Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Kulai

A good place to lay over for a night. Booking and responses to messages were very good. Feedback received that the quiet room looked into an air well. So we decided to chance a railway facing room, rather than a road facing room. The passenger and goods train pass by only four times at night and it was more like a thunder rumbling then a freight train. It was okay. The rooms and the decor were finished in white and light green sofa. Lobby was clean and so was the corridor leading into the room and the room itself. Bathroom was meticulously laid out and well prepared for guests. There is only one issue, the instant water heater did not work, when informed, they tried to repair it but could not and offered us another room. We decided not to move. Overall some maintenance work is required in the hotel room. The two windows in the room had latches but they were not working properly, so one could open the window from the outside. In the morning there was also a water leak in the ceiling just outside our room. I need to add that there are two parking areas, one on the main road just outside the lobby and the other in basement one. The car park in basement one is better because it has the security camera and the elevator that goes straight to your room is on that floor. Ample parking areas and wide enough for a large mpv. Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend anyone visiting kulai to stay at this hotel.

The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome. We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play. However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home! There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep. Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night. The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional. All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid. However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

Buona atteggiamento del personale Ottima posizione per JPO. È possibile disporre di un servizio di navetta per il centro commerciale e JPO. Buona per il bambino. Una piscina e un parco di gioco indoor. Prendi un'immagine all'aeroporto solo rm10.Molto vicino. KFC e alcuni ristoranti cinesi a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.

Great design, comfortable and convenient location.

I was staying here as my friend suggested me this hotel to stay during my trip to a wedding ceremony at Kulai. I'm surprised that the lobby have quite refreshing smell with good ambience. This trip to Kulai and staying in this hotel totally blows my mind. -Each floor have water dispenser just in case 2 bottles in room weren't sufficient enough for those who are drink a lot. -They have complimentary chips and chocolate wafer, black coffee and tea with creamer. I wasn't expected that all rooms have mini bar in it and safety box -They provided praying mat for guest with kiblat in room, which is quite thoughtful and Muslim Friendly. -Curtains are fully blacked out. Bed are super duper comfy with 4 big fluffy pillows ! Had a great sleep during my solo trip -Iron with iron board are provided as well with hairdryer in bathroom. -They've amenities kits such as Shampoo, Shower Gel, Comb, toothbrushes and toothpaste,cotton bud and cotton pad, Shaving kit,and sanitary bag. Which surprise me as well because other 3 star hotel that i'ved stay most of it only prepared shower gel and shampoo and toothbrushes. -Breakfast buffet was amazing with adequate choices which is not just nasi goreng,mee goreng,fried chicken, egg ,nasi lemak just like 3 stars other hotels. I was told by receptionist that the buffet menu are different everyday. I've enjoyed their Salted Egg fried rice and KungPao Chicken. Their kuih muih and some sliced cake as desserts are amazing too but too sweet for me as I didnt have sweet tooth. -It was safe at night as there are security at the entrance and I saw notice in lift that the door locked starting 8:00pm. Only those guest with room card are able to enter. Another bonus : - Many eateries nearby with Aeon Mall just around 3-5 minutes walking distance. Have many banks nearby withing 5-10 minutes walking distance. -Can get Grab and Foodpanda easily. But Foodpanda are unable to send food to our room for safety purpose. They only can wait for us in the lobby. Although it is quite pricey depends on individual budget, but for the breakfast included are worthy. Downside is that hard to find parking space as it is a shop lot hotel. Only 1 washroom in lobby. Too many mirrors

La posizione è grande con molti cibi e negozi . Molto vicino alla città e al centro commerciale. Anche se è parcheggio all'aperto, ci sono guardie di sicurezza in servizio. L'area è pulita. Valore per soldi.

Quite decent and location is good. Near to mall and eateries places. It is easy to find parking as well. There was also a security guard sitting outside the hotel every night. Feel safe to sleep in and to park the car. Hotel provide basic stuff like towels, body foam and toothbrush. The only not so nice was stain bedsheet but overall was good enough for the price that we paid.

La stanza è molto pulita. il personale è molto utile e amichevole. in generale è molto buono. Molto raccomandato ! La stanza è sempre pulita. avere guardia di sicurezza a notte per monitorare la macchina del cliente e la zona di parcheggio è stato chiuso dopo le 9:00. è molto sicura,

Il luogo è molto buono, il prezzo è ragionevole, l'atteggiamento del personale è anche buono, il tipo di camera è buono.La salubrità è leggermente buona, il tetto della camera è un po' fermentato, e ci sono parti insufficienti di pulizia nell'angolo, ci sono polveri e reti da giardino
