I opted for Riverside Majestic Astana Wing as my quarantine stay. From the moment I was picked up to the stay itself, the service has been great. I am currently still staying in my Deluxe King room on the 15th floor (the bed is super comfortable!). By all account, select the river view room. Each even the sky turns into a magical hue of oranges, the most beautiful sunset. A stay would not be great if not for the service. I would like to call out Amos Chong who checked me in upon arrival. His customer service is personable and with lots of attention to detail. He has the ability to make you feel like as if you're a returning VIP even if its just your first stay. Kudos also goes out to Ivy from the restaurant. Each morning she greets with such delight and would address me by name. She's definitely a ray of sunshine. I cant wait to meet her once I get out of quarantine. I definitely would be back and would recommend friends to stay here. For the two excellent staff, Amos and Ivy, I hope you get recognize for the 5 star hospitality you show.

Molto strategico posto .. Vicino al fianco idrico, monumenti di gatto, ecc. , camminare molto strettamente.. Dritto dall'autostrada all'ingresso dell'hotel, si deve prendere le scale, che è grande .. C'è un ascensore all'interno.. Personale amichevole, camera pulita, solo la camera kt org è piccola, adatto per 2 persone jek .. E ' bello trovare mkn .. Pensare che questo hotel è a tgh2 la .. Il migliore è il parcheggio è difficile, che può ottenere rapidamente .. Quando uscite tardi, si può ottenere una lettera di amore dalla città .. Ma x costoso pon byr, RM5 jek .. Quindi meglio se chi va alla carta, andare fuori a pg2 a 9am per evitare di ottenere una lettera di amore .. x pon comprare un buono di parcheggio pronto a andare al suo cottage .. Ci sono vendite sul fronte acquatico ma il tempo di lavoro è aperto .. Hotel generale raccomandato & può ripetere qui 👍

La prima notte ci hanno messo in una stanza non finestrata al piano terra che dava su una parte dell’hotel, che loro chiamano garden ma é chiuso. Pagato 60 euro in più e i hanno dato per la seconda notte una suite all’ultimo piano, veramente spaziale! Arredata con gusto Posizione di ranee invidiabile, la migliore! Colazione: si pio scegliere a la carta un piatto, buono. Colazione completata da un buffet purtroppo scadente, succo arancia in polverina. Frutta inesistente, solo banane, povero!

A surprise hotel… taught it aging based on exterior… to my surprise the interior had been refurbished and brand new!! Furniture brand new and super clean. Spacious room too. A bargain and will definitely come again. Good job to the hotel management. Congratulations!! p/s: only there no parking… that the only minus point

Il viaggio è stato buono e molto consigliato per una famiglia di rimanere qui. L'uso della piscina deve essere rivisto e migliorato, il soggiorno familiare con i bambini deve utilizzare la piscina liberamente senza limiti di tempo.
