Hotel in zona Sakit Sendi Kuantan, Kuantan

E' stata una splendida permanenza qui. Viene di nuovo la prossima volta. Il cibo era diverso. Lo amo ❤️. Il personale è anche molto amichevole. Due polsi in alto 👍👍

1. Chiesto di avere una stanza non fumatori durante il check-in, abbiamo trovato alcune tinture sul letto.Abbiamo cercato di chiamare il custode per cambiare la foglia di letto, ma il telefono non funzionava. Doveva andare al lobby per informare il desk per chiedere un cambiamento di letto. La casa è venuta e ”cambiata” la foglia di letto.Abbiamo controllato la foglia di letto e abbiamo trovato la stessa tintura nella stessa posizione.2.La porta del bagno non può essere chiusa. Frustrata con 3 grandi questioni entro 15 minuti, Abbiamo fatto un giro per il lobby e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la nostra stanza. Ho avuto una stanza di fumo come quella era la loro ultima stanza disponibile. 3. La linea telefonica non funzionava di nuovo, il rull del bagno non era disponibile. 4. Sappiamo che questo hotel non fornisce la spazzatura e la pasta dentale, quindi abbiamo portato la nostra. Quando tornammo il 2° giorno, tutti i nostri bagni erano andati. La custodia delle case ha buttato i nostri bagni senza il nostro consenso quando non forniscono bagni. Deve andare al lobby per presentare un'altra denuncia (Ricorda che il telefono non funzionava?). Il desk front prometteva di mandare i bagni in camera nostra, ma non è mai venuto. 5. Durante il terzo giorno, il custode ci vide e ci offriva di compensare per aver messo a posto i nostri bagni. Per quanto apprezzo il loro sforzo di possedere il loro errore, questa compensazione (se necessario) dovrebbe provenire dalla direzione e non dal personale per non fornire una formazione sufficiente e chiarire la politica dell'hotel al personale. In generale, sono completamente agitato e non tornerò mai.

One night stay and the room is big enough to accommodate 3 persons actually. They got bath tub, shower, all the amenities inside the room. So far so good. Great stays. Thanks Zenith.

Hotel bello e buono..ma ho bisogno di migliorare la pulizia..ha macchiato il lenzuolo e il cuscino..ha anche macchiato la tazza..così sporco..il pavimento non è pulito molto bene..ha la sabbia sul pavimento..

Overall stay was alright , staff was very friendly and breakfast was basic but good at the price we paid . Only thing is the room which we stayed in was clean but very old , compared to the picture where some of the other rooms were already refurbished with carpet and also new toilets . The wooden toilet door frames were already rotting in our room . Travelled with a young kid of 4 years old , but the window insulation was pretty bad as we were facing the back nearby a mosque and we could hear the speakers up to 1030pm and then again at around 530am . Really need to improve on that to enable a good quiet sleep .

Strategic location and nice view on night. We can see menara kuantan at HSK rooftop. For improvement, need to extra type of food for breakfast buffet. Btw, all service are good & keep it up!

Posizione strategica. A pochi passi dalla torre kuantan e dalla spianata. Il personale FO (maschio) non è amichevole. Il resto era buono. Durante la colazione, Nasi minyak non era completamente cotto. Ho provato due volte perché ho soggiornato qui per 5 notti. Il resto andava bene. Nasi lemak era davvero gustoso.

The price of the room was reasonable given that it was during a Malaysian festive season as well as a long weekend break. Our room (suite) comes with a smaller room with an attached bathroom which is convenient for the four of us. Both rooms are equipped with standard amenities which is a plus point. The location of the hotel was tucked behind the main road so there was minimal noise level from the streets. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. In a nutshell, this hotel is well priced for a short stay in Kuantan.

Sink was stacked and disgusting, the toilet paper was wet and they reuse it… room smells like smoke !! …. I think you can get a better hotel room with similar price. Can only give one star I stayed here for a night with my friend. It was a great stay, price-wise, this is good place to spend a night in. A bit small room, especially the toilet. Cleanliness is tiptop for the cheap price. Spacious free parking is available even though during weekend. The location is also great, around 2-3 minutes walking distance to Kuantan 188 and Kuantan Parade. Easy to find food as well~

Abbiamo preso la cabana perché la villa era troppo costosa. La cabana sembrava bella, estremamente vicino alla spiaggia. La cibo era inferiore alla media, quindi vorrei che potessero migliorare la cibo. Non hanno avuto attività ciclabili e santuario della tartaruga che ero deluso. In generale, se siete venuti qui per la prima volta, potete scegliere questo posto perché non verrete Cherating di nuovo haha.
