Mixed Experience at AMI Suite: Acceptable Room Condition but Disappointing Jacuzzi Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 stars) I recently stayed a night at AMI Suite on 26th June and had a mixed experience overall. While the room condition and facilities were acceptable, I was quite disappointed with the Jacuzzi experience. Additionally, the maintenance of the Jacuzzi and the number of people using it left much to be desired. Let's start with the positives. The room itself was in decent condition, clean, and adequately furnished. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and I had no major complaints about the overall room experience. The facility as a whole seemed well-maintained, with friendly staff readily available to assist with any queries or concerns. However, my experience with the Jacuzzi was a letdown. Firstly, the Jacuzzi itself was in poor condition. It seemed worn out, and the water temperature control was not functioning properly. The water jets were weak, which significantly diminished the relaxing experience I had hoped for. It was disappointing to find that the Jacuzzi did not live up to its advertised standards. Furthermore, the number of people using the Jacuzzi was overwhelming. It appeared that the facility was unable to manage the demand, as the Jacuzzi was overcrowded during my visit. This resulted in a less-than-pleasant atmosphere, with noise and limited personal space. It would have been beneficial if the management had imposed a limit on the number of guests allowed in the Jacuzzi area to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Lastly, the maintenance of the Jacuzzi left much to be desired. There were noticeable cleanliness issues, and it seemed that the facility was not properly maintained. Considering the number of people using the Jacuzzi, it is essential for regular cleaning and upkeep to ensure a hygienic environment. In conclusion, while the room condition and overall facilities at AMI Suite were acceptable, the Jacuzzi experience was a disappointment. The Jacuzzi's poor condition, overcrowding, and lack of maintenance significantly impacted the overall enjoyment. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the Jacuzzi experience for future guests.

Soddisfatto della camera con vista su KLCC e KL Tower. Richiedi tempo per effettuare il check-in. Ma forse a causa delle vacanze scolastiche c'è una lunga coda per il check-in e la colazione. Se vuoi fare il check-out velocemente, basta consegnare la tua carta, ma dovrai comunque fare la fila per verificare il parcheggio perché c'è solo 1 sportello.

Questo hotel è davvero il Marriott più economico. Penso che sia abbastanza buono. È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, ma è circondato da luoghi di ritrovo dei lavoratori. Non ci sono altri difetti La reception parla cinese Una volta ho perso il telefono prendi, sono stato trovato dalla reception che mi ha aiutato a contattarmi. Grazie mille per questo. Penso che tutti possano restare a guardare e l'enfasi è sul check-in anticipato! Ci sono pochissimi hotel come questo in Malesia. Vacanza breve. Hotel pulito..personale cordiale e disponibile. Sono così sorpreso che l'hotel si sia sforzato di decorare la mia stanza e mi abbia fatto i complimenti per la torta di buon anniversario..mi avete reso la giornata...anche se alcuni posti sono stati ristrutturati, ma nel complesso sono felice di soggiornare in questo hotel e sicuramente condividerò con amici e familiari il soggiorno al Sunway Putra Hotel.

Booked here for a staycation with my friends last weekend. There are four of us so I booked the room with 2 queen beds. Room was very spacious, perfect for gathering. Parking was a flat rate of RM12 per entry after a certain amount of time, can’t remember how long. Mattress was comfy but the pillows were too soft for my liking. They allowed us to check in early since there’s room ready and available. Perfect location in Mont Kiara as lotsa restaurants, cafes and malls are within walking distance.

We arrived the hotel around 1.35pm. The front desk staff let us to checked in earlier. Room very clean and spacious . The pool at the top floor very nice. I definitely will be back again. The staffs here very friendly. 10/10.

Gli appartamenti sono eccellenti, migliori di quelli in cui siamo stati prima e più economici. Il monolocale ha tutto il necessario per un lungo soggiorno il residence tutto il necessario per l'infrastruttura di viaggio La vista è fantastica Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte La prossima volta prenoteremo per un periodo più lungo.

A short staycation with my mom. Location was great as it was not as congested as Pavilion/Bukit Bintang. Check in was a breeze and we got our keys quick. Staff were warm and friendly to explain hotel facilities. Drop off/Pick up area was odd as there is no dedicated turning area. Nonetheless, booking Grab rides were easy. Downside came at night. Illegal races and a well known issue of Mat Rempit were prominent. It was too noisy that I couldn’t sleep till about 4.30am. Hundreds of motorbikes making their turns right on the street next to the hotel. No wonder the hotel provided ear plugs. Breakfast was not really that great. Wished from a big brand to have better selection and variety. The price is okay, but I would not be coming back.

Check-in il 25/8/2023. L'hotel non è facilmente visibile. Il parcheggio custodito è limitato; Rm6/entrata. Il check-in è stato veloce. Forte odore di sigaretta nel corridoio del livello 8. Non mi piace il fatto che abbiamo dovuto stirare i nostri vestiti fuori perché il ferro e l'asse da stiro erano alla fine del corridoio. Questa è la prima volta che lo facciamo in un hotel boutique a quattro stelle! Le pareti sono abbastanza sottili da permetterci di ascoltare ogni conversazione e attività degli avventori all'interno dello stesso piano. Fastidioso! Uno staff maschile di L 2 stava letteralmente parlando ad alta voce (più che gridare) al telefono come se stesse parlando con un gruppo di persone. Molto inquietante. Uno staff anziano del cameriere aveva un comportamento molto sgradevole nei confronti dei clienti nazionali rispetto a quelli internazionali. La direzione dello Steg Hotel dovrà inviare tutto il personale ai corsi di ospitalità. Spero che questo hotel migliori i suoi servizi e l'ospitalità. Grazie.
