Excellent stay. The hotel is well located (few minutes from the riverbank) and close to a lot of restaurants , shops , supermarkets. The staff is lovely and the rooms is cosy , clean and it has all what is needed. I would stay there again

Thank you for the special complimentary and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This have given my 16th wedding anniversary with my husband so wonderful and memorable. Breakfast at the Chinese Resto ( Gu Jin) was awesome! Love the siew mai and dumplings. Definitely will go again! Kudos Sheraton Kuching.

Stayed at a hotel just opposite the famous Cat Statue in Kuching, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is definitely the highlight – everything is within walking distance, and there’s even a sampan service right behind the hotel, which made it really convenient to explore the area.
The room itself was okay. The aircond worked well – maybe a bit too well since it was freezing cold at times. The bed was on the harder side, not exactly my preference. The bathroom looked a bit dated, with a bathtub included, but honestly, I would’ve preferred a separate shower and tub. However, one thing that could be improved is the bathrobe – it was way too thin.
Breakfast was okay, especially since they served local favorites like Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee.
In short, great location, decent breakfast, but the room comfort could be better. Perfect for a short stay if you want easy access to tourist spots.

Durante il nostro soggiorno erano rinovabili, quindi alcune strutture non erano esattamente dove sono, ma in generale era un valore per il soggiorno. Ci hanno aggiornato alla suite esecutiva che era una grande stanza. alcune parti della stanza come la pittura sono abitualmente indossate Se lo guardate davvero, la pressione dell'acqua era davvero pesante, ma nonostante la camera fosse pulita e il servizio era buono.
Non è stato il migliore in termini di gusto, non ha ottenuto il colazione. Spero che una volta completate le riparazioni, sarà molto meglio

Ho fatto il check-in nella camera 718 e sono stato svegliato la mattina presto dal rumore dei lavori di ristrutturazione al piano di sopra (il suono di trapani elettrici e martellamenti; quando ho fatto il check-in, non mi è stato detto che erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione sopra l'8° piano e che ci sarebbero stati rumore). Quando ho visto l'ora erano solo le 9. Poi ho chiamato il servizio di pulizia, ma non ha funzionato. Era inutile lasciare la stanza e dirlo al personale delle pulizie nella stanza accanto. Quando scesi alla reception, l'addetto alla reception PETROS in realtà disse che ora potevo cambiare stanza. Ho chiesto di negoziare con il direttore generale Dopo avermi contattato, il cameriere ha detto che il direttore generale era in riunione e ha contattato lo staff tecnico per fermare il rumore delle decorazioni.
Passarono 45 minuti, ma il suono delle decorazioni era ancora lì. Sono dovuto scendere alla reception verso le 10 circa per lamentarmi con il direttore generale, ma è scomparso. Dopo aver protestato ripetutamente alla reception, la responsabile della reception NADIA è uscita e ha fermato il rumore causato dalla decorazione. Era già passata più di un'ora.
Dopo l'incidente, l'hotel non si è scusato.

The location is awesome
The room conditions is horrible, bathroom sink was stuck even can make a swimming pool. Can smell the dust in the atmosphere , celling got a lot fungus.
The service is good, when I report the problem of the room they strict change a new renovation room to me, this is worth to give 👍🏻

FFazlie BinTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts.
You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in.
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas.
The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room.
The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them.
I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la mia vera recensione. La posizione è magnifica, molto vicino al centro della città, circa 5 minuti di cammino (che costerà di solito circa RM4.50-6). L'hotel è relativamente nuovo, quindi la pulizia è un 10/10. Ho una stanza al livello 5, quindi non ho mai sentito alcun rumore che mi disturbasse il sonno, tranne che quando mi sono incastrato dai veicoli sulla strada.
Si noti che l'hotel applica regole rigorose, ma è ragionevole che esse abbiano tali regole. Esempi non sono di colore da rilevare su letti, altri rm50 sarà prelevato.
Mi piace anche come usano la tecnologia intelligente qui. Entrate senza chiavi nelle camere, e non c'è bisogno di disturbare se stesso chiamare il ricevitore come molti altri hotel. Comunicano attraverso ciò che è stato fatto & devo dire la loro risposta è piuttosto veloce. Ho chiesto un asciugamano prima e non molto dopo che un personale mi ha colpito per passare uno.
L'unica cosa che vorrei suggerire è che non ci sono molti dipendenti che si sdraiano intorno alla stanza per troppo tempo. Idk perché ogni mattina, pomeriggio, sera e anche sera, vedo i dipendenti di casa al di fuori di hahaha.
Si noti anche che non c'è nessun ginnastico (penso!)
e per i viaggiatori musulmani, il ristorante sotto serve alcol ma è sostenuto di servire alimenti “halal” (questo è comune là). Quindi se’come me che prende questo sul serio e preferisce cenare in ristoranti legittimamente halal, prendete nota di questo.
Tuttavia, c'è Anuar Steamboat situato a circa 8 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. provatelo.

Abbiamo tutti i bagni dotati di asciugamani e cuscini aggiuntivi. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno pulito. I bagni sono puliti, non profumano come il palazzo Merdeka, ma siamo stati molto delusi dal colazione: mancanza di varietà, non abbastanza posti, dobbiamo aspettare il nostro turno per mangiare, non un posto per mangiare. Tornerei di nuovo, ma non prenderò il colazione.

SSyah201Questo hotel è il migliore in cui ho soggiornato finora a Kuching! Il personale è davvero gentile e simpatico. Sorridi sempre in faccia anche se controlliamo in hotel alle 23:00. Quello che mi piace di più di questo hotel è la colazione a buffet! Dove trovare hotel che servono laksa sarawak e mee kolok come buffet? Qui servono tutto!!! E anche la vista è accattivante dato che abbiamo preso la camera con vista sul mare :) ma gli aspetti negativi sono che il bagno ha solo il bidet ed è piuttosto lento e la piscina è nell'ala puteri quindi devi camminare un po'. A parte questo, tutto è fantastico e conveniente in questo hotel! ❤️❤️❤️

UUtente anonimoLa famiglia godeva del soggiorno, ma c'era spazio per il miglioramento. Ci fu dato una stanza di fronte alla cortina posteriore dell'edificio, anche se ci fu prenotato una stanza di fronte alla piscina. Ho chiesto un cambiamento, ma mi è stato detto che tutte le camere erano già occupate, anche se eravamo tra le prime a controllare e molti altri veniva dopo, ma dato spazio di fronte alla piscina.

SSilacaraThe room is spacious. Quite comfortable. Many parking lots available to the travellers who use car. My problem is the old fashion key to open the room door manually instead of hotel card. Sometimes a bit hard to open the door. However, there is an instruction displays on the door ”Turn to the right”. Still, I am clumsy to use the hotel key.
