in helping us to get to different attractions and restaurants. Overall, the hotel is very dated and the rooms are in dire need of a full renovation. I think that is why the rates were quite reasonable. For a hotel this caliber (probably 5 stars when it was first built), we only paid around 10,000 yen per night. The issue is the rooms are really old and the carpet looks dirty and ripped. parts of the washrooms were so old the faucet looked like it's from the early 90s and with small amounts of molds in the creases. Because the hotel is old, the ventilation isn't the greatest either. One of our rooms although was non-smoking, we could smell other room's cigarette smell in our room. Overall, I don't really recommend this hotel because it's really dated, but if you are on a budget and want close amenity it's worth a shot. The staff are nice too so I feel bad for not recommending the hotel, but at the end of the day, there are just better options in Kumamoto today.

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione Kumamoto, dalla stazione JR b è a sinistra, vicino al negozio Bic Camera vicino. Vi è anche un fermo stradale/tram così vicino all'hotel che si può usare per esplorare i luoghi turistici della città! Il lobby è molto spazioso e mi piace molto il set intimo e l'illuminazione. L'iscrizione è stata veloce e 3 ascensori servono bene con i viaggiatori + bagagli. La progettazione della camera è piuttosto standard e abbiamo chiesto di un letto x2 singolo, la dimensione della camera è rispettabile. L'hotel ha fornito alcune strutture e un'acqua bollente, sufficiente per noi. L'hotel è molto in Going Green, non ci sarà nessuna custodia a meno che non venga richiesto. Questo potrebbe essere il modello che si muove avanti, per tagliare i rifiuti. Abbiamo avuto il nostro colazione al vicino Pronto. Il fiume Kitaoka è a circa 400 metri, in direzione opposta della stazione JR, quindi consigliamo di scendere se il tempo permette. Una buona esperienza di soggiorno. J

Adoro questo posto! Anche se la posizione è un po' lontana dal centro di Kumamoto, le attrezzature e il servizio sono molto buoni~ è stato un piacevole soggiorno per me. Arigatou (grazie)!

My wife and I stayed at the Nikko Kumamoto from 1/5/2023- 3/5/2023 on our second leg of the kyushu trip after a disastrous stay at Nikko Huis Ten Bosch( that I posted on another review). The hospitality was a complete turnaround . We arrived by taxi from the kumamoto station and upon arrival at rhe entrance, there was.a guest officer to help us unload and wheel in our luggage to the check in lobby. Throughout our stay whenever we stepped into or walked by the guests officers, they would greet us and acknowledge us. Despite the language barrier, I was especially touched by the sincere efforts of one of your male guests officer who wore glasses. I had intially wanted to visit Mount Aso but did not know how to go there using public bus. So one one evening I walked to the guest relations desk and stated my intentions and request for more info. I could tell the officer had difficulty trying to communicate in English but he was trying very hard to get the information across. Throughout our stay were given maps and shown by pen and drawings whenever we had questions to a location ie ramen restaurant while waiting for check in, where to shop for sneakers etc I really appreciated the hospitality and guidance despite the language barrier. We hope to be back in future and keep up the good work! I hope the nikko mgmt team can transfer this consistency to your other chains ie( nikko huis ten bosch which clearly lacks such direction ). I really hope when ever I'm in japan I can go back to a nikko

Ho vissuto ２ in novembre 2023.A partire da questa stazione, prendo un treno per 15 minuti (180 yen), prendo un autobus all'aeroporto per 40 minuti (differente per il traffico, ¥1,000).Entrambi sono fuori.È appena aperto, l'edificio è molto bello, l'hotel è sotto un ristorante. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel.３ F ha un ricevimento, dove è possibile utilizzare liberamente le strutture convenienti (dentifricio, spazzolino, scarpe, ecc.).Il noleggio di pigiama costa 200 yen, ma penso che sia un hotel molto ragionevole.Sostituisca solo i tovaglioli di notte consecutiva. Non ho tempo per colazione, quindi ho usato il pane fresco di １ F.C'è una piazza accanto a questa.Puoi vedere la vista globale di Chen Xiang nella foto.Sembra che ci sia una stanza di tipo ８, questa volta ho tolto il calzino, proprio come il pavimento １ K. The hotel is located right at one of the very busy shopping streets of Kumamoto with many shops and restaurants. We had had very pleasant stroll there and had dinner and snack. The room is very spacious and clean. The two matt glass windows cannot be opened per se. One has light and the other very little. The soap provided is of better quality than that of the other hotels I have stayed in. The dispenser says Kao.

Location is great for travellers with car like us, the room is clean and well facilitated with washing machine and kitchen. The bathroom is also come with a multi functional ventilation, you can hang your laundry with the drying mode on and they will be dried in few hours, that’s super nice. There is a 7-11 convenient store close by and couple of car parks available.
