Hotel enorme nel centro di Kuala Lumpur. Strutture superbe con un centro commerciale sotto / annesso. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Bella piscina, con un ristorante italiano a fianco. Executive bar all'ultimo piano (34) C'è molto da fare dentro e intorno all'hotel. Se vuoi un taxi scarica l'app Grab è geniale. La colazione è ottima e soddisfa tutte le nazionalità, probabilmente la migliore che abbia mai avuto. Le torri Petronas sono a 20 minuti a piedi. Il personale è adorabile ed educato. Felice di tenere i bagagli se parti più tardi nel corso della giornata.

Really enjoyed my stay here, apartments vey clean and huge, have everything what you need, full set up kitchen and bathtub. Service also very good, they bring me adapter to charge my phone. So I definitely recommend this place and will stay here again!

Il soggiorno più incredibile di sempre. Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel, questa volta per festeggiare il compleanno di mia figlia. L'hotel ha reso il giorno più memorabile di sempre! Anche se è per 1 notte, abbiamo davvero liberato il nostro stress! Camera molto pulita ed enorme con un letto ENORME! Abbiamo dormito tutti comodamente (2 bambini + 2 adulti) su quel letto! Ci hanno regalato una torta di compleanno, ci hanno chiesto se andava tutto bene al momento del check-in. Anche per la colazione, ci hanno chiamato per chiedere se andava tutto bene e se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa in più! Grande ospitalità da parte di tutto il team! Torneremo sicuramente qui per un altro soggiorno! DECISAMENTE! SERVIZIO RESO PI DI QUELLO CHE ABBIAMO PAGATO!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Ascott Star KLCC. The room was complete with everything you need, from iron to coffee machine and even umbrella! The facilities especially the rooftop infinity pool and level 6 swimming pool were huge and awesome. The infinity pool faces the twin tower so great photo spot! Not forgetting to mention, there is a starbucks station at the lobby. You can simply select your preferred drink (there were plenty of choices) and the prices were cheaper too! Downside, I had to shift room twice due to aircon issue and ceiling leakage. But the staff handled it professionally and found me a room and even provided me a free upgrade with great city view. They even accommodate my request to 3pm late check-out. Location was not the best and the lift for hotel guests were kind of slow. Other that that, I truly enjoyed my stay in Ascott! Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel with great facilities and near twin tower!

Il check-in è ok, ho prenotato questa stanza e guardato online, la stanza era grande con un divano, ho controllato con mio marito, madre legale e i miei 3 figli di 12, 10 e 6 anni. La ricezione mi ha detto di aggiungere 1 letto extra per RM106.00 anche se avevo portato un sacchetto da letto. Ma ho soldi, quindi pago solo per il letto extra. Per quanto riguarda il pranzo, non ho preso colazione perché volevo lasciare presto. La mia famiglia e io abbiamo cena. È un 15-minute camminare al centro di cena urbano, come un camion. Piscina aperta fino alle 8:00. Nella stanza c'è un grande frigorifero come a casa, un forno e un forno elettrico. Per il servizio che solleva il sacchetto davanti, va bene, la persona è carina. E' quello che voglio dire.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

We spent six nights here in a Premium room on the 15th floor. The room was spacious, well laid out and comfortable apart from the rock hard bed. We asked for the bed to have some softening layers added to it which helped but it still wasn’t great. If the mattresses are so hard now I shudder at the thought of what they’ll be like in a year or two… There were some teething issues with the hotel being so new. This was to be expected as it’s only been open for a couple of weeks. Probably one that was unforgivable was that our door was left unlocked all day by housekeeping. We reported this to the front desk but I was made to feel at fault as I didn’t tell them sooner. A little hard to do that considering we’d been out all day… this simply can’t be allowed to happen to anyone. The biggest issue for us centred on catering. We ordered room service one night and it was disgusting and almost inedible as it dried out, overcooked and tasteless. The main gripe was around breakfast as the food was never hot and you couldn’t get a decent coffee as the machines either produced luke warm beverages or only half a cup. Very frustrating. The staff were well aware and were full of apologies and mentioned they are having lots of issues with the induction heating. I hope it gets sorted as there is potential for a phenomenal breakfast to be offered as it was a good spread. Hygiene was also a concern when it came to the breakfast cereal as you had to dig the spoon out and I watched staff using their bare hands to shove the spoons back in. Gross… I made the suggestion of leaving the spoons in a bowl at the front but the staff member wasn’t having it. Apart from that, I could see the staff are trying very hard to make the breakfast better. Similarly, I let the swimming pool attendant know there was a broken tile on the side of the pool that I nearly cut my arm on. I’m not sure he cared less or perhaps he didn’t understand. I’m leaning towards the former. The location of the hotel is okay and it’s about a 10 minute walk to KLCC and 20 to Pavilion. Many of the Grab drivers didn’t know where the hotel was as it’s so new. We had to guide them. The biggest asset to the hotel are the staff who were super friendly, especially the lively security guys out the front. I hope they manage to get the opening issues sorted soon. Best of luck to the team.

La stanza era super spaziale, ha 2 letti regina in questa unità, l'ospite era molto responsabile e vi accoglierà se avete domande o se avete bisogno di qualcosa.. l'unità viene con cuccoo macchina e anche gratis Netflix account.. La vista dalla piscina è stata fantastica.. Tuttavia il parco auto non è complimentare non deve pagare RM5 per entrata e la pulizia può essere migliorata soprattutto sotto il letto hehe ma in generale sono soddisfatto del mio soggiorno con le suite m dal momento che il proprietario è super bello! Definitivamente ripeterà

Abbiamo prenotato qui per un mese di vacanza e per vedere i nostri amici e la famiglia. Grande posizione. Conveniente con un supermercato, caffè e un ristorante sul pavimento. Il mio problema principale è che una delle guardie di sicurezza continua a trattare la mia famiglia con disprezzo. Anche se ho confermato di aver prenotato di rimanere in questo edificio con 2 bayes di parcheggio assegnati, ha continuato a minacciare con multa di RM200. Questo è applicabile solo se parchiamo nello spazio sbagliato, ma ho spiegato che abbiamo le nostre baie di parcheggio! In alcune occasioni il mio passaporto di accesso per la porta auto parcheggio non ha funzionato - la stessa guardia ha rifiutato l'ingresso fino a quando non ho dato una spiegazione lunga. Quando sono andato a spiegare che ho prenotato di rimanere qui e di lasciarmi entrare con la mia famiglia (la mia madre è quasi 70 e ha dovuto sopportare la sua interrogazione) - il suo tono è diventato aggressivo. E' incredibilmente esauriente doverlo fare ogni volta, soprattutto perché abbiamo viaggiato da lontano, con un bambino piccolo e pagato un premio per questo alloggio. Mentre capisco la necessità di sicurezza, non è bene rendere più difficile la vita dei residenti in quanto tale. È molto deludente e ha causato a me e a mio figlio un sacco di stress.
