I recently stayed at the hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly front desk personnel who were happy to answer all my questions.
The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and d linens, which made for a fantastic night's sleep. The amenities provided, including the in-room coffee maker and complimentary toiletries, added a luxurious touch.
The hotel's location was perfect—conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, such as the gym and pool, which were well-maintained and inviting.
One highlight of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options on the menu, and the staff provided excellent service.

Service is always excellent here. Location is the best - close to laundromat, food, pubs, short walk to waterfront. This was my 3rd time staying here and this time my room was facing the street opposite a very busy pub. Staff warned me at check in which was kind of them. Room came with earplugs. Did not need them. The warning is purely so they can contact the pubs owner if need be, as there are strict noise laws for these reasons. Great stay as always. Will stay again.

Stayed at a hotel just opposite the famous Cat Statue in Kuching, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is definitely the highlight – everything is within walking distance, and there’s even a sampan service right behind the hotel, which made it really convenient to explore the area.
The room itself was okay. The aircond worked well – maybe a bit too well since it was freezing cold at times. The bed was on the harder side, not exactly my preference. The bathroom looked a bit dated, with a bathtub included, but honestly, I would’ve preferred a separate shower and tub. However, one thing that could be improved is the bathrobe – it was way too thin.
Breakfast was okay, especially since they served local favorites like Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee.
In short, great location, decent breakfast, but the room comfort could be better. Perfect for a short stay if you want easy access to tourist spots.

Mi piace questo hotel. La stanza è molto grande, pulita e accogliente. Forse l'unico problema è un po'suono dal traffico fuori. Fino a mezzanotte sentirai il rumore. Ma questo sarà tranquillo dopo mezzanotte.
Il colazione non ha molta scelta, ma va tutto bene.Il mio preferito è laksa sarawak, è il migliore!

Il mio recente soggiorno all'Hilton Hotel Kuching è stato caratterizzato dalla sua posizione eccezionale e da alcune caratteristiche degne di nota.
Innanzitutto, la posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino al lungomare e a pochi passi da varie attrazioni, tra cui ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e i famosi outlet ”kek lapis Sarawak”, ha migliorato notevolmente il mio soggiorno. Questa comodità è stata sicuramente un vantaggio.
Al mio arrivo alle 16:00, ho riscontrato un piccolo inconveniente poiché l'hotel era al completo e non c'erano camere disponibili per il check-in. Tuttavia, il cortese personale della reception ha prontamente risolto il problema. Hanno gentilmente richiesto una breve attesa mentre veniva preparata una stanza per me, e durante questo periodo mi è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto al bar della hall. La lobby stessa emanava un'atmosfera piacevole con un'ampia illuminazione. Alla fine ho fatto il check-in intorno alle 17:30.
La stanza che alla fine occupai era deliziosa, offriva pulizia e ordine. Sembrava essere stato rinnovato di recente, poiché c'era un leggero odore di vernice. Un suggerimento per l'hotel potrebbe essere quello di introdurre fragranze piacevoli per gli ambienti per alleviare questo problema. La colazione è abbastanza buona, consiglio il loro laxa sarawak e mezzo uovo bollito.

FFazlie BinTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts.
You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in.
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas.
The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room.
The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them.
I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

HHenry TyeThe Theater Hotel Kuching was a pretty solid choice for my business trip. I loved the keyless entry – no fumbling for cards at the door after a long flight! Check-in was a breeze, and the room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed to get work done and recharge.
The only downside? There was a big event happening in their hall one night, and the music definitely carried. If you're a light sleeper, maybe request a room further away. But overall, a good option for a quick business trip, especially if you value convenience and a modern vibe.

Abbiamo tutti i bagni dotati di asciugamani e cuscini aggiuntivi. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno pulito. I bagni sono puliti, non profumano come il palazzo Merdeka, ma siamo stati molto delusi dal colazione: mancanza di varietà, non abbastanza posti, dobbiamo aspettare il nostro turno per mangiare, non un posto per mangiare. Tornerei di nuovo, ma non prenderò il colazione.

SSyah201Questo hotel è il migliore in cui ho soggiornato finora a Kuching! Il personale è davvero gentile e simpatico. Sorridi sempre in faccia anche se controlliamo in hotel alle 23:00. Quello che mi piace di più di questo hotel è la colazione a buffet! Dove trovare hotel che servono laksa sarawak e mee kolok come buffet? Qui servono tutto!!! E anche la vista è accattivante dato che abbiamo preso la camera con vista sul mare :) ma gli aspetti negativi sono che il bagno ha solo il bidet ed è piuttosto lento e la piscina è nell'ala puteri quindi devi camminare un po'. A parte questo, tutto è fantastico e conveniente in questo hotel! ❤️❤️❤️

AazlanoThis place is sold purely due to location. Everything else is worn out, run down and drab. They really should refurbish not just the rooms but also the entire establishment, from amenities to decorations. It just seems everything is falling apart - tiles, fixtures and even the restaurant. Their staff, although friendly, are not excited at all to attend to us. Dullness everywhere.

SSilacaraLa stanza è spaziale. Molto comodo. Molti parcheggi sono disponibili per i viaggiatori che usano la macchina. Il mio problema è la vecchia chiave della moda per aprire la porta della stanza manualmente invece di carte dell'hotel. A volte un po'difficile per aprire la porta. C'è un'istruzione sulla porta ”Torna a destra”, ma sono ancora incline a usare la chiave dell'hotel.
