What I like about this hotel is the breakfast. I enjoy the breakfast so far. The hotel also clean and not so crowded.

This hotel is very clean and modern. The room was quiet and my stay was very satisfying. The hotel is located just in front of a mall, 5 minutes walking. Recommended for business travellers.

Reached the room on 11.40am to retrieve my luggage but key card did not work, took us 20 minutes to get to the lobby as the lift stopped at every floor. Queued 10 mins as there were only 2 counters, finally able to speak to the reception for help but she said because it’s 12pm and blame it on me?? Hello the hotel deactivated my card before 12pm and I had to go through all these ordeal, took another 30 minutes to wait for the lift back and forth. Very disappointed and I will never return to Zenith Kuantan

Hotel’s located was good, very conveniently located, ample parking space. Room nice, big, spacious plus there’s pool 🏊♂️ which was great for relaxing. Just across the road, there’s 2 malls, shopping, food…. Will be back should l travel to Kuantan again!

Clean and spacious room, variety of food for breakfast, friendly staff.. as usual zenith x pernah mengecewakan. If ada keje di kuantan, selalu mmg stay sni. Hotel berdepan dengan mall. Easy to grab any food for dner.

My suggestion would be: Adding a shaded area to your pool space is a great idea to make it more comfortable, especially to parents waiting for their children.
