Hotel in zona Masjid Kuala Penor, Kuantan

La posizione è molto strategica. Dritto su Jalan Besar dove è tutto il bel caffè. (Kula Cake, Kuantan Pickers, Tjantek, Kopi & Teh, Akar Kopi, Lena Cafe, Sup Ayam Kampong) per nominare alcuni. River Esplanade è proprio dietro l'hotel. La nostra camera si trova davanti al fiume, su richiesta. Per la mia sorpresa per il prezzo, l'hotel è molto pulito. La TV ha molti canali, tra cui sport. Un mini frigo & sedah. Io scommetto che l'hotel è recentemente rinnovato perché ha un bel nuovo rivestimento di pittura e pavimento. E così fa il bagno. Sono anche offerte camere di connessione, che è buono se viaggiate in gruppo e alla mia sorpresa hanno ascensore. Parcheggio è facile e abbondante, ma dal consiglio. Quindi abbiamo pagato circa RM4.50 al giorno o RM0.65 per ora. In generale, se siete a Kuantan per Jalan Jalan Cari Makan.

Il centro è un posto per soggiornare in città. Vietore ma mantenuto bene e riparato in conformità. Condizioni di aria condizionata e pressione idrica in buona condizione. Ripetere una volta soggiorno qui.

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space

Hotel room is spacious, however the shower room hot water is not functioning. Maintenance staff suggest using bath tub for shower. Request morning wake up call on 6 am. I got my morning call to my handphone after check up at 7am

L'hotel Vivo è un hotel 2-star a Kuantan. L'alloggio era pulito e confortevole. Tuttavia la camera è un po 'piccola (Standard Single) e preziosa. La camera da letto è solo leggermente più grande della camera da letto. Parcheggio auto a bordo della strada disponibile.

1. Chiesto di avere una stanza non fumatori durante il check-in, abbiamo trovato alcune tinture sul letto.Abbiamo cercato di chiamare il custode per cambiare la foglia di letto, ma il telefono non funzionava. Doveva andare al lobby per informare il desk per chiedere un cambiamento di letto. La casa è venuta e ”cambiata” la foglia di letto.Abbiamo controllato la foglia di letto e abbiamo trovato la stessa tintura nella stessa posizione.2.La porta del bagno non può essere chiusa. Frustrata con 3 grandi questioni entro 15 minuti, Abbiamo fatto un giro per il lobby e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la nostra stanza. Ho avuto una stanza di fumo come quella era la loro ultima stanza disponibile. 3. La linea telefonica non funzionava di nuovo, il rull del bagno non era disponibile. 4. Sappiamo che questo hotel non fornisce la spazzatura e la pasta dentale, quindi abbiamo portato la nostra. Quando tornammo il 2° giorno, tutti i nostri bagni erano andati. La custodia delle case ha buttato i nostri bagni senza il nostro consenso quando non forniscono bagni. Deve andare al lobby per presentare un'altra denuncia (Ricorda che il telefono non funzionava?). Il desk front prometteva di mandare i bagni in camera nostra, ma non è mai venuto. 5. Durante il terzo giorno, il custode ci vide e ci offriva di compensare per aver messo a posto i nostri bagni. Per quanto apprezzo il loro sforzo di possedere il loro errore, questa compensazione (se necessario) dovrebbe provenire dalla direzione e non dal personale per non fornire una formazione sufficiente e chiarire la politica dell'hotel al personale. In generale, sono completamente agitato e non tornerò mai.

The hotel is reasonably good, with the added advantage of being relatively new. The location is strategic with many shops situated right in front of the hotel.

Had a great overall experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions. One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open. In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

Exceptional ambience.. Staff was kind and friendly from the guard,reception,buggy,restaurant and all of them.. The resort was well maintain even huge area. We love it so much..its really close to nature and everything was inside the resort (palm estate,lake,wetland,river and forest).

It's my first time at Cherating. A Lovely village full of friendly people. The hotel was better than the booking photos. The location was great for the beach and the local cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff were kind. They also had a SPA, and the service was excellent. The nearest local cafe drinks were divine. I had a good stay overall.
